Scrabble - after I've played my tiles more often than not the computer bots don't play. If I leave the game it automatically starts another and often the same things happens.

Words with friends - they alerted me to the fact that I had to download the new ap, which I did. I have two words with friends aps on my desk top now, neither of which is working.

Please advise. I've been playing these games for many years and scrabble has become near impossible.
