Poor Customer Service

This happened last June 14, 2016 in Sampaguita St. Cubao branch when me and my husband dined in. Actually we are regular customers there until this happend. So order si hubby ng food while I was waiting for him and looking for a place kung saan kami pupwesto. That time kasi halos lahat ng tables hindi pa nalinisan as in halos lahat. Ang alam ko kasi sa fast food chain pag alis ng customer automatic dapat i-di-dish out na iyong mga plates sa tables at lilinisin ng crew iyong tables. May napili na akong spot habang nag-oorder si husband so umupo na ko while waiting. Siguro mga 15 minutes ako naghintay actually naghahanap ako ng crew na maglilinis pero it seems busi-busihan sila (nagchichismisan sila malapit sa restroom) at parang nagkakagulo (no idea kung bakit) then my husband approached the cashier and said kung pwedeng pa-dish out iyong table namin sumagot ang cashier "pwedeng sa ibang table na lang kayo puwesto?" Nainis ang asawa ko pati ako kasi halos lahat ng table madumi at may plates pa. Kung customer oriented kang employee, di ba pwede namang iyong cashier ang magdish out kung gugustuhin nya. At kahit regular customer kami ng asawa ko doon we will never eat again sa Chowking! Very poor service talaga!!! To Chowking management sana turuan nyo ng good customer service ang mga crew nyo esp iyong nasa Sampaguita St. Cubao branch kahit satisfied kami sa food nyo kung very poor service naman mawawalan kami ng gana bumalik.

Very poor service

This happened this afternoon (June 27, 2016 Monday, around 3-4pm). I approached the counter and already very clear that the service crew guy there does not want to serve me, nakasimangot, at siya pa ang parang galit ha, no greetings, no salutations, and nakikipagkuwentuhan pa sa ibang mga crews (including the supervisor) pretending not to see a paying regular customer of this chowking branch. Kelangan pa idetalye pa bawat item sa kanila, (like tissues, spoons and forks) and walang modo kung umasta.

Anong klaseng fast food chain yan ha, actually halos lahat ng branches na napuntahan ko to eat I had bad experiences of poor service. Utang na loob ba ng mga tao na kumain sa inyo? Chowking has no business being in the industry kung ganyan serbisyo nyo! Business district pa naman ang location nito tapos discriminating pagdating sa service? Pasabugin na lang kayo di ba! Mga gago!

Worse delivery

Poor CSR coordination with delivery.. The delivery guy called me 3 times to ask for directions but still couldn't get it right.. I had to drive and try to look for him but the guy is not even in the area..It's 3pm and it's so hot and no delivery guy...no chowking for me from now on...

Very Poor CSR Performance

My previous order prior to today was delayed for more than 45 minutes and I didnt demand for any GC(which they should have been giving since late sila). The CSR verified my delivery address as Makati and 40minutes later a somwone from a branch at San Joaquin, Pasig called me and verified my address I told him that ots in Makati. Long story short they passed my order to Waltermart Makati branch and after another 45minutes my order came.

Today I dialed for a delivery again(parang tanga lang) After 50minutes I followed up my order ang sabi pending na sa branch. I followed up again and on the 3rd time ang sabi on hold na daw ung delivery. I'm really disappointed. I have to call Chowking to verify if my order will be delivered. They should have told me that its not possible for the related branch to do deliveries since they are swamped with orders, but no, I have to call them 3 times in 2 hrs just to hear from the CSR that they would opt to cancel my order. It was around 12:38pm when I dialed the delivery and I haven't eaten yet. Customers call your delivery hotline since you market it to be reliable. The same thing happened to my housemate twice!

Terrible and ANNOYING

I go to Chowking every so often and I already know how customer service can be there. Not good. But not terribly awful to the point in which I would never go there again.

But this is the first time that I feel I need to go out of my way to complain about my experience today as my family has now concluded that we will never step foot in Chowking again.

So please, Chowking, if you read this:
The Chowking that I visited today was the one in National City (2220 E. Plaza Blvd). My visit to Chowking was at 7:40 PM. It was going well until we realized that we did not even receive one of the buzzers that would let us know that our food is ready (everyone else received one). That was just the beginning, something that was not much of a problem at all, as long as we would receive our order. After waiting for 20 minutes, our food is no where to be found. 10 minutes later (8:10 PM), we notice an order that looked similar to what we ordered, however, they just put it on the front counter without calling any number. A customer that ordered after us received their order already, so we decided to go up to the front counter and ask how long it would take for our order to be ready. Miss Liza Mae M. was the one that received our order and was also the one that answered our question. She told us that our order was the one that was on the front counter, however, they did not call out our number because one part of the order was not yet in the bag.

So here is the huge complaint. 1. We have been waiting for our food for 35 minutes or longer. So obviously we decided to approach one of the workers. Miss Liza Mae M. responded to us with a negative attitude, as in, having an angry face towards us instead of smiling or having a friendly expression and telling us "I'm so sorry for the wait ma'am, it will be out shortly!"

A sweet couple who ordered before us also complained and called to the manager that their order was not given to them yet. They were there for about 10 more minutes than us, so a total of 45 minutes. We got to speak with that couple, and it turned out they only ordered 2 soups, whereas we ordered 3 entrees and 1 soup. So here is the second complaint. 2. Why are you guys not giving the orders in the right order? It was understandable to complete the order of another customer that only ordered siopao. But a few other customers that had larger orders than mine and the sweet couple who had ordered PRIOR to the other customers, received their order BEFORE us. That makes NO sense.

Finally, the third complaint. 3. The part of our order that was missing was chicken. I know how long chicken takes to cook and/or get ready. It definitely does NOT take 1 hour. Not only that, I saw that the customer that received their order, who was also a customer that ordered after me, ordered and received their chicken. So why. Just why.

Not only is my complaints going towards the length of time I had to wait, but to those who worked there. We called over the manager as well. When we asked how long the chicken would take, she said 15 MORE minutes. WHAT. So we cancelled our order, and instead of saying "I am so sorry that this happened, please let me give you a coupon (or some sort of compensation at the least) for your next visit to show our apologies and understanding of you, our customer," she was so MAD and angry, she barely said sorry, and when she did, she did not look at us. So Chowking. Talk to that manager. Tell her to fix her customer service! HOW did she even get that manager position if she is that rude and uncaring of the customers?! I unfortunately did not catch her name. However, it should be easy to know who she is. She was working today, Friday, June 10, 2016 between 7:40 PM to 8:20 PM. I won't tell you what should be done of her position or how you should discipline her. But she definitely took the cake when it came to our decision to never visit Chowking ever again.

Chowking Counter crew poor service

Just to share my experience.Kanina around 8:45pm supposed to be like to dine in fave ko talaga yung chowfan.from counter2 right side lumipat aq s counter1 since 2 cust lng meron.mahaba pila s counter2. Counter crew 1 having fun s cust nya na kakilala. Im at 3rd on the line.when its my turn to order. Told thw female counter mgppload ng happy plus. At boom! Tinanggihan aq. Lipat dw sa kabila dhil wala syang png happy plus. So dissapointed to her service. Pplipatin aq s isang counter n may mahabang pila so shame pa dhil tinginan lahat ng cust n nakapla dn.for sure di ppyag ung mga nakapila n sumingit aq.. due to so disappointment;gutom at pagkapahiya. Nalalabas aq ng store ng d n ngorder even im hungry.
Didnt get the name ng female counter crew. She should not assigned to that area.
Halos lagi aq dun kumakainm every fr work madalas aq ngdadine in.pro dhl s experience d nq jn kakain.

poor customer service

I ordered halo-halo for take out and asked to wait for 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes even seeing others who ordered later to be served first. Then there was a blackout and they said they can't serve my order anymore and offered for a refund. Di man lang sila nag put ng effort to serve those Na nka order Na. The staff was even unapologetic. Grrr

not in good service

Icocomplain ko lng sana yung chowking baclaran terminal plaza branch..dko gusto service nla..mbgal na palpak pa..lgeng gnito kapag naorder ako sa knla..noon pnapalagpas ko lng ngayon hndi na.

Kanina lang umorder ako ng halo2, 3 siopao, buchi at chicharap for take out..mtgal akong ngantay sa inorder Kong siopao.nauna pa nga ung halo2..hndi ako ngreklamo..pguwi KO ng bhay wlang sauce ung siopao wla ding sawsawan ung chicharap so pano nmin un mka2in.ang nngyri bmlik ult ako sa chowking pra kmuha ng sauce..kht man LNG sorry o pacenxa wla akong nrinig dun sa ngbgay skn ng sauce..nagba2yd kmi ng tama so dpt mgbgay cla ng mgndang serbisyo..dko gusto mga staff at service nla!

Akward service crew and guard.

I was full of people so I asked the new crew girl na "pabantay lang po nang upuan saglit lang. Salamat" I was alone. Moments later.
Akward (gay?) guard kept looking at me. Damn it I didn't like to eat anymore in Chowking near any service crews.
I knew were talking to me with the new girl cashier there. WTF

my concern lng ako about sa nangyare nung kumain kami sa chowking total balintawak nung (4/27/16) around 22:04pm un .. syempre nag order kami ng dalawang pork chao fan plain lng .. tapos nag order din kmi ng wonton mami .. dumating nmn sya khit medyo matagal(karaniwan na sa branch nila un) .. pahabang kumakain n kmi ung ksama ko tinawag ung isang crew nyo at humingi kmi ng dawalang "Chili Oil" at "Dimsum Sauce" .. bumalik naman sya at naibigay ung hiningi nmin .. pero tag-isa lng .. then dinedma ko nlng ksi nga bka nkalimitan ung isa .. tapos maya maya tinawag ko sya ulit dhil nkalimutan na nya.. sbi ko "Bro.. Pasuyo nmn nung isa pang Chilli ksi isa lng ung naibigay mo knina.." tapos sabi nya .. "Ayy, sir ksi po additional 5 pesos na po un .." sbi ko "Ha? bakit? Samantalang antagal tagal namin na kmakain dto at lagi nmn naiibibigay ung Chili oil na dalawa .. ngaun lng nde .. tsaka dba pang take out ung 5 pesos na cnasabi mo? dine in kmi bro.." sabi nya "eehh.. Sir kasi po sabi ni manager .. isa lng daw po at additional na 5pesos pag isa pa .. pang my TOPPiNGS LANG po ksi un sir .." then ndi ko na sya kinibo dhil sobrang nabad3p ako .. ung ksama ko nagsalita at sbi "sige kuya.. bigyan mo kami at mag a-add nalang ako 5pesos" then bigay nya .. after nun HiNiHiNTAY ko ung RESiBO ng Chili oil ksi nga dba my bayad?? dpat dba every trans. my receipt agad ? pero natapos nlng kmi magpahinga wala parin naiabot sa amin.. dpat gawan nyo ng paraan yang branch n yan .. dpat panindigan nila ung cnbe nila na my additional charge ung ganito at gnyan after maprint nung resibo kelangan mkita ung mga addtional charges na cnsabe nyo kung take out man o ndi .. CHOWKING SM CITY CLARK SUCKS

Your customer service sucks! You don't ask your customers if they want to upgrade their drinks, you do it for them automatically. That's considered being impolite or rude. Plus the fact that you make your customers wait for more than 15 minutes for their meals to be served. It is not the responsibility of the customer to follow up on their meals every now and then.

The service crews are also rude. You can't even bother them when you ask for a follow up on your order. They literally ignore you upfront! Not to mention, the counter smells like trash.

Yes, the food is very affordable compared with other fast food chains. But the name itself does not suit you.

Are you trying to drive your customers away? Is this the feedback that you are wanting to get? Is the management even aware of this? Are you guys reading all these negative feedback that the establishment you're working for is getting? Seriously. You've got to make a change!!

I just called chowking right now to place an order for halo halo and yet most of the area near by decline to deliver. And some area insist that the place in far from their store. If you don't want do render service better yet stop your business!!!

unprofessional cashier (w/o manner)

Good day...

This will Happened in SM Fairview last Saturday (April 2, 2016).
Nag-order ako ng 2box of regular siopao asado and 1box of regular siopao bola bola. Ang available na siopao reg. bolabola is 2 nalang ung cashier n nag-attend saakin is polite naman and she encourage me to order the available stock of bolabola. then I decided to do so.
nag order ako ng 2box na asado & 2pcs bolabola+1pc asado to complete the 1box.
upon punch ng order ko sa POS ung katabi nyang cashier kinuha ung order ko na bolabola ang sabi ng MATARAY na cashier is "nauna ako!" check pa natin ang time ng pagpunch s POS ang narinig ko lang s discussion ng cashier na mataray is "ayan oh 7:14 nauna ako!"
which is dapat upon confirmation ng cashier na nag-attend saakin upon confirmation ko (CUSTOMER) ibig sabihin deal is close cashier and customer agreed that the item was sold.
hindi pabilisan ng pag-punch sPOS!
i forgot the name of the RUDE/MATARAY na cashier pero it happened around 7pm last Saturday April 2, 2016 merong record ang store nun kc gumamit ako ng HAPPYPLUS CARD
i decided na i-return lahat ng order ko. I BACK OUT... because of the MATARAY na cashier... kung nakipag-usap lang nang maayos ang RUDE/MATARAY na cashier hnd ako magbaback out BUT SHE STANDS FOR BEING MATARAY, HEAD UP AND PROUD SA GINAWA NYA!
then... pumunta ako sa branch nyo s SM NOVA... ung display rack ninyo ng dimsum unfortunately halos pa-ubos n ang laman kc around past 8 na nang gabi un. buti nalang maayos ang manager at nag pa-steam sya ng order ko 2box of reg asado n 1box of reg bola bola... thumbs up for the manager of SM NOVA at that time...

PLS IMPROVED YOUR COMMUNICATION W/ YOUR STAFF ON HOW THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE ORDER FOR EVERY CUSTOMER.
waiting for your feedback on what action did you taken for the RUDE/MATARAY na cashier ng SM FAIRVIEW...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

SUPER LATE DELIVERY. I CALLED CHOWKING DELIVERY AND THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL DELIVER 45 MINUTES. BUT UNFORTUNATELY AN HOUR HAS PASSED AND NO CHOWKING PERSONNEL DELIVERS, TO THINK THAT THE SERVICING BRANCH IS JUST A FEW METERS FROM OUR PL;ACE. I CALLED THE CHOWKING DELIVERY HOTLINE TO FOLLOW UP ON MY ORDER/DELIVERY, BUT THE MAN WHO ANSWERED MY CALL HANGED UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. AND HE DID NOT CALL BACK. SO I CALLED AGAIN THE DELIVERY HOTLINE AND SOMEONE ANSWERED ME, A CERTAIN JEROME, I THINK. I ASKED FOR THE STATUS, AND HE HANGED ME UP FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES, AND STILL HE CANNOT GIVE ME THE STATUS OF MY ORDER/DELIVERY. AND WILL NOT GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE FIRST PERSON WHO TOOK MY CALL. AND THEY KEEP ON SAYING THAT THE SERVICING BRANCH WILL CALL ME TO GIVE UPDATE, STILL UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE CALLED. AND WE WAITED FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL CAME. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE CHOWKING??? THIS HAPPPENED A COUPLE OF TIMES ALREADY!!!
ATTENTION COMPLAINTS BOARD OF CHOWKING: YOU HAVE A LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNELS AND DELIVERY. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PLEASE.

Chowking Delivery

Called chowking delivery hotline then got a call back that non of their branches can deliver to our village because it is "far". I told them that the nearest branch to our house is chowking kabihasnan and they said they will check. When they called back the representative said that Kabihasnan branch said that they cannot deliver because our village is far from them. That was very unaccommodating since our village was less than 1km from kabihasnan. I will never eat in chowking again.

Waiting for nothing

I ordered wanton noodles wid siopao. was around 7pm, den aftr 20mins of waiting i decided to follow up my orders den i found out wla pla ako inaantay kc wla daw someting... i dont knw d term na ginamit ng crew bsta parang ang meaning wla ung order ko. Super pissed off. Pagud na pagud from work den gusto mo kumain, tas pagktpos mag order wla pla akong inaantay!!!! Buti nlng naicpan ko ifollow up!!!!

customer inefficiency

ordered wanton noodles last 10/24/16 at 530pm but was served 605pm. 3 other customers before me were still to be served and they came before me. one particular customer came in at 530pm and was served 610pm. this particular branch is new and they have at least about 9 staff (not counting kitchen staff) and yet customers are being served this late. the manager, mr. rey, approached but offered on answers. he may offered sorry to the others but not the undersigned. a simple sorry would have sufficed.

i firmly believe this mr. rey is not yet ready to take-on the responsibility of being a manager to such a large branch. he is simply not equipped to handle situations like this. hope this is received by the people concerned. he is dragging the chowking name unceremoniously.

spoiled chili sauce

Marcos Highway Branch. Panis yung chili sauce nung sinabi kong bakit maasim. Ang sagot sakin ewan ko po?. Sabi pa. Suka mam gsto nyo? Sabi ko. Chili nga bkt maasim panis ba to? Tapos sasabihin hndi ha. Sobrang dumi ng branch na to panay insecto walang manager. At ang yayabang nung isang babaeng di nakauniform. Sinasabi anu ba yang sinasabi neto? Hay hndi ko nalang pinatulan. Pero gsto ko talagang magreklamo!!! Kasama ko pa naman anak kong kumakain. Sobrang asim nung chili sauce. At panis na talaga yun at yun pa rin binibigay samin. Sabi kukuhaan kami sa stock room. Wala tamad mga tao. Isang tao lang nag-aassisst samin nakakawalang gana tuloy kumain dto.

spoiled chili sauce

Marcos highway branch. Super asim ng chili sauce. Dinedeny pang panis. Ang dumi dumi ng branch na to. Please. Kasama ko pa naman baby ko nung kumakain. Sinasagot pang gsto ko daw ng suka nalang nung nireklamo kong maasim. Nakakabadtrip. Anu ba yan!!! Wala pang manager.
