Extended warranty

My mom bought a 2014 forest river wildwood x light in March of this year from camping world in Fresno California along with extended service warranty - tire warranty and protection agreement. Our first trip with the trailer between here in California and Oklahoma we only made it to about 40 miles from Albuquerque New Mexico and the tires which looked new when we left were worn out to the point one had the cords showing. I was able to limp the trailer to camping world in Albuquerque to have it checked out. I was told that the axles were bent well I have a warranty with $50 deductible if I have it repaired at camping world. This is where the nightmare really started first it took them 3 days to get a part number and price for the axles to submit to the warranty company which by the way I got for them .The excuse was they sent an e-mail to the company that makes the axles and they haven't heard back so I looked up the phone number and called and had the part number and price and all took me was 5 minutes. Then I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get the parts and repair the trailer . So we continued our trip without the trailer which cost us a lot more money because of restaurants and hotels. Then they called and said that the tires were not covered. So I called Fresno and was told that the tires were covered but Albuquerque says that they are not even though my service contact says tires are not covered unless the tires are bad due to the original problem which is the bent axles. Now it is finally repaired minus the tires. Now I am told I have to pay the shipping on the axles and my $50 deductible. I want to know what kind of warranty I have been sold and why none of this is covered when my contact says it is. Now Albuquerque is wanting to charge us storage. I am at home I have had surgery since this all has taken place on top of having to get more money together since I have called corporate headquarters and was told I would get a call back within 48 hours and as of yet have not heard back same thing with Fresno. Camping world customer service sucks

INSTALLED WRONG..

We Spent over $1000 for a double recliner couch for our motorhome. After they installed it, we left the next morning for Florida. I had been ill passing a kidney stone so we didn't take the time to make sure it was installed right before leaving on our trip. We purchased this because sometimes i have trouble with upper respitory infections and need to sleep in a recliner. We stopped in Tennessee the first night and couldn't believe that the recliner was so close to the wall the back didn't recline any at all. I called Camping World in Wauconda the next day and they said they would fix the problem when we returned to Illinois. I spent 3 months sitting up straight trying to sleep because of your employees not installing it correctly.
We called and made an appointment when we returned and drove to Wauconda, 46 miles. At first they tried to charge us more money saying it was a SPECIAL INSTALLATION, (nothing like that was ever mentioned before). I said i had all the original paperwork with me and they dropped the idea of charging more money. We waited while they worked on it and they came out and said it was finished. We were so happy and should have checked what they did before we left, but we didnt. When we got home we tried to recline one of the seats, and there was only 1 inch room between the back of the seat and the wall so again it wouldnt recline. Before the back was tight against the wall, and now it was only one inch from the wall.. I always thought your company was very reputable, but when you have stores like this with such terrible customer service it is going to totally ruin your reputation.
Please tell me where you have a store near us where this piece of furniture can be installed the way it should have been done when we bought it. I will look forward to hearing for you........Donna Suffecool

Technicians

Our 5th was in a wreck just 3 months after purchasing new from Prattville, Al. We took our trailer to the Camping World Store in Dothan, Al. in Sept 2015 for an appraisal for repairs. This was hands down the worse decision we made. Service manager Calling us numerous times for updates on repairs with no news . We would go by the store numerous times to check on repairs as well. All that did was make us more aggravated and pissed off because they have not touched since the last time we visited.

My Advice to Anyone would has a Camper or wanting to purchase one go to any other store but Camping World. Their pathetic.

Camping World Chicago/Wauconda is terrible!

Camper Experience, Camping World Chicago (Island Lake/Wauconda)
Todd Thorson
2016 Thor Chateau 31W

May 2015 - Go to Camping World to look at campers, meet sales guy Jim Wheeler, walk lot. I had been unhappy driving our 1992 Coachmen 340MB and wanted a Class C. While Jim kept trying to push us into the Thor Ace Class A, I wanted to stick with the Class C. We saw a 31W Chateau model. Nice and roomy, full slide, and a shower I can fit in. The particular one on the lot had the TV and cabinets up above the cab and we wanted the bunk for sleeping area. Jim found one at a dealer down south. Told me it would be no problem, we cut the deal, price was good, and he told me to come back in 2 weeks to pick it up because they wanted to get it up here, test everything, and clean it up. I agreed to pay for the extra paint and fabric protection as well as the 5 year Good Sam Extended warranty. I did NOT want to have to work on my RV for at least 5 years.... Or so I thought. This was the end of our happiness. It’s all downhill from here.
2 weeks later, make appointment to pick up RV. I have my dad drive my wife and I up to Wauconda (its 40 miles from our house) and drop us off. He had an appointment, so he had to hurry back home. Camping World has us go into the yard where our camper is waiting so we can see it. We walk inside - they prepped the wrong one! They prepped the one they had on the lot with the TV and cabinets over the cab. I find our stock number tag, it’s in the corner, filthy. They apologize, call us a cab, and tell us they will test, prep, and deliver it to our home the following weekend.
The following weekend, our RV is delivered to our home. I immediately notice some things. The paint doesn’t feel smooth and slick like the other one did. It was clean, but not silky. The interior did not have the same smell as the one we saw that was prepped. At that time, I knew they didn’t put the protection stuff on, they must have used it on the other RV and didn’t reapply it to ours. Jim tells me that is all normal, and they did apply all the things I paid for. He tells me we need to make a quick campout to "work out the bugs" before we go on a "real" campout. The wife and I reserve a campground close to our home in Marengo, IL. I proudly drive my brand new Thor into a space. I press the button for the automatic levelers and.... nothing.... just a beep and on the display "error. retract timeout". Ok, well, bug #1. I find the reset procedure in the book and reset the levelers and they appear to be working, although they seem slow. But they did level the camper. I move outside. I hook up the electric and water. I go to hookup the sewer and see a big problem. The hole in the bottom of the sewer cabinet doesn’t line up with the outlet. The outlet is sandwiched between to elbows and shutoff valves and doesn’t move. The factory cut the hole in the wrong spot. If you tilt down the drain to go out the bottom as its designed to do, its 2 inches to the left. I had to set my sewer pipe to tilt upward and come out the side to the drain. Made a mess unhooking it later. Bug #2. I head back inside and push out the slide. As the slide is moving out, I notice water on the floor under the dinette. I figure it’s from washing and start to dry it up when there is a knock at the door. It’s my neighbor who tells me water is spraying out the side of my camper! Bug #3. Clearly this camper was never prepped, at all.... I turn off the water and investigate. The water is spraying out of the hot water heater pressure relief valve. I remove it to look. The pin is bent inside and wont seal. I explain to the wife that we won’t have water on our first campout. I unhook the water and start making a list. I turn on the TV that I had hooked up to cable. Nothing - I get static. Try to find channels - none. I look at the TV, the COAX connector is out of the TV, still attached to the cable. Not unhooked - the plug is ripped off the back of the TV. I gently push it back in the hold, get it to make contact with the circuit board so we can watch TV. Bug #4. I then notice the green line running down the middle of the screen. Bug #5. While sitting, I’m reading my camper books to be familiar with the systems. My wife goes to take a nap and can’t close the privacy screen in the back bedroom. the pin doesn’t line up with the hold in the door, it was installed wrong. Bug #5. While watching TV I look around. I decide to check the windows. 2 won’t open, the plastic handles are already stripped and spin freely. Bug #6. The vents in the front over the bunk area only have 1 screw each in them and hang down a bit - Bug #7. Small but potential liability issue - they never pulled the plastic out of the smoke detector to activate it - Bug #8. First trial one-night campout over. I send my list to Camping World and they request I bring it in. Since I had our first real campout the following week, I told them I would fix the few things I could to get through the next campout since I wasn’t confident they would fix it in a few days and I couldn’t be without it. I pulled a screw from the other vents to secure the front ones. I remove the trim ring and cut away a little of the plastic so I could hookup the drain. The service manager said he would send me the pressure relief valve. It never showed so I bought one from Home Depot. I bought a TV from Walmart as well. The following weekend was a bit better. We had water coming out from under the fridge when taking a shower, bug #8. the levelers had to be reset again to work of course, and they still seem very slow to me and LOUD. I tried to use the "rapid camp" feature. It’s a remote that lets you control various items. The remote lights up, and I can unlock it, but none of the buttons work. Bug #9. New issue - truck wouldn’t start. Had to use the emergency start with the coach batteries. Seemed odd, I checked to be sure I didn’t leave any lights on. After this weekend, nearly every time you have to use the emergency start since the chassis battery is clearly bad. Bug #10. We finish this campout (3 days for our Jeep Club outing) without any other incidents and drive home and I drop off my RV at camping world. I explain I have 30 days until my next trip and give them my RV and list of "bugs". Ryan Pringle (I will NEVER forget that name) is my service writer, writes everything down and tells me he will call on Tuesday with an update. There were 15 items on my list, some of them I didn’t notice were missed the first time. Many I didn’t describe here because they were more minor, such as drawers that open while driving, toilet paper holder glue let go, ladder brackets for bunk installed incorrectly, etc. Now that Camping World had my list and my RV, I learned that EVERYTIME they say they will call on a certain day, they won’t. if you call, your service writer is either 1) attending an offsite training class, 2) with another customer, 3) has a day off, 4) at lunch, 5) no longer with the company.... 3 weeks later, Ryan calls me to tell me my camper is ready to be picked up. My wife and drive up, grab the camper and go home.

At our next trip in August things start to really get worse. I noticed that nearly NONE of the items on my list were done. the few I checked were, I learned my next lesson - go over the entire camper every time you pick it up, even systems they didn’t work on or touch (allegedly). So, our next campout, shower still leaked, levelers still loud and slow, battery still bad in chassis. I bring it back again, and include the items from the list not fixed the first time. At that time everyone seems to know the name Ryan Pringle and they all roll their eyes when you say the name. He, of course, is no longer with the company, but the new guy assures me that a tech will look at it Monday and he will call me Tuesday. The call never comes, of course, I give it a week and call in. They tell me the camper is ready to go and they fixed everything. When I pick it up, I check everything that I could. They tell me they just had to "charge the battery".... They "reset" the leveler system again and it tests fine. They resealed the shower and replaced the dash applique that was crooked. They did a hack job "moving" the sewer outlet with a bad cut job and a tube of silicone... We have a campout to get to so I take it and head home.
My daughter calls. She notices the camper has a flat tire in our backyard. I come home from work and notice I have 2 flat tires and one with a "bubble" in the back. I call the police suspecting foul play. Police show up to do a report and the policeman says he thinks they are defective - he has seen lots of cut tires, but mine look like the bubble came from the inside. I lookup online and sure enough, Michelin had a recall in 2013 for my very make, model, and size of tire for this very problem. But my tires are "newer" than the recall tires. I call my buddy at Discount tire. He informs me Michelin won’t cover it - they might eventually - but for now, my best bet is to buy them. So I have to buy 3 new tires @ $200ea installed to replace my 3 bad ones. Odometer on my camper shows 5100 miles.... I tried to contact Camping World, Good Sam, Michelin, and Thor to ask about this - everyone told me the same thing, and also made sure to let me know I was out of my factory warranty now.
I am now out of my factory warranty... But I purchased the "no worry" 5 year extended warranty! Next campout, June 2016, we head to Mount Rushmore, farthest campout ever. At that campout the levelers went down, but wouldn’t come back up. I know the sound - loud motor, turning slow, retract error on screen. I tell my wife to keep resetting it while I tap the motor with a hammer to get them to retract. Clearly the motor is bad. Camper won’t start again after sitting, plugged in, for 48 hours. The remainder of the trip I’m crawling underneath my shiny new camper with Harbor Freight bottle jacks to level it. Bring it back in October 2016 to Camping World.
Now, I’m dealing with Steve. Steve apologizes for all my issues, and promises he will fix it. He tells me I am out of factory warranty but because it has been there before for the same things he will work it out. We go over the camper. Levelers not working, battery bad, a few more fit and finish things such as the mud flaps that fell off. Steve climbs up top and asks about the roof. he says it doesn’t look right. Like it wasn’t installed right. At each time I dropped it off, Camping World does a "courtesy inspection" and one of those things is to check the roof. No one ever said anything, I figured the wrinkles and bubbling was normal. Steve says he will call later that week. I wait 2 weeks and call Steve. He says he has worked out warranty with Thor for the roof to be fixed, the level motor replaced, and the other little things. Doesn’t mention the battery, I forget to ask. Asks me when I need it. I tell him I don’t need it until next spring, take your time and do it right. I agree to pay for winterizing as well.
5 months later in late February I call Steve to ask how we are doing. He says its done and I am all set. FINALLY, (or so we thought) happy, my wife and I drive up to Camping World. They pull the camper out for me and its running. Tech says - sorry it took so long, I had to jump start it, someone must have left a light on. Steve isn’t available so another guy comes out. I want to test everything. At this point I figure I’ll just buy a chassis battery and eat the cost on the that. We try the levelers - "error - retract timeout" again. He does the reset procedure and they work.... I check the mud flaps; they appear to be replaced. I check the roof, looks smooth, no wrinkles or bubbles. Tech says they peeled it all back and glued it back down where the factory missed. They also replaced some weather-strip on the slide out where it was leaking behind the cab. I ask about the battery. he gets a tester, hooks it up and says "it tests fine". I say - OK, turn it off and restart. Note, the camper has been running for over 30 minutes at this point. He turns the key - one click. Hmm. He says, must be a bad battery - but of course, I am out of warranty, so it would be $240 to replace. No thanks..... I drive my jeep up behind the camper to hook up my towbar for the drive home. Backup camera doesn’t work. Now - that is ONE system that has never given me an issue, until now. I go back in to get the tech. He asks if I want to leave it. Heck yea - I can’t even get out of the parking lot now with everything working, let alone a campout. I assume they unplugged something working on the roof, or fixing the soffit at the rear of the camper that was falling down as that was on the list. I get in the jeep and drive home. They tell me they will look at it Monday and give me a call. On Wednesday I call to ask what’s up. They tell me the "cable" has gone bad. It will be $1200 to fix it. Its not covered by the factory warranty, and not covered by my Good Sam Assurant extended warranty either. I tell Steve that while I appreciated the work he did on the roof, the battery and levelers still aren’t right - and now the backup camera is broken. I tell him I just want my camper back, Ill cancel that useless warranty and we will just part ways and they won’t ever have to see me again. I tell him I’ll be there Saturday morning to get it. He apologizes and we hang up. Saturday I go there to pick up my camper, Steve isn’t there, but another guy calls to the yard to dig it out. Service writer tells me I owe $129 for diagnostic fees. I think the look on my face and tone of my voice caused him to immediately void the charge and let me go on my way. I see my camper come up the aisle, go past the gate to a service bay. Kid jumps out and runs inside, 2 guys come out with tools. Service writer explains the dash is still apart since they “didn’t know I was coming today to pick it up.” After a few minutes, my RV drives up. I get in and immediately hear the error beep of the auto leveling system, which will beep my entire ride home showing “error – retract timeout”. Now, I notice that radio doesn’t work at all. The pushed the dash back together and the radio is loose and crooked in the dash… My RV and my money will NEVER go back to Camping World Chicago (Wauconda) EVER again. And, I will make it my mission to be sure to tell everyone I can about my experience so that hopefully I can save a few people from my nightmare. After reading online, I realize many people are worse off than me. They have had similar experiences with Camping World, but their RV was 2-3x more expensive than mine, and for some, their RV is their home. I cannot imagine having to stay in hotels all the time because my RV was in the shop “not” getting fixed…. I wish you all my best, and I’m happy to relay my experience or ask any more questions. If I should find by some odd chance that they didn’t break my backup camera I will certainly update this post, but I suspect someone put a staple through it when they re-secured the rear soffit in the bedroom – the camera is right behind there.

I have a 2016 28 foot wilderness by heartland.I bought it at camping world in Chattanooga tn. the owning was damaged by a storm on a camping trip, the owning needed to be replaced and it had 3 warranty issues so I took it to the camping world dealer in oxford Alabama which is real close to where I live. they got an estimate and the insurance company said fix it now is when everything went bad. They said it would only take a few days to repair the camper.7 weeks later still not fixed and the parts has not even been ordered.
when I confronted about what was taking so long they said they were waiting on the parts. A couple weeks later I confronted them again they said they were ordering the parts that was supposed to have already been ordered they made us miss several camping trips due to their lying.one of the warrant items I found out was added in the insurance quote so they would not have to buy the item out of their pocket. lying and deception should not be tolerated in such a large company like camping world or any company for that matter. so I go pick up my camper after 7 weeks take it to another dealer and it is fixed in less than week we love our camper but will never buy or have any service work done at camping world and I will discourage other people from buying anything from camping world.

Service is beyond terrible

Everything I read relates exactly to my experience with Camping World.
I Purchased a Thor Tuscany Motorhome in 2014.
Every and any defect you can imagine has come up since our purchase. The RV has spent 80% of the time at the New Braunfel's location with minimum to none solutions.
I would be glad to participate in a class action lawsuit vs this company. I can be reached at 210 510-9678 if anyone may be interested in considering this option.

No Lemois Resonse

Do not buy RV or Insurance from Camping World(CW). Have been a loyal customer seen day one, Lifetime Member, always purchasing all the insurance policies, Extended (ESC) Service Contracts, and even a Motor Home from them. All my pervious ESC in past were extendable. This time no. Cost would go from $1,000 for $100 deductible to over $6,000 for same. By the way, I spend over $5,000 in 2015 at CW store.

Registered letter to Lemois on 12/15/2015 asking for help. No help at all! In past he prided himself on Customer Service. No more pride. Brings new meaning to the word and his TV program “Profit”.

Serria 5th wheel by Forest River

As many of these complaints that I have read mine fits right in line. I have contacted my attorney and will sue for damages. Regardless of disclaimers, exclusions, lies and promises, my unit I purchased in November 2015 has only been in available for my use for approximately 4 weeks. I read the 90 day rule and made sure that the unit was on there lot that entire time and is still there because it has not been repaired to my satisfaction. Started out with a water leak they said I didn't have one went to pick it up spent 3 hours with them trying to fix the slide out and sound bar. When we hooked the unit up the leak was even worse. Ended up having to replace most of the front bath and bedroom, listed time of repair 8-12 weeks. They did hit that one on the head. My unit was returned the second time to the Panama City store on appx Jan 18 2016 it is still there.. Maybe if we all get together and file a class action suit they would get the message. call me 850-258-4268.

Service/Warranty

My wife and I purchased a new 2013 XLR Thunderbolt made by Forest River May 2013. Our first camping trip the jacks went out. It took them a month and a half to get the problem fixed. ( Missing prime time camping June and July) We had the one year warranty and made our list of items needing repaired as we returned the camper to get fixed. The service manager ( Jay ) told us he would get our problems taken care of. Our list consisted of 1) The main A/C locked up and needs to be replaced. 2) More than half of all the rollers on every slide - 3 total slides- were not working. The slide outs need to be completely pulled out because the boards are warped and need to be replace and the boards are tearing the roofs on the slides. That means they need to pull the rubber roof off ,take the boards out, replace the boards, and reseal when completed. 3) Leak in the shower. 4) A leak coming from the roof down through the inside of the camper...have video....this is just a few of the problems 5) carbon monoxide detector was malfunctioning 6) light cover fell off and needed replaced 7) exterior ladder was pulling away from the camper, 8) interior sliding glass door was installed improperly and wouldn't lock correctly, because it was installed upside down. Our camper sat on their property aprox 60 days and nothing has been fixed. After complaining they informed us that the manufacturer is requesting that the unit be shipped back to them for repairs in Indiana (We live in KS). So now we are waiting again, prime camping season, for the unit to be returned. Our problem is that we don't think we want it back. We are scared what all problems this camper is going to give us in the future. We spent so much on this camper and it doesn't seem like the dealership (Camping World of Kansas City),nor the manufacturer (Forest River), want to work with us on trading this lemon in on something else. So far, we have missed over 3.5 months of camping in our first year of ownership (it was new). Seems a bit ridiculous.
The GM ( Kenny ) said, " he doesn't need to make any money on this transaction that CW made their money on the first go around. We chose 2 newer campers ( 2014 ) aprox to what we currently have. They offered us our camper plus pay them 16,000 dollars...etc WTH... Has anyone reading this have any suggestions? Are there Consumer Protection Attorneys out there that can help? If so, would someone give me a phone number? Suggestions????

Thank you,

We're getting screwed!!!!

I have a 2013 Duthcmen Infinity 5th wheel. I took it in for warranty work in Sept 2013. It was finally ready to be picked up in Jan 2014. I had numerous issues to be fixed. One was a leak near the wheel wells by the tank drain valves. I was told they couldn't find any leak. I took the RV out in April 2014 for the first time after it was in the shop. Well it's still leaking. I am 200 miles away from Campingworld and will be using the RV continuously for 6 months. I was told by the service manager that I needed to find someone to fix it. I asked why it was my responsibility to get repairs when they didn't fix it in the first place. Its now out of warranty so I'm stuck with the bill. I called them back to speak with the store manager and was promised a call back. Two weeks later I haven't heard back. So take my advise and shop somewhere else besides Campingworld in New Braunfles, Texas. They treat you great until you pull the RV off the lot then it's so long sucker! Also don't buy a Dutchmen 5th wheel. Here's a list of some of my problems: Purchased Jan 2013, April 2013 the converter went out, June 2013 a ceiling light shorted out and the AC thermostat fried, July 2013 the main AC unit stopped cooling (had to replace it),and trailer started leaking from underneath near wheel well, Sept 2013 the slide in the living room wouldn't close all the way. That's the major stuff not including minor stuff, like trim around slides and ceiling falling off and cabinet doors warped and won't close.
This is my 3rd RV and by far the most expensive one. Don't let price fool you and stay AWAY from Campingworld.

I contaced camping world and made arrangements to have the generator fixed, have a satelite receiver installed and a few other issues, before our 3 week vacation. We scheduled for the Motor Home to go in 4 days before our vacation started. We were told there should be no problem getting it taken care of, in fact they would have it done in two days. On the morning of the second day I received a call telling me the generator needed a starter, and they would call me right back with an estimate. Later that afternoon I received a call telling me it would probably be best if I took the Motorhome to the generator dealer and have them fix it. Because the generator dealer could not get to it for two weeks I called Camping World back and told them they would need to complete the repairs. They told me they couldn't do it until the next week. I finally insisted that awas not acceptable. I then got a call back saying they would install the starter the following day, (now the third day). They also then informed me that they could not program the Satelite receiver they had just installed, (and charged $119 just to plug it in).

Camping world said the unit would be done by the end of the day on the third day. We arrived to pick it up 20 minutes before closing and it was not done. They said it was taking longer and they still needed about 45 minutes and wanted to finish the next day. I refused because we were already late in leaving for our trip. They reluctantly agreed to keep working and finished up in about an hour.

Two of the additional items we asked them to do, were to fix the refrigerator, it was not cooling on gas, and to install a trailer brake controller. When we hooked up our trailer we discovered the brake controller was not working. On the second day of our trip the refrigerator was just barely cool. We stopped by on our way out of town and they fixed the brake controller. They told us they could look at the refrigerator for nearly 2 weeks and it didn't matter to them that they had just worked on it. Then they told us that if a RV refrigerator lights but doesn't cool enough the only option is to replace it. Earlier this same person told me the purpose of my inverter was to convert 110v A/C to 12v DC.

By the way after paying around $500 to have the generator fixed, it won't start again. I did call the customer service number for Camping World Headquarters. They told me someone would check into the situation and call me back. It has been more than a week and no call yet. I paid $1, 900 for the repairs, my refrigerator still doesn't work, the dash air isn't cooling again, I had to call the satelite dish manufacturer and spend about 15 minutes on the phone with them to program the dish (camping world refused to make that call), my generator won't start.

I WILL NEVER DARKEN THE DOOR OF A CAMPING WORLD LOCATION ANYWHERE.

We just spent a week and half at Dustys Camping World of Bartow Fl. Had a waste tank explode on ou 2011r keystone cougar xlite 5the wheel, it was 17 days out of keystone warranty. All blame for this was placed on me thee owner. Dustys is thee eyes for keystone and they accused it of being a blockage caused on my part yet they had no evidence to prove this. Dealt withe extended warranty CW care and they refused thee first time but agreed to cover part of thee whork after there inspector visited thee site at Dustys. If you paid for extended warranty there cw care read your agreement contract closely especially thee exclusions. It took 3.5 business days to receive thee tank from keystone (although they did not cover thee problem) overnight whould have cost me $350. Dealt withe thee service guy whose name starts withe an (A), he was very arrogant at first withe thee problem. Then in thee middle of thee problem he was nice and joking. Had other issues that had not been satisfied in thee past brought them to there attention and they had to check on thee past issues and get another approval from keystone. They finally completed thee shower and slide issue at this time. Also had a counter top issue that was a mystery on thee part it was discovered at Dustys and was replaced. The Tech man Steve is an expert at his whork and my wife and I applaud him for his whork. Back to the settlement issue after all whork is complete, came into the service guy (A) ask that we whould settle up on all whork cost on Saturday morning, my wife and I had been out for the day to an event and got caught in the rain and were very wet when we arrived to check on the status of the unit which was having the counter top installed. All whork was complete unit ready, told the service guy (A) that I whould come over Saturday morning to settle up whould be staying in there camping area again overnight. He wanted payment at that time and was very arrogant and insinuating that we may leave out and not pay the billing. It was time to bite the tongue or cuss the guy out, he was very unprofessional many times during these issues and camping whorld should deal with him on this. I am sure they will jump on this issue just like they do all other issues was you drive the purchase off the lot. So people they have good deals but there service and some service people are unprofessional and really suck at there job especially the service guy (A). Good luck to all you suckers who continue to deal with camping whorld, my warranty is over.
