paid for subscription but can no longer access my account

I have been unable to access my paid subscription to zoosk since November 13, 2019. It says that I have been blocked by a zoosk administrator. Zoosk customer service says this is not so. Why can't I access my account then? I fear they have a security problem too since they have acquired an email for me which I never provided them and is not the one I used to subscribe for over a year now. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and I urge others to do so that we might have a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company.
