KFC STAFF HIGH HER VOICE AND RUDE TO ME WHEN I ASK ABOUT KFC MENU

AROUND 10.40 PM,22/8/2022,I ORDERED KFC MENU.AT.10.45 PM I GET THE ORDERED.I ASK THE STAFF ABOUT THE MENU THAT I THINK NOT COMPLETE, THEN THE STAFF HIGH HER VOICE VOLUME TO ME.ITS VERY RUDE ACTION.I FEEL DISAPOINTED WITH KFC STAFF JALAN ARAB MUAR JOHOR.I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKE THE ACTION TO THIS STAFF.ALSO THE WHITE SHIRT MANAGER JUST SEE THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF AND NOT SAY SORRY TO ME.SHE AS A MANAGER NOT HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE HER STAFF BEHAVIOUR,ALSO NOT SAY SORRY TO ME.WHAT A DISSAPOINTED.

13/8/2022.jam lebih kurang 8.30 mlm -9.00 mlm..staff perempuan kfc jitra kedah bernama aleya telah memberi layanan yang sangat tidak memuaskan.. saya bertanya pada nya sesuatu berkaitan pesanan saya, beliau langsung tidak hirau kan saya..seolah olah saya tidak wujud.. kemudian bertanya buat kali kedua masih buat tidak tahu pada saya..HQ kfc tolong warning staff macam tu..memalukan..

Atitude

I would like to complain your staft 1 old lady chinese .. This morning arround 10 am i was park at kfc area metro prima and this lady very bad atitude talking me cannot park here this is private parking cannot park here if private parking why not you block the parking . After we park here easy for us and lunch tine we was when kfc to eat and we see much parking over they this lady use very bad atitude and said to me cannot parking here we not parking a whole day until 10 pm just until 4 something to 5pm and already talk to us some more talk to another client we lunch time very days spend money and eat lunch at kfc metro prima pls ask your staft behave her atitude don't talk to customer like this we also got spend money to eat at this kfc ..we spend money also for the food not free ok ... pls ask your staft to behave ...don't talk to customer like this and i am your customer also pls ask your staft to bahave .

Paid all,no receive my order

I order kfc at 2pm ,until 7:30pm no any rider send for me. Customer service phone always busy, Facebook messenger just a robot reply me. Send email no response . If cancel my order just to tell me , it's okay. I can order another food. Why no answer?

rude staff

rude cashier gave changed of 50sen - 1pc 20sen and 6pcs 5sen. when I asked why so many 5sens, rude cashier replied'thats what I have!' without even face to face telling me that. while waiting for my order, I asked thr rude cashier again, 'do you have 1pc 20sen coin in your cash till?' rude cashier said yes, have' then I asked for a change of 4pcs of 5sen to 1pc 20sen. I queried politely why he told me he only having 5sens ?
rude cashier started to raise his voice 'now do you want to change or not???' I replied 'yes..(need to speak a little louder as I am wearing a mask) ' rude cashier accusing me for raising my voice talking to him while his finger pointing at me. rude cashier started his scolding shouting and yelling with his tip top anger with finger pointing . managers there doing nothing . when rude cashier began to have his peak anger with some gangsters, then only the managers trying to stop the rude cashier. by the way the rude cashier's bearing a name tag HAEGA..from taman sri sinar segambut outlet, date 9july 2021 time 17:54:29(check out time) this is not the 1st time I encounter with this rude cashier. how can he talk so loudly (not talking about work) his fellow staffs while there are customers around? I need a reply from kfc counterpart

Makanan dah la lambat, duduk dekat pacik guard dh 30 minit... Call ii kata oder x buat lagi sbb lupa... Sgitt... Macam ni ke layan coustemer.... Baik xyh buat dilivery... Cuaca elok je x de hujan ke apa... Ni last la oder kt kfc ... Dr pukul 6:30 petang... Sekarang dh msk pkl 7:10.... Tp batang hidung food grab pon x nampak... Kualiti memang teruk nak mati... Kalau ad bintang... Dh bg 1 dah.... Baik boikot je...

Worker's well-being.

Generally i think KFC shud treat their workers better. More humane. I've been to a lot of KFCs in many areas and I notice them being mistreated everywhere. This one time the worker only did a small mistake (puts 2 chicken when it shud be 3) but she got scolded by the manager pretty badly. I told her its fine, just add another one thats all, simple right? Why need to fuss? But no, the poor girl's mood flipped 360 after that no longer smiling. I personally felt bad for her. Plus she's a newbie, (i heard the manager said). Pretty sure everyone understand newbies make mistakes, right? So why so harsh? That newbie is 10x times friendlier than that manager. He needs to be taken down, asap.

Another one is my daughter's best friend. She's malay and a very diligent girl who excels in most things in her life. She recently was transfered from the front job to the cashier. It marvels me how KFC hasn't updated their cashier system (u know when u see the cashier tap3 on the machine), for so long! It is revealed to me that buttons to menus that are long forgotten are still there on the screen! But when a cashier accidentally pushed said buttons, they got put in a 'void', is what they call it. And this void thingy is bad for cashiers plus they got scolded by managers some more. Poor souls..just update la that screen, throw away non existent menus so that cashiers dun accidentally push them anymore. I think this will make everyone's life more easier. If you can make apps for delivery then update the cashier screen cannot meh?

Another thing is if a worker accidentally forgotten to do something, (most of the time just a small matter), the managers would take photos of it. Why do this? Just inform the workers what they forgot to do, why shame them? To me this is not disciplining, its downright shaming. Workers are human beings as well. If they are treated bad, then they could potentially treat others a.k.a customers, bad as well. Dont forget stress exist and everyone has them.

I've never seen her (my daughter's bestie), in such a tight face. Her smile lost. I remember the first few days she started working there her feet is swollen because of the safety boot she's wearing. That shoe is hard and unpleasant to wear in long hours. The manager only said to get a pair of black shoes and white socks. Why not they recommend what kind or brand of shoes to get so that she can work comfortably n maybe, not get a swollen feet! She in tears when we iced her feet.

Now i know why so many quit and so many leave. It's not about being 'weak' or 'manja'. It's called 'kebajikan pekerja' and human rights. Fix this KFC, if you treat them right, im sure your worker will feel more motivated to work.

Manager herself not wearing mask when in the premise and staff came in without wearing mask. Also allow food panda people not wearing mask entering restaurant to take food. This is call SOP?

beli kfc bucket 12 pcs tapi dapat 9 pcs

pada 18 dec 2020.. jam 17.32 sy membeli bucket kfc 12 pcs. tiba di rumah hanya ada 9 pcs sahaja. saya sgt kecewa. sebelum serah pesanan pelanggan staf perlu check dahulu pesanan pelanggan. lokasi kfc shell nkve. counter3 staf bernama zulkarnain.

Rude behaviour

Hye , i am a regular customer at kfc desa jaya . This things has been many times so i should make you guys notice this . I was in queue at the restaurant this evening . I heard the manager shouting and said harsh word towards the staff . I do not know what is happening but she should not do that kind of thing . Before this also she shout at her staff . There were long queue and she shouted at her staff . Well i think it's inappropriate for customer to see that kind of ugly behaviour . I hope you guys can notice this things .

I am so disappointed to KFC Tesco Kepong. I was wondering whether you have policy that the spicy chicken finished and you don't cook anymore? It's only 8.30pm and I requested the staff to cook and I am willing to wait but your staff told me you only serve whatever is left, is this how you do business!?

Aku & family telah pun pergi ke sebuah kfc di tesco bercham , pada awalnyaa mak aku dah tnya dkat staff kfc yg sedang ambil order tuh boleh ke duduk satu meja 3 org .. Tpi staff tuh ckp tak boleh sebab company mereka telah kluar surat mengatakan tidak dibenarkan satu meja 3org , katanya mengikut perintah kawalan SOP .. So kami pun menghormati lah apa yg dikatakan oleh staff tersebut .. Tpi bila tgh² makan tiba ada lah 3org remaja ni dtg makan di kfc yg sama .. dkat sini jdi mcm terkejut tiba² dngar suara sorang staff laki ni sambil jalan nk ke toilet.. suruh yg sorang tuh duduk sekali , so kat situ jdi satu meja 3org.. Sblom staff tuh smpai suami aku pun smpai, so dkat situ kami berempat lahh ..Masa staff tuh dtg balik , mak aku pun bersuara lah tnya boleh ye duduk 3org satu meja. Staff tuh balas *(wahhh mana adap)*

PRODUK HABIS AWAL

Pada 23/06/2020 pukul 5.58 pm, saya berkunjung ke cawangan Kfc di Tesco Seri Alam. Saya nak beli set nasi tetapi saya diberitahu nasi sudah habis. Saya ada bertanya tempoh yang di ambil untuk saya tunggu sekiranya saya mahukan nasi tetapi saya diberitahu tiada nasi dimasak. Pada kunjungan sebelum ini, saya ada bertanya pada juruwang dan saya difahamkan kedai tutup pada pukul 9 jadi pada hari kejadian, masih ada 3 jam sebelum tutup kedai kenapa nasi sudah tiada dan KENAPA TIADA NASI DIMASAK UNTUK WAKTU BERKENAAN?!!! Sudah dua kali saya terkena. Sebelum ini saya datang pukul 7 lebih, nasi sudah habis. Jadi, kali ini saya datang lebih awal tetapi mendapatai NASI SUDAH HABIS DAN TIADA NASI DIMASAK SEDANGKAN TUTUP PUKUL 9. Saya sangat tak berpuas hati isu ini. Manager sepatutnya memastikan produk ada pada waktu berkenaan. Manager berbual dengan staff dan tampak santai dengan ketiadaan produk pada waktu berkenaan. Mohon pihak KFC ambil tindakan berkaitan hal ini dan memastikan produk sentiasa ada pada waktu beroperasi.

Bad Service Provided By KFC

Order bargain feast 10 pcs bucket at 12:20pm and mentioned delivery in 30 mins. Waited till 1:10pm, called hotline to check status and informed that restaurant will call me. Waited another 10 mins, no call received and called hotline again to check. Received call hp no 013-8703453 and informed that unable to send due to raining. What kind of this excuse do not send due to raining??? If raining whole day, that's means no need to send??? I told her my kids was very very hungry and same answer given cannot send. I argue with her and she said will send NOW. Called the hp no again at 1:50pm and she said unable to send due to my house address was exceeded their location, she send my order to another outlet and why don't informed me earlier??? After I called 3 times to ask and waited 1 hour +??? This is a really worst experience that I had. And I told the manager to cancel my order and return to my credit card. The attitude of the manager and staff really bad and rude. Suggested to hire or train staff to be more polite, good attitude and responsible.
Can't imagine KFC such as international company had this kind of terrible service. KFC need to look at this seriously as saw a lots of complaint being raised up.

Pls apologise and refund to my credit card latest by 24 Apr since I have cancel this order, otherwise I will raise this to goverment higher authority. Order no: KAREA9WNT

Professionalism

(1) In this serious Coronavirus outbreak, KFC Staffs not wearing mask.

(2) Food ordered via KFC app 20minutes ago and according to KFC app, food will be ready in 15mins, but the staff only started to pack my order when I reached the counter and showed my order confirmation slip.

Really not happy about the service.
