misdirection

At approx 0010hours I took the tour of the Zynga Hold 'Em player league and when finished I clicked the button which said " Take me to the poker tables". Before I knew what was happening it had taken me to a 1M/2M table and the cards were dealt before I could do anything. I folded but lost 2M chips on a table which I have NEVER, and would NEVER play on. If you check my playing record you will see that over 99% of my games are on the 200/400 tables as I am still learning. Why would any sane learner go to this table where the sharks would have him for breakfast. I would like my chips back ASP as I feel I was duped, thinking by pressing the " Take me to the poker tables " this would take me to the lobby where I could then choose my stakes ( and not allow Zynga to put me on a table where I had no wish to be ). I look forward to your crediting my account with the " stolen " 2M chips

Stolen Chips

On Sept. 22nd I had bout chips from Zynga on Facebook. I spent $2 for 1,700,000 and began to play with those chips. I accumulated over an 8 hour playing time 11+ Billion chips! On the morning of Setp. 23rd 2012 I had sat at 800k/16M table with 8M chips and played one hand and watched as my chips disappeared from 11B to 11.5M. I immediately started trying to contact zynga poker to get answers and for them to investigate this issue. I have called and they have been very understanding as to listening but choosing not to regard this issue in the proper manner! My IP Address never changes and ALL transactions from me purchasing chips came from this IP Address and at the time of my chips being stolen, my facebook was hacked and there was some transferring of chips coming from my account! I understand them saying that I was in violation of terms of service by transferring chips , but they need to understand that I know if they can pin point the transferring taking place and can identify 2 accounts playing at once from the same IP Address and bann that player from playing on Zynga Poker then they can also recognize me being hacked from an IP Address in Dallas, Texas! I know thats where it showed up at cause even one of the player advocates on the phone used some software when I explain the IP situation to him and said yes in fact it does look suspicious. If I buy chips from IP Address and I'm always buying and playing from that same IP Address how hard is it for them to recognize that my chips was in fact stolen from me with an unauthorized transaction taking place at the time of me being at that 80k/16M table and my account at another table transferring 11+B chips????? Zynga is disregarding my claim as if I'm lying and refuses to replenish my chips! Does anyone know the proper action I can take?
