Refund Money Request

Area Manager and Concerned Departments,

Please refund me the full money of my ticket of booking reference Z80PC1 due to being off boarded by Captain of the trip from Dubai to Beirut on 03/08/2016. Mr. Zuhair the Station Manager on duty at that time explained me the situation. I will be pleased to receive the money cash at any of your counters and please consider this as official advice I will not fly with you back to Dubai outbound from Beirut on 06-08-2016.

flight delay

Dear Sirs
My flight from Dubai to Muscat on 14th of July at 14:30 has been delayed for more than 3 hours. We falyed at 19:00. Nevertheless, flydubai didn't provided the refreshment Voucher, as mentioned on the terms of flydubai, or any thing to scuse about this long delay.
I would like to receive your feedback and my right as per aviation terms.

Closing the gate while I m in queue

While I m in queue to make check in.
The lady on counter took my passport and suddenly she left my passport and my baby one and disappearEd.
I kept asking.. they informed me she left and the check in is closed because now 60 min before the flight.
I paid another ticket next day. After being shocked.

Avoid Flydubai

This review is intended to help future flydubai travelers from falling to a scam. Flydubai is run by corporates who Extort money from passengers. My ticket to Male - Dxb was purchased at 507 Usd, unfortunately due to the delay in visa, I had to cancel my booking, and I was refunded 383 Usd Voucher after deduction of 124 Usd. The voucher has to be used within 12 months and is not transferable to purchase ticket for a third person, unless he is traveling along with you in the same booking.....the voucher is a way to keep the sale to Flydubai. Once I got the visa, then I again rebooked the ticket for 500 Usd, so I was asked to pay 117 Usd. My card was declined and I got a call from Flydubai to pay the difference to the local Gsa to Maldives. After few hours I checked the online rate from another device and surprisingly the return fare is only 325 Usd!!! Flydubai uses cookies to find the details of the passengers and the website gives the maximum rates.... the cookie policy of Flydubai is mentioned in their website. I felt cheated and decided not to pay difference and send email to [email protected] , they were not willing to respond to my request to change the booking rate. Finally, I got a mail from support saying that "booking will get cancelled to no refund" (383 Usd). My booking is now cancelled for the trip on 27.07.2016, without any refund.....total loss of 507 Usd without even flying!!! The call center charges 60 Aed for a call from the passenger, so that low cost fares can be maintained. . Nowhere in the world, you can take money and not refund without any service! As I write this review, the current rate for Mle - Dxb is 335 Usd ...I request any future Flydubai travelers to avoid Flydubai.....Happy Travelling!

Flight cancellation

Fly Dubai cancellation.
Pay attention for the malicious practices applied by Fly Dubai when you cancel your flight.
It is not cancellation, it is just ordinary vulgar theft.
When you book with Fly Dubai, you must realize that your money is gone, whether you cancel it or not.

I just booked a flight with Fly Dubai of which I knew I may have to cancel it.
So during the booking, I verified wheter the flight was cancellable. It was.
Later on, I had to cancel the flight due to external factors.

What turned out? A lot of extra conditions suddenly arised, such as :
- My money is not returned, but instead I get a voucher.
- This voucher can only be used for another flight with Fly Dubai.
- This voucher can only be used for a flight where I am a passenger.
- This voucher expires in 12 months.

Little question, but so relevant:
- What if people don't need to travel with Fly Dubai in the first 12 months?

All of the above extra conditions were not visible during my booking process.
However after I filed a complaint, the team of Fly Dubai was happy to send me a link to a web page where they are explained.

What Fly Dubai did is take a loan from me without interest and after 12 months take the money.
I challenge any one of you to try this with a bank...

Mis-Mangement and non serious behavior of FLYDUBAI

Respected Sir,


I hope you are doing well.
Further to above mentioned subject,I would like to few movements of your busy time and your kind attention.

I will make it shorter to reduce reading time.

WE (189 Passengers ) came to Faisalabad International Airport @ 02:00 AM from remote areas of Faisalabad.
Flight departure time was 04:55 AM, which was delayed due to heavy fog and low visibility which is understod.Never mind.
We were told that flight was landed in Lahore instead and will be coming back Faisalabad by 08:00 AM. understod. Never mind.

There was no flight arrived at promised time. Again promised for 09:00 AM which was not fulfilled. and so on fake promised.....until we were informed that theres no more flight available.They ask to come by 19:00.
After waiting 6:00 Hours in departure area,they served us very unhealthy food.(2 piece bread with Tooooo much salted and spiced egg in very poor manner and Tea.(Considering there are many diabetic, blood pressure patients and kids and old age passengers)


then management took our boarding cards and made our exit stamp cancelled said to come back by 19:00

We made arrangements to go and come back as asked time.( asked our relatives to come at airport and bring us back and they came)

Then management get us back and get our languages back out of the arrival area and ask to come back since they called some flight from Karachi. Still Considering there are many diabetic, blood pressure patients and kids and old age passengers un treated.

then we were asked that flight will come by 15:00 so make again check inn and make again immigration process etc


All in All it was mismanagement . There was no proper answer, It shows failure of airline and its staff.

I strongly condemn this cheating and play with passengers. It should not be accepted.

Passangers are also Human
and should be treated as Human. at least.

Till 12:00 PM no one took care of passangers.

Anyhow I shall be writing the same complain to Airline Top Management to apologies officially to 190 Human Lives who made mistake to chose fly Dubai.

And these kind of non serious service provider MUST be ban in order to avoid unhumanity and for the sake of Public.

Flydubai

The airline cancelled my flights almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for the refund as promised.
Disgusting customer service. Dishonest emails.
Absolute crooks.
I will never, ever use them again and have to,d everyone I know to steer clear of them too.

I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH FLYDUBAI

At the beginning of the year I purchased from Flydubai two roundtrip tickets Zagreb – Dubai – Goa. When we (me and my wife) arrived at Zagreb airport on the 10th of March we were informed by Flydubai ground staff that the flight to Dubai is delayed for an hour and that we will most likely miss our flight from Dubai to Goa, due to the short layover. Before we were checked in for the flight to Dubai, a duty manager at Zagreb airport called Dubai airport to check out whether we will be accommodated on another flight. He was promised by staff from Dubai that we will be properly rerouted once we arrived at Dubai airport.

We landed at Dubai international airport with a delay of an hour and fifteen minutes and as already anticipated we were not able to catch our flight to Goa. Ground personnel from Flydubai at the connection desk (at Dubai airport) offered us tickets with Jet Airways to Goa via Mumbai. Since we did not have any other option we accepted to continue our journey to Goa with Jet Airways.

Regarding our departure from India, early morning of 22nd of March we have arrived at Goa airport and at the Flydubai counter we were informed by Flydubai check in staff that boarding passes will not be issued for the reason that we enter India with schedule flight – Jet airways, and we could not leave India with a charter flight - Flydubai. We were told at the Flydubai counter that Indian immigration will not let us leave country, because rules are clear: “If you come to India on a schedule flight you can leave only on schedule flight or if you come to India on charter flight you can only leave it on charter flight”.

As we were refused assistance at the Flydubai counter, I went to seek assistance from other airport authorities. Thereafter, the duty manager showed up and he eventually took matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, I called Flydubai call center several times to notify them that we are in limbo due to strict Indian laws and I begged for any possible help. Having in mind that we were stuck in delicate position that day, we were expecting more understanding and commitment from ground stuff at the airport as well as from Flydubai. Given that the situation was not our fault but as a result of the delay of the Flydubai incoming flight and Indian regulations which Flydubai staff had not forewarned us on.

After almost 10 hours of being trapped at the airport, I was told by an operator from the Flydubai call center (after consulting with Flydubai management) that we should buy tickets to return home. Consequently we bought tickets with Qatar airways from Goa via Doha and Frankfurt to Zagreb for a price of 725 euros each - total 1450 Euros.

Upon returning home I have requested reimbursement of traveling expenses from FlyDubai. However, the identical treatment from FlyDubai staff has continued. So far I haven’t got proper answer from FlyDubai, and I could only dream of getting my traveling expenses.

DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

fly dubai west of money and time

we had flight 8:10 to DOH-DXB FROM DUBAI we reach airport 6:15 we stand in long queue up to 7:20 when we reach counter they inform us sorry we close 10 minute before you loose your flight but we stand more than 1 hours in queue and they inform that they announce but 100% no because no board and no sound announce at all and employer no care about people who have flight and they get daily and when I try to talk with manger and I asked here any prove from there cameras that they announce she reject even to talk to me and I inform here she can make sure that I came on time from air port camera but she never care I loose my return ticket also because it was same day

INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION

I had recently purchased a ticket through flydubai, unfortunately was not aware that it is not permitted to purchase tickets using 3rd party credit card, do understand that it is mentioned on the website, but what i dont understand is how is it possible to fill up details of 3rd party and purchase ticket, why doesn't the system recognize that it is 3rd party credit card and not continue billing,
as of now i'm unable to locate my friend who is in dubai who payed for my ticket,
how is possible to exit Dubai and not return back from sri lanka with the same ticket, i had to spend more than 60 dirams just to get through customer care cause its always busy and [email protected] emails always gets returned mailer daemon.
this is not the first time many of my friends have had similar of more serious cases with fly Dubai
i don't recommend anyone to choose fly Dubai, for sure you might get very disappointed. .

Canceled flight without refund

Kindly I want to complain regarding the below flight yesterday 6/4/2012 flight number FZ 8160 Beirut - Dubai (PLFBRC). Due to the natural Foggy weather, our flight was delayed from 21.05 till 23.30, I just want claim that I was at the airport counter at around 22.00 pm and the reservation staff were not at there desks to offer us the boarding pass, I requested from the fly dubai duty manager to send any of your staff to make check in for me since the plane was still in the airport and calling the passengers, I requested many times to follow my full charged trip or the next trip FZ 160 but she insisted to refuse.

I paid for the ticket and rushed to the airport knowing that the delay was natural and out of our order, therefore I'm requesting to refund this ticket or at least change my ticket to another coming flight one way from Beirut to Dubai.

Please be informed that I spoke more than 20 minutes international call with your office in Dubai (call center- Sherihan) and she put a note about my case and advised me to send email to you for this case.

Hope to receive your reply as soon as possible, I have to go back to work!

Never Book Tickets in FlyDubai

فلاي دبي شركة لاتحترم الزبون فعندما حجزت ولادتي من دمشق يوم 19 جنيوريووصلت دبي قالو بان ليس لديها فيزا وان فلاي دبي التي استصدرت فيزة السياحة لها ليس لديها علم بان الفيزا قد الغيت بعد ساعة واحدة من استصدارها مع ان والدتي عندما صدرت لها الفيزا لم تطبع التكيت الا بعد عدة عدة ايام وكيف الموظف الذي طبع التكيت لم ينتبه بان الفيزا ملغاة بعد ساعة من صدورها وجعلها تسافر دبي وعندما وصلت تفاجانا بان ليس لوالدتي فيزة سياحة وعليها مغادرة دبي حالا ووالدتي امراة مسنة ولديها مرض الضغط والسكر وجلست تبكي في المطار ولم يسمحوا لي برؤيتها والتحدث معها وظلت في المطار 10ساعات ثم خرجت بكفالتي انا اابتهاي ثم دفعنا رسوم جديدة غير الاولى المدفوعة في دمشق وكفالة اخرى غير الارقاق الجسدي والمعنوي وبصراحة لن اسافر ىعليها مرة اخرى ولن انصح احد باتصدار فيز سياحية عن طريقها .وايضا عندما سافرت والتي دفعنا لها 40 كيلو وعندما وصلنا المطار صممت الموظفة وبعد اتصالها بفلاي دبي باننا دفعنا فقط 20 كيلو وعندما ذهبنا لكي ندفع على الكاونتر في المطار عن الشرين كيلو التي زعمت باننا لم ندفع عليها قال لي الموظف لا وزنك صحيح وهذا مكتوب على التكيت وهي لاتفقه شيئا واسفون فبالله عليكم هذه لاشركة محترمة

Never Book Tickets in FlyDubai

I do not recommend this airline. If it were the only way for me to travel anywhere, I WOULD RATHER WALK.
They are plain crooks.
Their customer service is full of liars! Their employees at the airport are the rudest ever. They denied access to the flight to myself and 40 other people on the pretext that "it clearly said on the website that this flight is only for Umra visa holders". The guy also admitted that the day before "72 other people were in the same situation". How can 112 people miss something that is "clearly written on the website" especially since we bought our tickets 3 weeks prior to the flight? I wonder...
Additionally, i spent a total of more than 1 hour on the phone, being tossed around by their customer service, which had confirmed that I was rebooked on the very next flight to Dubai. They promised to call to reconfirm. After not hearing from them, I called close to 15 times...No getting through...
Next day, i had the chance of travelling on another carrier and wanted to know if my rebooking was reconfirmed on flydubai prior to buying an expensive last-minute ticket on another carrier, and also to make sure I would get a refund if flydubai could not confirm my rebooking...No clear answer. Result: I missed the other carrier as well! Now, the meetings for which i was supposed to be in Dubai TODAY are out of the window!
This Company cares less about customers. I WOULD ADVISE ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Canceled flight without refund

My flight from Bahrain to Dubai on Jan 17 2012 was canceled when I arrived to Manama airport. I went with other airlines and flydubai promised me to refund my ticket. However, Flydubai didn’t pay me back as promised at the airport. After two weeks I have sent a complain to them and they replied that I will receive a Voucher as a refund. Still it now two months and they didn’t send any refund.

I will not fly again with your company and will advise my friends to do so.
