Hydroxatone/Bellaplex

I have been besieged by requests to make a payment for product that I have not received.
I am actually $69,95 (US) in credit for product that was not delivered.

I accepted the original offer and received two shipments of Hydroxatone and one shipment of Bellaplex before I decided to cancel my subscription.
These shipments were fully paid for plus I have paid the first installment of $69.95(US) for product that has not been received; It was sent after I cancelled my subscription.

I cancelled my subscription as the product is very expensive and numerous payments were deducted from my credit card. It is somewhat annoying after paying the following in US dollars:
($1.99, $69,95, $6.95, $69,95 and $69,95 for Bellaplex on credit card; $139.90, $139.90 for Hydroxatone on credit card)
that I have received 6 containers of Hydroxatone and only two tubes of Bellaplex due to the non delivery of the second parcel of Bellaplex.

Despite numerous emails, I have received no acknowledgement re the non delivery of product.
Yet I continue to receive ongoing requests for payment of a further $69.96(US) for product that I did not receive.

Bellaplex, Collagenx Free Sample costs a lot

This came as "Free Sample" from one of the web-sites. It was advertised as Free Sample with only shipping cost, nothing was mentioned about payments. After recieving the products I got invice from both products US$ 69.9 x 2 x 2. in total US $280 approx. I called up them and now returning the products. Please be careful about free samples. It costs you at least the postage. .

Scam - Money taken out from my account

I was given these products - Hydroxatone, Keranique and Hydroxatone Keraniq Vitamin as a free trial and was shocked after 30 days, they had taken out $280 from my credit card account. I had immediately this to their customer service helpline service but have had no response. I immediately reported my bank to cancel my credit card and to dispute the transaction as it was not authorized. I am not sure if I would get back my money, but shall hold my bank responsible for this transaction. This is a fraud company and I cannot understand why Consumers Affairs will not take action against this company. They need to close down as they are just cheats. Be very very care dealing with them.

taking money from my account

I signed up for a free trial of Bellaplex. I have just had two lots of A$94 taken from my credit card. I rang this company and a smooth talking American told me I had signed up this. A free trial in my thinking is a free trial.

rip off

Clicked on to Coles logo for free samples and believed I was getting Bellaplex and Hydroxetone samples free. They promptly arrived in the post with an invoice that I would need to pay in 30 days for $141.80 and then I was going to be billed the same aount every 30 days as they would automatically keep sending me samples...

Very aggressive marketing campaign and many people must get caught unawares as it is all in the small print.

Have reported to ACCC and Coles. Encourage you to do the same

Bellaplex/Hydroxatone Scams

In my FB last month with advertisement "Coles Pharmacy Want To Give Free Products" (with Coles Logo) and just pay shipping fee $3.98 by credit card. After about 2 weeks I received 2
Bellaplex (Bellicus Pellicula) with statement & terms - Some of the terms the card you provided will be charged 2 equal payments of $69.95, with the first payment 30 days after you receive
your order. It is scams ! Even initially you thought "free gift" end up you have to pay through credit card informations given!

Biggest Scam ever

I ordered Hydroxatone sometime ago and, after some ‘haggling’ with the company, managed to return it without being charged. Shortly after, I found the promotion of Hydrolyze and Bellaplex on http://simplehealth.com-headline.net/skincare/womansway.php?o=1106&campid=444327983&creaid=95470077983&sitenm=www.livestrong.com&catego=&keywrd=anti+aging+skin+care&mtchtp=&7b669a25=PKJR3pofvL2q%2Bi0KF8x57Vso5yWe5NOeOSCZi1MZ148ot8M%2BoOLeRFXqnsvivGMcBEAIC%2B3Xij1PMFdUlpbpCA%3D%3D&sxid=78876u3z3s2l#.
Interestingly, this site shows photos of “Shirley”, 57 and further down the same photo for “Loraine”, 71, both looking remarkably younger! Not only that, there is another site of a plastic surgeon in US with the same photo and a whole list of cosmetic procedures he had performed on the women whoever she is!

bellaplex scam
Cancel your cards immediately. I ordered a 30 day trial, paid $1.99 S&H and after two weeks of use I developed a rash. then after I cancelled they keep sending stuff and kept deducting hundreds of dollars from my account, when I telephoned them that would say that I only cancelled a certain item and then charge your credit card again- cancel card that's the only way to deal with these thieves. With all the complaints I have cited I don't understand how that are could be still in business.

Hdrolyze/Bellaplex

I also made the mistake of buying the Hydrolyze and Bellaplex "risk free" sample creams. When I read the complaints on this page I have immediately cancelled my credit card so that they cannot direct debit my card. I have not received the products yet either and I have been waiting two and a half weeks now. I will not get caught like this again. 'UP YOURS' Hydrolyze!!!!

Hydroxatone

some time ago I gave my card details to this company for the postage on a trial product. I dont seem to have received the goods and i have been charged $91 + $91 on the same day by Hydroxatone for goods I did not order. I have raised a dispute with my bank for a refund and also cancelled my card so they can not keep taking money from my card. There appear to be thousands of complaints about this company on Consumer Affairs, this site and other online sites.

Bellapex

So completely disgusted by this company.
I too had the 30 day trial and at no time did I authorise further payments to be debited
From my account, but the debits keep on coming , even after I have disputed these transactions with my bank. After discussing with my bank , they have advised me to cancel my account ( not just a get replacement card as they can still get access to your account). So my advise too is run a mile from this offer!!

Collagenix and Bellaplex

Same thing as the rest. They offer you a free sample, you pay for the shipping costs. What they DONT tell you until you get Invoices is that they are going to direct debit your credit card even though they have no right to do this.

Don't be silly people, and I include myself in that category. This is a SCAM. A VERY CLEVER one too. Do NOT agree to any free samples from these companies. When I rang up first to try to get them to cancel the direct debit and I really don't know how they do this anyhow, they threatened me with collection. I told them GO AHEAD. Then I emailed twice. Note they did answer but it was all bullshit and detailed the costs etc etc each month. On the third time they direct debited and they did it without sending any more products, I contacted the bank. I have disputed transactions for 2 months. I then cancelled the current credit card and the bank agreed to send me another card. This will now foil their little attempt at gaining more money out of me. A little inconvenient I suppose but still I should have done this months ago. Its the ONLYanswer folks and there are NO FREE LUNCHES in this day and age and especially when people are struggling to make ends meet. This would definitely make a good University Business Consumer Study and I will find out who might be interested here in doing this one.

It is a SCAM whichever way you look at it. Oh yes it is. And we were gullible enough to do it too. And BTW I don't think the product works anyway and I might as well have gone to the local Pharmacy to see what was available there. The Internet Products are definitely a trap and I would not go through EBAY either. I am an EBay seller and I have seen some advertised on there too. Keep away from it is my advice. Do not go near these sorts of companies as they are very bad and very fraudulent.

Taking money out of my account without my permission

I signed up to receive free samples of this product and paid $1.99 shipping charges. No where in the fine print did it say that I needed to return the products within 30 days which is tge trial period or else I'll be charged $200 per month for each of the product. They gave me the option of sending it back but unfortunately I mussed the deadline given due to being away overseas on work purposes. I was so dissapointed that they immediately deducted $200 nzd on the first month than another $200nzd on the 2nd month. I had asked them to cancel tge transactions n remove all my personal details including my credit cards details on their system..however this did not happen. I would like the authorities to intervene please as they are stealing from people like me. I thought they were a genuine company but after reading all tge reviews I've come to realise that they're a scam and hve been robbing people off with the little cash they hve. I'm really really dissapointed that this has happened and I would like to warn people not to fall for such false advertising. They're real thieves who are so desperate for money. My advice to u...go and get a real job and stop conning people...u bunch of con artists.

FRAUD

I did not order - a sample was sent to an address that i had not lived in for many years and an account debited for months. When I told the company i did not order was told to pay for the return of the first or I would be charge. Then they offered it to me half and quarter price.... I DID NOT ORDER AND DO NOT WANT. I change my credit card and still the payments come out. THIS IS FRAUD AND IT HAS BEEN REPORTED>

No free trials as advertised luminique & bellaprex

I selected the free option for luminiques after completing one woolworths survey which cleary states 0 dollars for the product. Only shipping cost 1.99 . Then i recieved the package for two months stating they will charge 69.98 after 1 month and another 69.98 after 60 days . Same will happen to bellaprex. And every two months almost 280 dollars. There is nothing like free trial and when we accepted the free for 30 days why sending parcels for two months. I feel like cheated.

Dont care about any of these surveys and any of these free trial advertisenents as there is no free trial . They charge for the product in the end of month.

Fool me once!

I very foolishly signed up for a "free trial." Except shipping. My life is chaotic with kids, work, etc. Barely ever home and did not open packages and read fine print. My credit card has been charged for unreal amounts of money. Thank God I used a card close to the limit because they would have really gotten me. When I agreed to the trial, I was never told I will be charged over $300 for this "FREE trial. All products are unopened and I am not able to return the "FREE TRIAL" that is costing me $300. I called to cancel and could not believe that they would not cancel and would continue to charge my card for these products if I did not pay my balance. I told her these products are not in my budget, all of a sudden, "The best I can do is charge you $40 something." When I said I could pay that either. I was told "The best I can do is $21, then your account will be up to date and I can cancel the account and provide return information for the 2 shipment. I now have products that I do not want that I paid almost $300 for. This is such an unbelievable scam. I was told that it is not them it is the marketing company. Well you do use this marketing company correct? After knowing I am upset and feel like I was scammed. While her computer is slow to process return, she continues to try to sell me more stuff. This is a scam, it is unfortunate that this is happening to people. They should be ashamed of what they are doing to people. I was just robbed of almost $300 for a free trial no less. None of this is explained over the phone. You have to be on top of reading the fine print. I was told, "Most people do not have unopened packages in their homes." I didn't even want the free trial and just did it because the shipping cost was not bad and I could not get them off of the phone. I guess I am not MOST PEOPLE.
SCAM! SHOULD BE ASHAMED. STAY AWAY FROM HYDROXATONE AND BELLAPLEX. People are struggling and this is what this company does!

me too a fool

I stupidly signed up for the $1.99 trial of their cream, but when it arrived I read the tiny teeny fine print to see they are going to charge me $60 every month for more products. I dutifully rang and emailed to tell them I didn't want to continue, to find out that the later charges are to pay for the "$1.99 trial" they had already sent me. I'm now returning all the products, in two separate bags, to Australia. After reading these reviews I have alerted my VISA to not release any more money to them. Hope this works. Thanks to all the previous comments on this page who outlined this scam.

Isn't it interesting that they have flooded google with different urls and websites so that it is hard to find real reviews like this. They have even captured the google search "collagenix scam" so that anyone doing a search will land up on their advertisement page.

Hydroxatone/Bellaplex/Supreme Garcinia

I fell for this trap also. I signed up for a FREE sample of Supreme Garcinia and Pure Cleanse and then was offered a magazine subscription for $1. I stupidly signed up for this. Somehow (and I don't even really know how this happened) I got signed up for the FREE trial with Hydroxatone and Bellaplex. When I looked at my credit card statement and saw a charge for over $200 for each company I was shocked. I thought that this was for the Supreme Garcinia so I called and cancelled my trial - too late. I then proceeded to call Hydroxatone and Bellaplex and cancelled these as well. At this stage I didn't even know that these were skin care products - I hadn't even received a trial. I went to the post office and picked up what I thought was my Supreme Garcinia (and paid $60 duty for) only to find that It wasn't even the pills! So now I have (at a "discounted" rate) $280 worth of skin care products that I didn't even want and pills that I've also paid for and don't even have.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT THIS COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WHEN I READ SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS?

I feel a little less bad to see that I wasn't the only one duped but I know how all of you feel. The people who work for these companies should be ashamed of themselves
