Blocked after complaining about them censoring story. The moderators kept changing my story to a version that suited them. I didn't put anything explicit. Just looking for FWB relationship. They would just keep changing iron me. At first I thought it was a glitch but nope, they changed it.
Sent message saying I paid over $100 for this shit app and wanted refund. Next thing I was blocked from logging in.
Not only that the site is just full of fake accounts, or spammers. Zoosk does nothing to stop the spammers. Total RIP off.

My account has been locked by an administrator and I have barely used this account. I have a paid subscription for 6 months and it's been about 3 since I created it. I haven't even attempted to login for about 2 months - only using it for about a month. I need to make sure my account is deleted/voided and not charged on an auto renew option. They do this so you can't cancel that option and they can continue to charge you and you have no recourse to stop it. Please advise how to cancel my credit card on this account.
