Rubbish Service
• I took a contract in March 2023, 24 months period for R489, through blue label connect
• June there was a missed payment which was no fault of mine, therefore I was blacklisted and not notified
• Arranged for a shortfall of R163 to cover that, after that had triple debits, I have attached the string of emails
• My phone seized to work, since July to date, with no one assistance.
• I called Friday the 8th March 2024 to get a statement of account because I am busy applying for finance in housing, just to be asked if I am aware that I am in arrears, again I had no idea seeing that there is no communication, I called 5 times on to be told on the 5th call that my statement will take 24 to 48hrs to be available, no one could tell me how I am owing, seeing that at some point there was money refunded because of triple debits
• My phone hasn’t worked in months,
• I am applying for finance in housing, which has been hindered because of this mayhem
• I am short for words, my contract ends in March 2025, for a phone I cannot use, with an account that is in arrears without my knowing, I have worked hard to clear my name, so this is infuriating, see attached my credit clearance.
• I left the phone in Joburg because I had to relocate, a phone I bought for my daughter for school purposes, I have since had to buy another phone.
Tammy called to tell me that you have sent me numerous emails of my statements, funny thing is on calling on Friday 8th March 2024 there was no record of my email address on your records, I gave 3 different email addresses to which I haven’t received the statement I had requested , so I fail to understand how it is possible that “my statement and notifications on arrears were emailed on numerus occasions” as alleged by your agents, I then asked why I was never called, she said she doesn’t know.
She then said someone from repairs will call me in connection with the non-working phone that I logged last year, I am paying for, I have been waiting for that call, even now I am waiting.
Dilan called to arrange for an arrangement to settle the arrears, I said take the whole amount on the 25th March 2024, he then says that the system doesn’t allow him to do that, only gives him options for 7 months, 12 months and 24 months. I asked him to furnish your banking details, so I can then do an EFT payment, even that I haven’t received.
I will go to any lengths to log a complaint and the injustice in this because I am blacklisted for rubbish, without any warnings of any sort, it is March 2024 and I am supposedly owing for June 2023 and October 2023(I reversed funds I am told, how?), if I was owing why did your company refund me, that too is not in your records and if I was owing, why did your company not triple debit my account like they have done in the past without my consent?
Is this a joke? I need this case to be treated as urgent

No gadget, but deductions are taking place.
I applied for a laptop and upon delivery it was not charging, meaning cant open as well. I called Blue label and they sent a couriers to collect it. I have been calling them on weekly basis as from the beginning of November 2023 and everyone who is picking up the phone says the issue will be escalated. They have been deducting, but no gadget and this month is the third month. I wrote letters, wrote reviews and nothing, they don't care.

Theft
Blue label connect deducted money from my account on 14 December2023 without any authorisation, when i phone the call keeps getting dropped after i told them about the theft out of my account. The third person i then spoke to told me that i am not on there system. I did not give anyone permission to steal money from my account. That money was for food for my children, i get paid every end of the month the 31st never earlier that is why the debit order is to go off on the 31st. They didnt even want to assist me when i called about the broken cellphone i received. This is unacceptable.

Double Deduction
This company deducts to debit orders per month from my account. Never was permission granted for 2 debit orders. They do not answer their phones or emails. No statements or a contract has been provided. They are a fraudulent company. I want my extra payments back. And proof of where I agreed to this.

Cell phone repairs
Hey it's being over 2 months already ,I've being reporting about my device Ulefone S11 ....up en till now my device hasn't being collected so why should I continue paying if the device is not working en very POOR service ...
Then the last email said..,One of the Consultant will contact me in about 48 hours ?? So your 48 hours is 2 months now ... Blue LABLE CONNECT If my device is not collected in the next 24 hours I'm gonna take LEGAL ACTION

No Internal storage
Am Nkosinathi khumalo I received a phone from this company on 28Dec2022 , I phone to inform them about the problem I have with the phone.(ZTE A52 Blade Lite) the phone has 64GB internal storage but nothing has been downloaded yet but when am trying to download it's giving this message that's the internal storage is full.I can't even download my banking apps, and I have been phoning the customer service but I didn't get any joy from them,they only give me email address to use it, I send email but still I never get any assistance, kindly assist in this matter urgently , the admin who is control this phone must please reset all settings of this phone as soon as possible.😭😭😭😭😭

I can't download anything due no internal storage.
Iam Miss khumalo I just took a contract from Blue Label Connect, I received a phone on the 28Dec 2022 It's even a month but the phone is giving me a problem,(ZTE A52 Blade Lite)when am trying to download apps it's giving me this message: The internal storage is full,I have been phoning the customer service in this matter but I didn't get any joy from them,they give an email address and I send email to the email that I was given but still I never get help.Am sitting with the phone which is not functioning other things especially I want to download my banking apps, Kindly please assist in order to reset this device so that I will able to use it.I will be happy if your admin will assist as soon as possible because he/she will be one who can manage to reset this gadget.

poor quality
Dear Service provider,
I was called daily by Blue Label Connect and then finally after mcuh harassment, I succumbed to getting a phone that they raved about.
Blue Label Connect then failed to deliver the phone, when I told them im a business owner then I was also told that i didnt qualify for the phone as i was not employed by someone other than myself.
when the phone arrived it had poor sound quality, the storage was terrible.it had terrible reveiws and all I had to do was keep paying.
after numerous complaints nothing has been resolved, all i get told is to call their customer care line.
I have now stopped paying for the phone and i am not using it,
In terms of section 127 of the CPA I am entitled to have the phone sold to to another proen that would like to take over the contract.
Not one review has been good and I am very upset at this misrepresenation.
I would appreaicte it if I can return the phone and let someone else take over the contract.

Double deduction

Contract cancelation and simswap
I lost my phone in January and I've veen trying to cancel the contract from my lost simcard so I can do a Sim swap or port the number, they failed to do that.
I then bought a contract Sim in April and asked them to do a Sim swop and they told me to wait for 72 hours... I call to check every week and they keep telling me that no records were found and now it's almost july

Failure of sim swap
Hi
I lost my phone two weeks ago, when I tried to do a sim swap at Vodacom they said i was under contract with blue label connect. I never ever agreed to subscribe to this subscription (contract) hence I never heard of them. i tried cancelling but i was nit helped. i tried to do sim swap with them till today I have never received any help they just say after 48 hours I will receive feedback. Never ever in my entire life have I come across a unprofessional company who don't know anything about customer services even the consultants are very rude. I cant do anything because everything is linked to this number. I really don't now what to do because I need my number back.

Stolen phone
I was robbed with gun point on the 20th May 2022 they took everything including my 2 phones, I had a cell phone contract with Blue label, I did try to call them I didn't reach the conclusion, Blue label has poor service they not intend to help me but what I know is that they will continue to debit the money every month but still failed to help me. I don't know what to do know.

Blue Label Connect subsciption
I have been trying to get assisted with sim swap, after my phone was stolen, from Vodacom the last 2 days, up until they advised that they can not assist me due to that my number is under Blue connect (I’m not even familiar with that company I have never heard of it before). So I connected Blue connect yesterday for them to assist me with the cancellation of that subscription that I was not aware I was under as in my knowledge I’m a Vodacom subscriber. I need this subscription to be cancelled in the next 24hrs. And remove my name on your data base PLEASE . At this stage I could not have my bank app and all my other apps like Whatsapp back, because Vodacom cannot do a sim swap. How can an firm change your number to a contract number if you not know the company and did not sign anything. Is this not Fraud.
