I have the same problem few months back and i registered a complaint here. This forum is bullshitt, no one is going to fix our problem. I inquired myself and luckily got the solution.
To Stop all kind of VAS Charges, Please follow the below steps,

1- Send an empty message to 800444
2- You will get a reply message containing the subscriptions(including subscription code) in your mobile number.
3- Type " غ"_space_Subscription Code and Send to 800444
