There is one Vietnamese lady who work at Hardware Shop. She came to penang and work without working permit and passport.
We as a residence nearby her working place feel uncomfortable when she keep trying to force us to buy item from this shop. Please take action to prevent this type of illegal foreigner to work in anywhere. Below are the address that she work.:-

Illegal foreigners without permit

I would like to make a complaint for one lady which is Vietnamese. She currently working at Hardware shop in Penang. She don't have a working permit neither passport. We need to take action on this foreigner worker and to prevent more coming on this type of illegal foreigners.

I am not willing to take the Malaysian passport to my child. This is why because I had to go through a lot of personal harassment and emotional distresses in the house, in the case of my first child who bears a Malaysian passport. I am not allowed to keep my first child's passport and even to see his birth certificate.
In this kind of life situations, I am strongly unwilling to take a Malaysian passport to my 12 months old child bearing an Indian passport No.N5655915 in case anyone tries to apply for a Malaysian passport without my knowledge.

Kindly consider this complaint as a step to prevent from taking a Malaysian passport to my child. But I would like to take a dependent visa for my child. My request is to kindly help with dependent visa but not with Malaysian passport.

I'm an Swiss national and every year I've been vacationing in Malaysia for well over 8 years now, every year with my big family i used to come to Malaysia and spend about 2 months of quality time.
I used to come every December and January, somehow this year 2016 has delayed my vacation due to some extended holidays in Indonesia.

As far as I know, Malaysia is one of the best and with everything considering other options, one of the best suitable country for family time. However this time I wasn't that much happy about my stay as I have experienced mush difficulty with on going and biggest issues.
I was there is Malaysia couple of weeks and lots of places, my favourite destination is Malacca and I have booked a hotel online before my arrival, the booked hotel as follows, http://www.heerenhouse.com/
My family was checked in to hotel by April 25 and that was a day time about 10AM. Everything was fine as it's a family room, but when I checked in I can notice lots of different. Most surprising was the owner has been changed and I was informed, that's a big surprise and the staff who are work there is kind of miserable which I didn't know that time.
Later that day I was learned that they had only 2 working staff both are from Sri Lanka. And my first night was unbeatable due to sound of people chattering at midnight and lots of phone calls where a family couldn't sleep at all. I can see more than 15 people are living in a room, that was so much surprised and make me disappointed with hotel.
Next morning I was found out that, 15 Myanmar and Indonesia labours who staying in a hotel as they have come together get some work, however I have surprised that all of them are illegal and I was totally screwed with the management.
This is not Malaysia, i can't trust what I have seen in Malacca, I thought Malacca was best of everything as I know with the past experience but this year Malacca it was unsafe for anyone and any family.

I don't have any problems with immigrants but that should be done in proper way, we have lots of Syrian refugees coming and we're doing the best we can.

All I'm saying was, when it's a tourist destination is not so much attractive with illegal people who run the place and they renting it too illegal people as they can do any harmful to Tourist, my total concern was, the Tourist police was in front of the this hotel and they even know what's going on? How come Tourist police is not doing the work? For your clarification this is the hotel address

Other than that I have seen the smell of weed all nights inside the hotel and I wonder the illegal doing some kind of illegally grown weed to make some money and spoil the life of others.
I know about the ISIS issues in Indonesia and Malaysia but I think everything is attached somehow.
I want the authorities to take proper actions and this save Malaysian Tourist as safe and sound environment to have some fun.
For me and my family will reconsider and will pass out the information about this our friends and family via Facebook and Twitter, because I think safty is one of the most important thing in Malaysia! Dear Sir, we are many from Bangladesh. And on December 15, applied for visa from our country.Our employer willing to take us in his company on skilled position. After more than 2 month, my visa seen to me as processing. Then after 1 day suddenly government freeze the process.

But dear sir, we already paid fees to our agency for manpower processing. Our Agency said if the government will not lift the freeze then our money will gone.

I beg most respectfully to state that, please freeze the foreign worker or do whatever is good for your country. But we will be very great full to authority if only bring those new worker who's visa already in processing.

So we therefore pray kindly give us chance to come and work who's are already registered with immigration system.

Sir/madam .This is from Taman connaught, cheras, 56000.there is a lots of condominium here.also got lots of shop in front of UCSI university.these are all surrounded by african's they are all doing illegal business and smoke wed at open place .there is a shop named pasar raya 101, angkasa condo, ceri cendika and Taman connaught flats. there are all full of illegal immigrants.Hope you will take action very soon.Also i want to mention at this area there are lots of Bangladeshi worker's also illegal.They also doing bad.If you come at this area you will get more than 100 people without any permit .

I am pretty much sure that indian man[Name: Abdul Salam] is illegal and acting as an agent to human trafficking.I heard he and his relative ([sheik abdulla]who is very big in size usually comes in a motorbike) both acting as human trafficking agent.So please kindly look into this as they have a big agent in kuala lumpur to do all this human trafficking business. Lots of people who came through these AGENTS are here without permits and suffering. they get lump sums for doing this

There are living some foreign workers they don't have visa and any permit they running some stall here They DRUNK every night and making Noise they have girls and girls and boys don't have any permit. In our condo have staying alot of students because the school is Near thats why. I am writing on behalf of the residents in Wangsa Maju, there are quite a number of foreigner workers working at E Fatt Kopitiam, few of them come with tattoo as well. As we were having our meal there, we observe that the foreigner workers were bullying the old folks who also having their meal there.

Kindly take note on above matter, as we cannot bear the foreigner workers who do not have permit causing inconvenience and social issues in our country.

We hope immigration dept will take action on illegal foreigners asap.

A lot of illigeals immigerants is at the Flat 17 PKNS Kg Kerinchi , Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. They are either living at the flat, doing business on side of the road or even hanging around the flats compund...that also make the life of the comunities very2 uncomfortable...

We as the residents of Flat 17 PKNS , Kg Kerinchi, Bangsar South...urge the Departments of the apporpiate Goverments to take stern action against the illigeal immigrants...
