Warranty on cookware "Ultrex"

Tried calling HSN for a replacement set of Ultrex cookware because Teflon was flaking off but they gave excuse after excuse and even though the cookware came with a Lifetime warranty it's worthless. I paid a lot of money for my set and I should be seeing results instead of being lied to time and time again

Ultrex stainless steel skillet

Everything burns in my skillet since the teflon coating wore off. I did have it replaced once but it's worse now than it was the first time!!

Ultrex Cookware

I too bought the complete set of cookware with the understanding that the set was supposed to last forever. When Demonstrating
they even took an electric drill and sanded the bottom of the pots saying they would never wear out. I have ordered many things
from HSN and I a surprised at the run-a-round many people in my position are getting. Flaking of the interior isn't the only
problem I had.. The handles came loose and when I complained, they sent me new screws which didn't help, so the fry pans
in particular and very dangerous. Hope I can be included if there ever is a class action suite.

Ultrix cookware

I bought Ultrix cookware from home shopping
It came with a warranty of 75 years.
Now the inside of my cookware is warring off I contacted HSN and they could not locate my phone number or address. Even though I had ordered many things from HSN I bought not one but two computer printers
Cookware and many other items. But yet they can't remember their customers they don't keep records??
Why ? So they can say they have no record. Give me a break they should be held accountable for what they push to sell to people we did not order from Ultrix we ordered from HSN. We need a class action lawsuit for all of us that ordered from HSN get full refunds for what we all bought , sets of the Ultrix cookware.

Ultrex cookware

I contacted HSN and they come up with we can't find you well I've had this phone number for over 20 years and have ordered many times from HSN and I never will again HSN should be held responsible for the Ultrex cookware as well as the manufactor of the cookware because they pushed it, made all claims on this cookware being so good and pushing how great the warranty was. They made their seven pieces of sliver ,I'm sure so they need to be held accountable for what they push and sell. Just count and add up how much they made how many sets did they sell???? I do not care how old the sets are everyone should be fully refunded for their sets because of the claims HSN made. They let everyone down I do not want a credit to have to buy from them again just give us our money back to go to who ever we choose to buy a good set of cookware( pot's & pan's)
This was to be the last set I would need for a very very long time. And it was not. If we made these claims and sold things we could go to jail for fraud and that's what HDN did.

Ultrex 12 piece nonstick cookware

Money was paid to HSN, because of your testimonial for the Ultrex 12pc nonstick cookware that had a warranty for 75 years. I was notified that they were out of business. HSN has a responsibility to it's customers to refund or replace the Ultrex cookware that the nonstick coating is flaking off and going into the food I prepare. This is a health hazard and you are partly responsible. Customers need to beware of future purchases from HSN if they can't count on you offering quality merchandise or standing behind what YOU offer for sale. I would like to join the class action suit, please send me the information.

Dear HSN, I have purchased a 18 piece Ultrex Gourmet Quality Cookware set from HSN with a 50 year Warranty. the teflon part of it started peeling off on all the pots and pans, I have attempted to contact HSN about the product and they could not find a record in their system using my home telephone number I have on record for 10 years that I have purchased the product. The product did not perform the quality as it was advertised on HSN show. I am very disappointed in HSN not standing by the product they sell, I will NEVER buy from them again. I am unemployed and need pots and pans that are not peeling off in my food. I am interested in being a part of the class action lawsuit.

Bottom Line...NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HSN.COM and let everyone know about their business non-ethics.

Please post info on how we all can get involved in a Class Action lawsuit.
