SECOND EMAIL NOT YET RECEIVED BUT TRANSACTION ALREADY CHARGED

I'm badly needing your help on my booking charges. I already have received a booking confirmation(410970957-468630) when I booked my flight on January 16, 2014. I've just confirmed now that charges were posted yesterday, January 20, 2014 but I still have not received the "second e-mail" which should contain my ticket and should confirm my flight.
Please help me. I would want to secure everything so I can assure myself and my daughter that I'll be home on her graduation day. I'm begging you to please help me on my concern the soonest possible time because my daughter's happiness depends on this. Please, please help me on this. WHAT WILL I DO????I should have received the second email after 1 working day when transaction has been done successfully. PLEASE I BEG YOU! HELP ME ON THIS.

Baggage, not coming with me!

I foolishly booked to go from Sydney to Canberra with Virgin via eDreams( they quickly took my money ) when I checked to see if my luggage was included I saw it wasnt, since then I have repeatedly tried many different ways to get in contact with eDreams to no avail! I contacted Virgin and to pre-book my luggage it will cost me $30 each way! At least when I contacted Virgin I found I am booked on the flight. Looks like I will be packing carefully to get my luggage as hand luggage only, bugger since I have paid for baggage with Jetstar to get from Adelaide to Sydney but they dont go to Canberra. I will NEVER use e-bloody- Dreams again!

missing tickets and no reply to emails

I made a booking with eDreams in february, and recieved notification of my booking along with my return flight. I still have no outbound flight.

I have now sent 6!!!!!! emails in as many weeks asking what's happened and no one has replied.

I even tried email given on this site in response to some comments but still nothing. Horrific company DO NOT USE.

scam

I made a reservation yesterday with edreams and after it was done had to pay. Then after paying I got the confirmation but completely different date and schedule as well as price than the one that was put online. I immediately tried to call them but no way to reach them. I tried to cancel then the charge but they already took the money (1 minute after the reservation was nade). Finally I succeeded to reach then today but even the flight is no cancelled, they refuse to retunr me the money. I saw hundred of complaints of this kind on the internet and I wondered if somebody can do something to put them out of business before they will continue with this kind of unhonest strategy.

The criminal myth has been proved

I made a reservation for a multi-destination trip for the flights operated by Lufthansa, because I found that the price shown in Edream website is much cheaper compared to that in Lufthansa main website.

Then I received 2 emails from 2 different agents saying I need to provide them the copy of my passport and credit card (back & front), I woudn't want to spread my personal info too much, hence I only provided it to one of the agent.

She didn't work anything on it, until 1 weerk later I found out my flight had been cancelled. And they didn't even send me any emails informing such a news. I demanded a proper explanation, and one from the Customer Service just answered that the cancellation was made due to lack of supporting documents, and they blamed me on not replying to the second agent (which I didn't provide the info) only.

I checked my bank account, the money haven't refunded yet, so I called their Customer Service again, the same stupidity and silliness came over and over again just in form of another agents I'd dialled, "That is, your flight was cancelled, can I help you with something else ?". Seriously, I mean, is it help ? Telling me the thing that I'd already known and insist on something that was not.

Edreams team, if you can reach this, work on the case. My booking ref. is 5G6A6R, the reservation was made in May 6th and now it's the beginning of June 2012 already. Personally I feel sorry for all of the people who are working for that boring, indiscipline, dumb and untrustworthy organization right now, especially who are on the phone services, I was too furious reasoning with one of the agent, but she remains stable and calm, and her voice sounded irresponsibly and neglectfully as it was from the beginning, then I realized she had already had experiences on hearing such a complaint like this a hundreds of time already.

eDreams scam still on going

I used edreams at the beginning of year to book a flight from Barcelona to Madrid and I had not problem. Although I found it annoying to have to pay a fee for using the service, I discovered that the fare was cheaper if reserved through edreams than directly with the airline. I had no problem once I booked my flight. The price showed on the website was the same charged to my credit card. I found it very useful and with good discounts.

eDreams scam still on going

This company forced me to go to the trouble of cancelling my credit card - basically the same as other people have reported. Credit card details taken, flight booking "made" and confirmed but not flight forthcoming and inquiries not answered. Whether a scam or massive incompetence is not clear, but in any event many other choices of company to use who don't put their customer to this hassle.

Charging scam

does any one know how can you lawsuit edreams i have been in discussion with their retarted customer "service" for 3 weeks now and they charged me money for a flight they did not book., is there any way to law suite them by a group of people, this is a fraud company and it needs to be stopped

THEY REPLY TO EMAIL AFTER 4-7 DAYS WIT MORONIC COPY PASTE ANSWERS
I ended paying for a flight they charged and did not punch and spent from 3am to 8pm waiting for my other booking with esyjet at last after i understood there is no hope
