Ordered pizza about 2hrs ..can't deliver..call up customer service giving a lot of reasons..1st one pizza shop telling so far to deliver..and 2nd one no response until I'm calling back to customer service.. poor arrangement of customer service to set nearby pizza delivery..

Bad service! Order not taken even after we had called the waiters or waitress. One of the waitress who cleaned up the table was showing her rude face to us as customers. If you guys are not having enough staff, please employ some people to work. Stupid. Pizza Hut at Gunung Rapat outlet.

Im a pizza hut lover and was totally dissapointed with Aeon Jaya Jusco Bukit Tinggi pizza hut restaurant branch. Myself and my boy friend enter the restaurant. At first, the host(girl) didnt even greet, i still feel its okay. Then we enter inside and notice the front part is fully occupied. Normally, other branch the staff will bring us in, but this girl didnt do that. I still feel its okay, maybe thier too busy. So, we walked inside and choosed a table numbered 24. But the staff said sit at one table which can occupied by 2 person. Yes, i agree we are 2 persons but the table located in a small pathway ppl walk to wash hand. So i show her want sit at table 24. Im so suprised the staff just leave the menu at the table she insisted us to sit and walkaway. Then we straight go table 24 to sit. We sit and wait, i realised the staff is complaining to other staffs and they all were giving one unpleasant face. No one came to ask what we want to order or ask us to shift table. I would appreciate if any of the staff come and talk to us if we suppose not to sit there. I just dont understand why they treat us this way. We were still sitting and waiting.. then walked out. Still no one even look at us to say a word.

Ive been to many pizza hut restaurant, for example klang, giant bukit tinggi and etc. These restaurant staff was even more better. I think this branch need some trainjbg

Good evening ...On 23th may 2016 (monday). I want to make a complaint regarding i had pizza hut at Mentakab Pahang. I went to Pizza Hut at Mentakab Pahang with my family to have our dinner. i'm here just to share that your worker is fooling around and not taking their job seriously . I felt very disappointed with that Aina working in the pizza hut at Mentakab Pahang. At the 1st time i ask her to add some basil seeds into the fizzy berry drinks she don't want to response me and just clean up the front table. I felt very angry that time and I asked “to the manager “and she just said “sorry “. The answer made me feel really disappointed. After that again i ask for the cheese and she just keep black papers on the tables with no manners and doesn't bring the things i ask to her. i really feel damn angry.. i really feel not satisfied. i really have no mood after this is happening. it was made me angry and felt want to scold the staff or manager, cause of we are patient. very bad service their doing.people who cant keep the customer happy with their service should advertising. NEVER COMING AGAIN!

We went to Sunway Piramid Pizza hut on 2/4/2016 around 5.10pm, we waited 10 mins just get seated even thou there was table available but there wasnt any door person to service and clean the tables. After we got the table they took 15min to take order after call them few times to service. By the we got the pizza on our table it was 6.20pm. I hardly see staffs around to service customer and very very very bad service. when there wasn't a so call service was provided, its not fare for us to pay the 10% service tax. i think this pizza doesnt deserve the 10% service tax.
How could pizza hut in such a big and busy shopping mall can be so lousy. its not exceptable at all. And i noticed an Indian lady with manager uniform, doenst have manager quality of service. I have been to this same place 4months back it wasnt the same situation.
We are very upset with pizza hut service today.

Where's ELFKIN?

I'm from Kota kinabalu, Sabah. Since long time ago, I went to the pizza hut at centre point for my meal, it is already no cheese powder provided. And yesterday I went there again and i requested for cheese powder, once again the staff told me that cheese powder is out of stock. Cheese is the major ingredient for baking a pizza. They told me ou of stock? And when I request for a refill for my drink. The staff told me need extra charge for RM2.50. Why last time I refill no need to pay but now need? And other branch free of charge for refilling?
