booked a plot in Eden lands ,a project of Eden housing developers(AOP) vide application no 002829 on feb 2009 .completed 61 installment on 15th march 2014 .a total payment of Rs.1114562 has been mad to Eden housing developer. My Name is Khalid Mehmud Rizwan . I booked a plot in Eden Meadows on Ferozpur Road .I paid them about 13,00000 lakh rupees already and just 2,00000 rupees are left behind . They were supposed to give me the possession in 2012 but I am still waiting to get Informed.
Please register my complaint against Eden developers and get me the money back and please resolve the fraudulent activity against the victims who are suffering.Thanks my particular are as follows,

Aslam o alikum my name is Nasir Zaman i booked 5 marla plot in eden lands in 2008 . I have paid all the installments on time but still waiting for possession.every time i visit pakistan i went to their office but all in vein.please guide me what to do to get my money back

Dear Eden Managament,

I booked a plot at Eden Life Islamabad in 2015, Eden claimed at its website that its clear from CDA and have NOC.

But in actual no NoC is obtained yet.

The files are now worthless which were in lacks in 2015. There is no clear answer from Eden on NOC.

I need the payment back because the promise is not fulfilled.

How can I get legal help about this issue?

We have paid almost full amount of 6.7 marla Cornore plot at K block, after 9 years we are not in possession of plot.
There is no one to help us. I request NAB to crack down on the head of this project. I paid installments with great difficulties. Now i need money,

I have purchased two plots, 5 marla each in Block F. Yesterday, I visited the site area and noticed that only some development works were going on for Eden Gardens Project. Nothing exists with the name of Eden Lands there. I am sure even they have not acquired land for this project whereas all the members have paid complete installments. I request Chief Justice of Pakistan to take Strict Notice of this malpractice and order the developer to develop the land and hand over plots to all the members without any additional charges. I have visited their Marketing office today, which is located in Khyaban-e-amin (Eden abad) opposite of Valencia Town Defence road .

They have informed us that they are giving possession to those who have booked in 2006 and then they will move forward to next step by step, and i believe for Block B Extension will entertain after 2020 if they will continue like that.

Also one more thing they will not give possession on that amount which we have paid, they will get additional amount (For sure) and that will be big amount.
Management said Eden will charge that amount for the name of inflation Charges, for example for 5 marla Plot in Block B total amount was paid by any one is 8 Lakh and they said now current market price for 5 marla is 30 lakh so Edne will not give 5 marla plot to a person who have paid 8 lakh only.

That News is very shocking for me, and we are very upset after listing this news. If anyone have any information please Put their feedback.

Also what is the procedure to file an application to NAB/FIA against Eden.

We have paid all installments along with development charges but didn't get possession yet. Eden Garden Management has closed its site office on Ferozpur Road that's why unable to contact them. The management of Eden was bound to deliver possession of the plots in 2015 but still we are waiting for the good news.

I had booked 5 marla plot in eden garden extension block B scheme started in 2011. Totall paymant plan including final registration charges was Rs.800,000/(300,000 development charges included). I have paid ll installments in time, but still not received any map, balloting letter, plot no and not received any notice for possession.

I think we all should file complaint in LDA, NAB, FIA and wafaqi mohtasab and active campaign on media

We have paid almost full amount of 2.7 marla plot after 9 years we are not in possession of plot. Our money was invested in other project. There is no one to help us. I request NAB to crack down on the head of this project. All the affectee paid installments with great difficulties but the owners of this company are shameful.

eden life is total fraud two brother with same corruption agenda. they dont gave any money or our plot in alhamrah avenue islamabad .God distroy them inshallah as they fraud with innocent people halal money.
