Bought 15 piece Ultrex cookware set from HSN plus some extra pieces and the N/S surfaces are peeling off onto the food. I t has a 55 year warranty and I want the pieces refunded or replaced. Thank you.

In 2008 I purchased the Ultrex N/S 15 pc cookware set from HSN and a 12" N./S skillet. The N/S surface is failing and peeling Has anyone been successful in getting the 55 year warranty enforced

I bought a set of Ultrex pots and pans with a 55 year warranty. All pieces are peeling. Ultrex is no longer in business and HSN is not honoring the warranty. These pots and pans were expensive and I would like some sort of restoration. Any class action lawsuits?

I have an Ultrex pressure cooker model 04417 K and I just learned of the recall. I'd like a refund of this item please or be added to the lawsuit.

I have the same complaints as everyone above....I bought the cookware with warranty and pots are deteriorating....would love to be part of a lawsuit..seeing as the company is out of business and not living up to the warranty...and...HSN is of no help....they told me to Google it..they didn't even know what company I was talking about.

My cookware set is peeling, handles and lids are falling apart I understand that this company has went out of business, is there any pending lawsuits? please inform me of my options. The cookware was suppose to have a 55 year warranty.

the coating in my pans is pealing. this had a 75 year warranty that is no good because they are out of business.this was expensive and now worthless.

My cookware has peeled (all of the set). Also, my Ultrex 10" try pan has actually become bent or warped. When I called HSN years ago, they passed the buck, telling me to contact Ultrex Co. to replace or refund under the Ultrex warranty. When I did so,I learned they were no longer in business and would not honor the warranty. I believe both companies should be held responsible for this illegal handling of warranty agreement.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about what has been shown to be POOR and UNSAFE quality of their product, as well as ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL warranty practices. I have been an HSN customer for many years, since 1996. At that time their company name was HSC, for Home Shopping Club.

I purchased my set approximately 14 years ago, after their name change to HSN, Home Shopping Network.
I just now learned of the Class Action lawsuit being pursued here.

Please add me to the lawsuit as a complainant for HSN-Ultrex Cookware. The Ultrex company and HSN are both in violation of their promised warranty.

I purchased a set of the Ultrex Cookware and all of them have failed. The Teflon is flaking off and getting in our food. We have stopped using the cookware. I would like to be added to the Class action lawsuit. Please let me know what i need to provide in order to assist in any way.

The coating on all my pans is flaking off and the handle on my 3 quart stainless steel pot broke off.

I have a whole set of Ultrex cookware. I am so disappointed in my cookware. I love cooking with it. What I dont like is all of the Teflon in the inside is coming off. When it is off in place the food stick to the pan. Making it difficult to have a good presentation of my dish. Would someone please get in touch with me. Or at least be kind enough to tell me how to get it replaced. Appreciate you listen to my problem. Would like to hear from you as soon as possible,due. to the fact I can not afford to buy another set.

I purchased two sets of ultrex cookware from HSN and the coating came off and two handles broke. I tried to send these pieces back for an exchange and found out they went out of business. These were supposed to be guaranteed for 50 years. If there is a law suite I would also like to be included.I still have the pans if needed.I

I would like to join the class action suit also. Many of the pieces I have that had the non stick on them have peeled. One pan I cooked with in the oven had the handle break off when I pulled it out. I have over 20+ pieces of Ultrex purchased mostly in sets. I don't want to eat any more of the black stuff in my food. Finally purchased new cookware. HELP

I too, bought a set of this cookware because of the 75 year warranty. Several of my pieces, the coating is coming off. Now I learn the company is out of business and HSN will not honor the warranty. Bad business ethics. I was never notified of any problems with this cookware. I too would like to be a part of any class action suit against this company.

I purchased the Ultrex pressure cooker back in 2001 and it came with a 75 year warranty. Now the non stick coating is chipping off of the bottom of the pressure cooker and the glass lid that came with it broke. Now I find out that Innova went out of business and HSN won't honor the warranty. I am not happy and would like my money back so I can purchase another pressure cooker from a reputable company. I would like to be included in a class act lawsuit if they start one.

The coating is flaking from the pans. I've owned the cookware since 1999 and according to the company it is a 50 year warranty. Is there anything that can be done to recoop my money.

I also purchased a set off Ultrex cookware from HSN. These had a 50 year or more warrantee. Some of my frequently used pots and pans have started flaking despite washing them with a non-stick cookware sponge. My Dutch over handle cracked off while carrying it from the stove to the sink to drain and I got burnt. I'm lucky I had a potholder on. HSN was good about replacing my chicken fryer when it came with a dent in it, but I now have a set of cookware that is flaked and have broken handles and no way to replace them. I would like to be added to your class action suit.

The Ultrex cookware is not usable due to non stick finish has come off and using the cookware now, everything sticks and burns. For an expensive set, I bought the extra pieces as well (Large frying pan) . Supposedly had a warranty. I was never notified from HSN that the cookware was having problems. It worked great for awhile before the coating began coming off.

I purchased many sets of Ultrex cookware, their bread machine, mixer, deep fryer, and a few of the larger sold separately mega pans with lids. All of them were suppose to have a 75 year warranty. HSN won't back the product as Ultrex went belly up. I want either all my money back or replacements. Not very happy with HSN or Ultrex

I purchased 2 sets of the pots and pans made by ULTREX. The warranty stated it would not come off. That is why I made the purchase. After reading all the other complaints, there is no reason the contact HSN. I am concerned about my families health since the coating is and has come off! I would be glad to be in on a lawsuit against all concerned.
