Crew

Kumain ako sa Chowking Carreido,Quiapo, Manila last October 24, 2020 @ 11am. Wala yung security guard isang crew (naka green t-shirt) ninyo ang tinutok yung temperature scanner sa right eye ko. Pagkatapos nito, bumigat na yung makiramdam ko sa right eye ko. Nabigla ako sa ginawa nya. Yung temperature scanner na ginamit ay nag eemit ng radiation na di dapat titutok sa mata. Sinabihan ko yung crew na di dapat gawin yon dahil nakakabulag pag titunog ito sa mata. May mild glucoma yung mata ko. Magkatapos ng insidente parang binaliwala ng crew. Nakita ko siyang pumasok na sa kitchen. Yung crew ay di nakauniform ng chowking.
Sinabihan ko yung manager sa mangyayari. Kaagad sinabi nya sa akin na di nakakabulag yung temperature scanner. Sabi ko sa manager na ako nagtratrabaho sa hospital at pinagbabawal namin na itutok sa mata ang scanner dahil nakakabulag ito.
Habang ako ay kumakain, lumapit ang manager at snabihan nya na raw yung security guard. Tumaas na ang boses ko. Sabi ko "Di mo ako tinanong kung sino yung nagtutok ng scanner sa mata ko. Hindi yung security gurad kung hindi isang crew nyo." Pagkatapos nito umalis lang yung manager. Walang investigation na nangyari.
Magcoconsult ako sa aking Ophalhalmologist at pag may di magandang resulta dahil sa ginawa ng crew ninyo, dapat managot kung sino ang dapat managot.

March 15, 2020. Chowking Grandmall Basak. Ilang araw po ba tinatagal ng gravy nyo? Lunch na lunch ha nagserve kayo ng panis na gravy? potek. Napakasalaula ng crew nyo po. Tapos malalaman pa namin na kahapon pa luto yung gravy na binigay nyo? Kadiri po kayo.

nag order po ako ng chopsuey rice meal , kya lang nagtaka ko sa kulay ng mga gulay halos madilaw na sia, ng tikman ko ang chopsuey, maasim naito at amoy panis na, sumama po loob ko kya sabi ko sa crew don bakit nagseserve kyong food na panis na, wala naman silang maipaliwanag na dahilan at pinapili na lang akong ibang food. sa akin po sana ayusin nio po service nio para hindi kyo masira sa inyong mga costumer....

Poor Serving and Customer Service

Hi

I just want to share my experience whilst dinning at your BGC Branch this morning. I ordered Tocino Breakfast with Coffee and Siopao, however when i got my order, "ang sakit sa dibdib, ang konti ng serving" :( I felt my order was not worth P120 at all. I should have eaten at my office's pantry and got myself unli coffee.

Another one is, I asked one of the crew for an additional Siopao Sauce, the crew acknowledged it with me eye-to-eye. Fast forward 10mins i got the impression that the crew is bullshitting me. I stayed longer because i was waiting for my co-worker, then i saw the same crew cleaning the nearby table. He didn't even approached me. Too shy to ask if i'm done with my plates because he was feeling guilty. Your crew here is too lazy to serve customers.

Chowking Citymall Dipolog

Good day.

I would like to air out my grievance towards the Chowking Branch in Citymall Dipolog City.

This noon, July 17, 2019 I was queueing up to order food from them. I had with me an e-voucher which I received from a promo from Globe Gcash for one halo-halo from Chowking. Despite the long lines at that time, I took my time waiting since I was really looking forward to redeeming my voucher.

When my turn finally came at the counter, I eagerly presented my voucher code to the cashier, but much to my disappointment and embarrassment, I was told by the manager nonchalantly that they do not honor such codes due to their "lack of internet connection." This frustrated me as the considerable amount of time that I spent waiting in line was for nothing.

So after that, I checked the Globe Gcash website to verify their list of participating stores, and that particular branch was one of them. This only aggravated my frustration.

Hence, I am writing this email to air my grievance and complaint to the management of the aforementioned store. I don't mind that I didn't get the food item in the voucher. What really ticked me off is how that store doesn't even care that they advertise that they are participating in the said promo yet they don't honor their vouchers when redeemed to them. I wasted my time and energy waiting in line only to be nonchalantly brushed off by a noncaring cashier and manager.

I hope that this message would spring some action on the part of the management.

Bastos ng service crew nyo, he's name is REDGE.. sana sabihin nya ng maayos kung gusto nya na kami paalisin hindi yung magwawalis sya ng ilan beses sa harap namin at titingnan kami ng masama, wag ka magdadabog kuya, customer kami!

CHOWKING FOOD SERVICE

I came at exactly 8:20pm, waited on the line for 5-7mins just to order. So, I ordered Chicken Lauriat & Chao Fan. The cashier told me to wait 15mins for the chicken to be available. So, I agreed upon the said time frame. So, I sat down and patiently waiting my order to be served. While waiting, I didn't notice that it's already past 30mins since I ordered my food. I checked the receipt as to what time I ordered my food (20:27/8:27PM). I checked my phone and guess what time is it? IT'S ALREADY 9:01. I went to the cashier on that specific time and make a follow-up for the food. The crew said to me that I need to wait 7mins again and my order will be served. So, I get back where I sat. And waited again for the said time frame. Finally, they served my food at exactly 9:07PM. As a customer, I never complain about waiting for 15mins because that's the standard time of waiting. I was once a crew here in Cebu City but I always make sure that all the pending food will be serve at exactly what time it is supposed to be serve. Well, I guess, you need to improve your services. If I rate your service from 1-10, I will totally give you 1point because, First it's inconvenient to us who dined at FAST FOOD but got our ordered almost an hour. Second, the crew didn't apologize about what happened. Third, they didn't even approach me nicely and they just act like nothing happened. It disappoint me. I'm not really into giving feedbacks but this is also for you guys to enhance and improve your services. I am really disappointed.

Poor customer service of crew named ERWIN in SM Baguio

Regarding to how he treated customer. Nakakabastos kasi, naghihintay kami ng magllinis sa table hindi kami tumatawag kasi nakkita naman nmen na busy sila. Then lumapit ako sa may counter kasi nakita ko wala na naman syang isserve inapproach ko kaya sya if pwede bang makisuyo then bigla nyang sinabi "TINAWAG KO NA YUNG MAGLLINIS HINTAYIN NYO NA LANG" tapos bigla kaming tinalikuran. Sinong hindi maiinis ng ganyang approach dba. Pls address this soonest sa SM BAGUIO CHOWKING. Hoping for the immediate response. Thank you!

Not doing the take out order

I went chowking near jp rizal cor n.garcia to order a milk tea for take out, i place my order around 7:00 pm, then thay gave me a number 21 for customer number then i sat to w8 my order, then, i notice the its 26.mins my milk tea order is not yet done, but some of the new customer who also place there for take out order are already done, then i approch the cashier in charge how long to make my milk tea? Then i alao notice that some of the crew are not attending also some customer what a poor performance of manpower. Then finally around 7:30 om my milk tea is done, im not inform that when making a milk tea it will dine 30 mins.

Crew and food

Good evening, earlier together with my 2 sisters and with her husband and son suggested to eat at chowking. Naunang umorder ang mag anak pagkatapos kame naman ng isa ko pang kapatid na babae, unang pagkakamali hindi inulit ng cashier ang order para ma-clarify ang order namen sa drinks kaya nung in-assemble yung drinks saka ko nakita na mali ang pinunch niya. Next nung nagserve siya samen ng food nakasimangot siya tapos makikita namen na mali din sinerve niya, kaya kinailangan pang bumaba ang isa samen para palitan yun maling food na binigay. Lastly yung choco pao na wala naman sinabi kung kelangan naming maghintay dahil hindi available, 12:46pm yung nasa resibo pero almost 1:30pm na wala pa rin kaya yung husband na ng sister ko ang bumaba para kunin. Please train your employees well, hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon mabait ang customer.

Chowking GMA Bulihan

Hi this is costumer from DasmariΓ±as we have a complain to Chowking GMA bulihan Brance poor delivery service Call center advise delivery time is about 60 mins. and after the long wait we expect food to be deliver but No! one of the Staff in GMA chowking call will be late due to riders problem. And ask if we are willing to wait about 90 mins .. God !! late informed ?? and then asking if we are willing to wait about 90 mins?? Please improve your service where not waisting our time here !!

Service/ Time Frame

I went to the cashier to follow up my order because we already wait half a hour while she gave a time frame that is 15 minutes and we have to wait for additional 10 to get our food. Why do you gave timeframe when you can't even fulfill it? The cashier was rude she kept glancing at our table and roll her eyes. Do you train them to be like that? At that time it's not even rush hour. What if it's rush hour we have to wait for 2 hours to get our food? The service sucks and the employee suck even the manager she's not doing anything .

Bad Employees Service

We order at 7:07 am in Bayani Rd breakfast so it's not rush hour and the employee said that we will receive our order within 15 minutes so we expect to get the meal within 15 minutes even though I tell them we wait for more than 15 minutes we still wait for additional 30 minutes until we got the meal. Why give time frame when you can't fulfill it? The cashier is mean, bitch and she keep giving me a side glance and roll her eyes at me through out our meal she still keep stealing side glance and roll her eyes. As I checked your mission, vision and values you didn't apply it at all. This is my worst experience in fast food restaurants and it's not a nice experience. It's frustrating.

Delivery late and lies...

Never wanted to order again...lagi na lang late ang service...ang masama they will lie to you once mgfollow up ka sa about your order.they will tell you na nakaalis na or paalis na ang rider nila but the truth is hindi pa...kc wala silang rider...wala pa yong rider nila kchindi daw nila alam na nkabreak...your delivery service was the worst...definitely, not a good suggestion for others to order...

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Worst Delivery Service !!!! My second time to order in a week . First order was delivered after 2 hours . Then my today’s order was cancelled after an hour and a half of waiting . Is that allowed? They call you to tell you that they will cance your order because they cannot contact the delivery branch and after and hour and a half ???Sayang! I like your food but you have some terrible Delivery Service !!!!chowking management, please do something about this.

Chowking Robinsons Manila branch serves undercooked food

Me and my wife decided to eat dinner at the Robinsons Manila branch of Chowking. Even at the counter, we were provided poor customer service as the cashier was always doing something else rather than focusing on order-taking, but we decided to let it slide. What earned my irk was when I started to eat the lumpiang shanghai I ordered; it was chewy and just did not taste right. Upon closer inspection, I found that the meat inside was rather pinkish. I asked to talk to the manager who was at first very unapologetic and defensive. Her de-escalation skills are just not effective so I just asked for a refund. Only then was she able tio offer a rather insincere apology. There’s just no way we’re gonna eat again at this branch or just maybe, it’s time to burn the bridge with this foodchain.
