Enough is Enough

Enough is Enough. Do you really think that Christmas in July is going to keep your ratings?? I am sooo sick of Christmas movies. I haven't even watched not one of them. I want to see my favorite shows, Golden girls, I love Lucy, not so much Frazier, you actually can put Golden girls a little longer in some of the Frazier slots, but the point is, we, the Hallmark watchers that want Golden Girls, Lucy, etc: are not going to put up with your Christmas in July and the long months before Christmas going without our favorite shows. The Nick at Night channel does show golden girls and much more fun shows so Hallmark channel will not even be looked at in my home anymore if this crap don't stop. Christmas is in December and December only. Give up Christmas in July and October, November. I can tolerate watching other channels in December for your Christmas shows for that month, like I said Nick at Night will take your watchers.

Too many Christmas movies in July!

Hallmark channel has to stop airing cheesey Christmas movies round the clock in July. Its bad enough you preempt Frasier for several weeks in Nov & Dec, but this marathon of crap in July? Makes me want to throw the tv out the window. Bring back much more I Love Lucy, less Golden Girls, how about some Bewitched? Dick Van Dyke? Andy Griffith? Frasier!! No Cheers!
Anyway, STOP THE INCESSANT MARATHON OF CRAP!!
Thankyou.

I want Golden Girls BACK

Not everyone wants to watch constant Christmas shows , putting them on once in awhile is okay but your going over board !!! Not everyone cares for your Christmas shows like you do , we don’t want to watch made up happy love stories about Christmas!!! We would rather watch Golden Girls , I Love watching Golden Girls, I don’t care how many times I see their repeats because it’s enjoyable!!! You want to do something descent to improve your channel then play the famous oldies shows like The Munsters,AdamsFamily,Beverly Hillbillies,Three Stooges,Honeymooners,Laurel &Hardy !!! These are shows that make your Hallmark Channel famous , these are the shows we all enjoy and want to see more of! Take the Christmas shows off !!!

Christmas Movies

I enjoy this station, but I am so tired of the constant Christmas movies. I enjoy the holiday, but this station goes overboard. Please stop! A week here and there, but please stop bombarding your avid channel watchers to deal with this foolishness. Please stop!!! You all love creating so many channels, if you really believe people love Christmas movies this much get a station dedicated to it, but please stop what you are doing. Please stop!!

Christmas in July/Christmas too early!

I am so angry that you are viewing non-stop Christmas movies in July! We are trying to enjoy the summer and summer festivities, and your channel continues to show that crap over and over. Then, it starts in October. It is sickening to keep repeating the same movies over and over. For some of us, Christmas is a very depressing time and we try to not overindulge in all the overrated celebrations. . . and there you go stuffing it down our throats.

I watch Hallmark all the time, and even bear with the continuous reruns on Frazier, Cheers, Golden Girls, etc. NEVER GET TIRED OF I LOVE LUCY! It would do everyone a lot of good if you can run some other good old shows without violence. Please find some new ones!

But, please please get rid of all that Christmas crap! How could people even want to watch that in July, only to see the same repeat movies near the actual season? Who is in charge of your scheduling? Must be getting kick backs from those shows.

Christmas in July Aweful

Dear Sir or Madam, Your class "C" Christmas programming preemption of Frasier November - December is bad enough. To do it in July is nauseating. Hoping I can save money by canceling or selecting different package without Hallmark Channel. Your ratings have to be approaching infomercial levels if not lower.
Sincerely,
Scott Thompson

CHRISTMAS MOVIES

STOP THE MADNESS!! Christmas movies in July is just insane! Just take a look at the number of complaints you are receiving. Christmas does not belong in July - why not play July 4th movies during Christmas - makes no sence does it.

And then, to add insult to injury, you are going to start them again on October 26 long in to January. PLEASE RECONSIDER. These are annoying and just way overkill. STOP STOP STOP! Bring back regular programming and perhaps just a week of Christmas movies.

Please listen to all these complaints and do something about it.

Your ENDLESS Christmas Movies

As if it isn’t BAD enough that this year the Hallmark Channel is going to begin its 24/7 Christmas movie-a-thon from OCTOBER 26th through the middle of January of 2019...but for well over a week now in July, you have taken beloved other shows like The Golden Girls, Frasier, and The Middle OFF THE AIR COMPLETELY and instead run NON-STOP, insipid, saccharine Christmas movies during the hottest weeks of the summer. From all of the complaints I’ve read from other people about your obsession with showing imbecilic Christmas movies both in the middle of summer and for over TWO MONTHS at the end of the year you’d think SOMEONE who works in programming would get a clue that you are RUNNING TOO MANY Christmas movies by showing them too often and for too long. Bring back your regular schedule, I implore you.

Hallmark Channel Promotes Violence to Woman

In the openng credits of Cheers and ALWAYS in your commercials for the show Cheers you always show the scene where Diane and Sam exchange slaps across each others face. As I woman who has survived rape and physical assault I do not see the humor in the year 2018 from a dated show made in the 1980's. Perhaps some people thought this image was funny in te 1980's.

IF YOU HAD ANYONE SENSITIVE TO WOMAN"S ISSUES AT HALLMARK YOU WOULD HAVE PICKED UP THIS BLATANT PUT DOWN OF WOMEN. You have removed the word A _ s (Rear End) off many of your comedies even Frazer which was made after Cheers you just cut out the word due to being "Sensitive" to language and violence. Yet Every WEEK EVERY YEAR I have to sit and watch that scene over and over again. The Show Cheers was a comedy, it was not a police show which may have been trying to show the consequences of the laws today which support woman and are trying to reduce this epidemic that still exists in the US and in the world.

You make all this money hawking your own movies "promoting love" yet you still find it comical for a man to slap a womans face. I guess there are no woman in decision making positions at Hallmark as I am sure one of them would have viewed the scene and found it as offensive as I have found it. Terry Foster, Pennington NJ

Christmas movies

Why don’t you play them much better, older Christmas movies that you’re known for? Christmas movies in July is great! For me you could play it for the whole month on both of your stations. The problem is you’re not playing excellent Christmas movies that you were once known for. Where is November Christmas, the Christmas card, a season for miracles, fallen angel , A Christmas visitor, a dog named Christmas? Plus many many older and much better Christmas movies that used to make. Is there anyway you could acquire the older Christmas specials and shows that used to play in the 70s?
I think mixing in the Christmas specials and TV shows with your movies would really work out great. Thank you for listening.

transmission issues

I enjoy watching Matlock and Columbo in the morning on Hallmark channel, but lately the transmission of the video and sound has been awful. There is choppy images and sound freezes. The only way to get by this is to keep switching to another channel and then back to the Hallmark channel- this happens with regularity. My provider is Atlantic BroadBand.

Christmas movies in july

Why aren’t you responding to all of the complaints regarding all the idiotic Christmas movies in July? Do really doing this is going to help your population numbers? It is only encouraging the number of viewers calling your 800 numbers!

Christmas movies in July

What happened to Golden Girls and other regular programs on Hallmark? What is the reason for showing nothing but nauseating Christmas movies in July? I watch Christmas movies in December, not on July 4th! Why doesn’t hallmark respond to all the complaints I’ve been reading? Ignoring these these reasonable questions is just increasing the number of people canceling their subscriptions of hallmark, not increasing your numbers.

Hallmark Channel

I guess I am not alone in complaining about the Christmas movies in July and then again before Halloween until well into January. I really enjoy watching all of the Hallmark channels, but my family is really disappointed when in the middle of summer we don't get to watch our favorite shows. Also, can you not wait until after Thanksgiving to start showing your Christmas movies? It is very frustrating that Hallmark gets so many complaints year after year but does nothing about it.

STOP CHRISTMAS MOVIES IN JULY

I see I am not the only one that is fed up with Christmas movies 24/7. I realize since Hallmark cashes in to Christmas such as cards, ornaments, etc. It's all about money. I think you have pushed the limits way beyond too far with two weeks in July. You are starting even earlier in October as well. I have eliminated your channel until regular listings return. I have even gotten to the point that I will not purchase any Hallmark items. If you want to put on a Christmas channel, then do so. At least people will pay for what they intend to get.

Sincerely,

A disappointed Hallmark channel customer :(
