I am regularly going to office by bus. Minimum CTU bus available in this route Kharar to ISBT 43 bus stand as will as mostly bus comes to the late or not comes. As will as transport problem office reached late daily.

So please provide more CTU bus in this route in morning 6:30am on time to time.

CTU bus drivers don’t follow traffic rules they use to cross nearby crossing vehicles without even checking Gap. Today bus crossed by my car very closely i got saved only by a but of difference they don’t break and at lights i told him drive careful then he replied rudely even using abusive words also. Its a request kindly hire educated and trained people. We people used our full savings to buy a car or any vehicle only we can feel the pain of loss. These employees don’t care. Kindly educate them the lessons of humanity, rules and teach them to behave with females

It would be very disappointing for Chandigarh transport undertaking for appointment such type of conductors for the people . Today I travelled from ISBT 43 to kharar bus no. 35 b and when I entered the bus there was no conductor at that time so when he entered the bus after some time he just took tickets from last passengers and sat there only money was in my hand obly for taking the ticket so I thought when he will come this side i will take the ticket then after some time he just sat there only and then I only told him that i want ticket then he started misbehaving with me that why are you taking ticket now and started arguing. It’s was very depressing thing for me because i was having money in my hand only it’s conductors duty of giving tickets as this is the only task for which they are appointed. I was just the laziness of the conductor I felt very shameful today as in public he blamed me nevertheless I only told him to give me ticket if i wanted to travel without ticket then why would i have asked him by myself for ticket

I just wanted to bring yours attentions to the things which are happening at CTU department. Today I visited the bus stand to drop my mother their i have seen a person named SANDEEP who although is not a official of any roadways department but he is sitting inside the ticket distribution counter and shouting at the people misbehaving with them he also misbehaved with me also and when I visited to the enquiry office to convey the massage to them one the CTU officials in turban which are having advance booking buses he also started taking the favour of that person he was like SANDEEP IS DOING SAMAJ SEVA. Dear sir/madam as it appears to me your official employee are also not just to the department they are also want free salary and it really shocking to listen such word from CTU officials employees although all the other transport officials are just to their duty but such official who just want SANDEEP like person to do their duty are really are letting down the name of department.
Please look into this one because things don't meant to be happen which are really bad for department name.
Please take care of that and revert accordingly.

I have boarded a bus from ISBT 43 chandigarh to Ludhiana. Ctu Bus no. Is CH01GA 8126. I don't know the name of the conductor but when he was giving the tickets I asked him to give me a ticket for jamalpur Ludhiana but he refused and said that this bus doesn't go to jamalpur. He was very rude. I'm regularly travelling in this bus but today I was shocked that this bus doesn't go to jamalpur. After that I asked him to give me ticket of samrala chowk. It was a non stop bus and he asked everyone this bus will not stop anywhere but when we reached samrala city he dropped off two passengers there. After we reached jamalpur Ludhiana he also dropped some passengers there. I was shocked. I told him you that you told me this bus will not stop to jamalpur but you dropped some passengers there. I was very rude and misbehaved with me. Kindly take action against such conductors.

I took the bus Route no. 20 CH01 1736 from sohana bus stop...i am reached at the door and driver said..Climb through the back door but there was no space to climb from there, so I started climbing through the front door, then the bus driver closed the door so that my bag and I got stuck in the door....


Hope you will do something good while considering the safety of girls from Mohali location.

I board the above mention bus from ISBT sector 43 Regd bus no. CH01 GA5078 long bus red in color AC Depot no 4 my ticket no is 226466 in evening arrival time at manimajra 6:30 pm. Sir I show him my senior citizen card for ticket purposes but he did not consider it and told that there is discrepancy in the card and he charged the full fare i.e. Rs 25 and he insulted me very badly. When the bus reached at manimajra I got down and went to sampark centre manimajra and tell them to issue me a new senior citizen card. They checked my senior citizen card and told me that your card is upto date, there is no such discrepancy in the card and we can't issue a new card to you. Then again, I met with the same conductor of bus after 30 minutes and told him that issuing authority have said me that this card has no discrepancy .
You are requested to sort out this matter and kindly advice the conductor to do not humiliate the passenger and I further request you to kindly return the amount which is extra charged by bus conductor for not accepting the senior citizen card from me.

Sir I'm a resident of sunny enclave kharar and there is no bus stop there only one bus stop at desumajra which is very difficult for me to get the bus from there as because of highway project whole road is broken n full of mud so I want to convey that please also mention sunny enclave kfc as a bus stop so that our whole residency can take bus from there and also saves our lots of time sir please understand our problem and also find the solution for that as soon as possible because sunny enclave is now very big and we too need a bus stop here.

This bus conductor misbehaves with passangers whose travelling from Baddi to pinjore.pinjore is permanent stop of every bus .if you have any doubt on me then Check the cctv of bus specially yesterday (20/11/17) you clear everything .

I would like to inform you that i am regular passenger of CTU bus service.from the last two and half year i am travelling by ctu bus no 35-b from desumajra to sector 44.I daily get down on stopaage of 43 scooter market. As per my knowledge all ctu buses stop there for passengers.There is proper sign of ctu bus stop.But on 9th November 2017 bus conductor refuse to stop the bus on my mentioned stop.He said this stop is not mentioned in their route list so they cant stop the bus there. I just want to confirm is they were saying right that if they stop the bus there they will fined.And i further want to mentioned that they also said that they can stop the bus in special case if someone will request them.CTU bus service is for public services but the drivers and conductor always treat the passenger like they are doing some favor to the passengers.
I did not note down the bus number ,bus timing is 5:10 from kharar to chandigarh 35-b Non AC.
I have called so many times on the number 0172-2677033 to clarify my concern but there is no response.

I request to you please clarify my concern.

I am Neha from Ambala,Baldev Nagar. Yesterday (7-11-2017), we were coming from Jind in CTU DEPOT-1 Bus NO.- CH01-G1-7505. My husband said bus conductor ”Please drop us at baldev nagar”. But he refused with excuse that we are going from fly over of baldev nagar.
My husband said that as per CTU rules buses are not authorized to use fly over at this time. He said “ZADA MAT BOL THAPAD KHAYEGA”.
I felt bad for my husband and then I shouted on him. He pushed me.This is not good behaviour. He dropped us at Kalka Chowk and we walked to baldev nagar. And then suddenly, he turned bus towards Baldev nagar Railway fatak. Sir, we felt very bad . He used abusive language. He showed my husband slap.
I am very disappointed from your employee behaviour.

I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.

But the mentioned bus no. is frequently skip their time, specially in the evening. In evening same bus starts from Mohali Railway station around 6 PM to PGI Chandigarh, this Bus is come approximately 2 days in a week. Today i am speaking regarding my problem at Bus Stand sector 43 and suggest me to give online complaint. I am Thank full to you if consider my complaint and take an action.and i am requesting to you to increase bus service on direct route of PGI to Mohali Railway station like Bus no. 39(PGI to Mohali phase 11).

Conductor refused to give the ticket for kalaamb which is in btw the route of Chandigarh to dehradun. 5-6 passengers were standing there for the ticket of kalaamb but he refused to give the tickets. Even there was seats in the bus . The bus no is chd01G1-7536

On this Sunday morning dated 13 aug 2017 I went to drop my senior citizens parents . according to dus drive there was one seat behind driver seat . My mother sat on the seat . Conductor came and ask to get down as his family friends have to sit that seat with very rude behaviour . Request to look into this . Looking for positive response. Your Driver Ram gopal Dr no 36 whose duty timing is 10pm(30/7/17) to 6am (31/7/17). He was fighting with us during duty time at his home Nabha Sahib Dayalpura
SAS Nagar Mohali at 6:11 am (distance of Ctu workshop is aprox 13km) he parked his car in front of our door and blocked our entrance. And we asked to remove the car he refused and came with weapon to fight with my father .Police complaint against him has been written dated 31/7/2017. He was drunked. Please take legal action against Ramgopal.

We are waiting for bus route no. 30 at bus stand of sector 21 around 11:30 am on 27 june..... It was raining ... Deriver slow down the bus near bus stop but did not stop ... So we are unable to board the bus.. It is monsoon seanson and every body wants transport facility.... We match our schedule with the bus schedule so that we will be on time but the things like this makes us feel that public trasport is not for the public. It is only for the drivers and their moods....

Dear CTU Team

I am a resident of sector 51 A,Chandigarh. I am at the bus stop piccadily chowk daily around 5 45 am for boarding bus to Ambala Cantt as i work there and i have to reach there by 7 30am, but since the past 10 days no CTU bus allows passengers of the Ambala Cantt to board the buses which go to Delhi. The conductors block the way and only allow the passengers of Delhi to board the bus as if they would fly off Ambala Cantt without touching it. Some of the buses dont even stop at piccadily chowk bus stop.

So I am requesting you to advise the drivers and the conductors not to do the same as there is no such rule which allows this. And kindly if this is to carry on allow more buses which are strictly for passengers to ambala cantt.
