Attitude complaint

Attitude complaint
The attitude of your worker is such rude.I didn't get the part that i ordered.At first , I thought that she misheard me but after i repeat again about the part that i wanted, she refused to give me that particular part.I was shocked since it is the first time in my life that i didn't get the part of the chicken that i wanted. Plus, she also give me the bad expression when i insisted to get that part. I got drumstick part instead of chest part. That particular part was actually have been cooked and ready to be served to customers .I saw that with my own eyes. I wonder if i need to pay more to get that particular part , or i cannot choose the part that i wanted .Ha ha ha

Secondly, i wanted to complain on behalf of my friend who ordered Heaven and Earth drinks but he got pepsi drinks instead of the drinks that he already ordered. It was really disappointed my friend and me who were the customers of that particular kfc branch.

Attitude complaint
The attitude of your worker is such rude. She treated me and my friend so badly.Plus, she refuse to give the part of the chicken that i already ordered.At first, i though she misheard me,then i repeat again about the part that i wanted, then she refused to give me that particular part of the chicken. She just give me the drumstick instead of chest part.I was speechless at that time because this is the first time in my life that the cashier of kfc didn't give what I wanted eventhough that particular part was already cooked and ready to be served to customers. I wonder if i should pay extra money to get what i wanted or the customers must accept whatever part of the chicken that have been served by their workers? Usually I didn't get the part that i wanted because it is sold out or being cook and that is acceptable reasons.

Secondly , i want to complaint on behalf of my friend who ordered heaven and earth drinks but he got the pepsi drinks instead of what he already ordered.This is unacceptable since my friend need to add up money to get that drinks but didn't get what he already ordered.

delay

order should arrived on 2.34pm but one officer from kfc call me at 2.28pm and tell me only have one rider (claims will send the order that time) for me, you should call me earlier. seriously kfc delivery services unsatisfied !

Masa di mesin pengira

Saya datang ke KFC Taman Perling jam 12.04 noon. Saya order dinner plate + nasi dan bayaran Rm 20.60. Saya rasa bayaran agak mahal sebab jam sudah melebih 12 noon. Saya semak resit printed menunjukkan masa 11. 54 am. Patutlah bayaran mahal sebab jam pd mesin pengira lewat 10 minit. Di belakang saya masih ada beberapa customer yg masih beratur. Walaupun beza tak sampai rm 3 tp ini menunjukkan pengurusan tak telus dan mengambil kesempatan atas kealpaan pengguna. Klu KFC nak kaya pun bukan cara begini. Saya masih simpan resit pembayaran.

Tunggu pesanan lama

Pada 2/4/2017 saya sekeluarga telah pergi ke kfc tesco extra seberang jaya. Saya telah memesan 15 ketul ayam set bucket berbaloi. Pada waktu itu ayam belum masak dan pekerja di situ suruh saya tunggu sebentar. Saya tunggu lebih kurang 15 minit. Bila ayam dah siap masak, pekerja tu bagi dekat orang yang sudah order sebelum saya order. Saya tanya lama lagi ke nak siap? Pekerja tersebut cakap tunggu lagi 12 minit. Saya pun tunggu dengan sabarnya di hadapan kaunter. Sedang saya tunggu tu ada beberapa orang pelanggan lain yang memesan set yang kecil. Bila ayam tu sudah masak kali ketiga saya hanya diberikan 11ketul ayam spicy dan selebihnya nak diberikan yang original berbaki daripada pelanggan yang memesan set yang lebih kecil, yang membuat pesanan kemudian daripada saya. saya diminta menunggu lagi selama 20 minit untuk mendapatkan baki ayam yang saya pesan ,saya membatalkan pesanan saya kerana tak sanggup lagi menunggu,persoalannya adakah peraturan didalam syarikat kfc yang menyatakan pelanggan yang memesan set kecil diberikan keutamaan berbanding dengan pelanggan yang memesan set lebih besar walaupun memesan set besar dahulu berbanding set kecil? Mohon penjelasan.

Service

The staffs are really slow. During lunch hour, there is only 2 counters open when there is a long queue ahead. Been waiting for more than 30 minutes. The service is really bad, and the number staff is insufficient as the person taking order is the only person getting the order settle. Please look into this matter.

Wrong amount returned

To whomever it may concern,

Yesterday on 25th of Jan around 9:00PM at City Square Johor Bahru, I walk in and ordered 3 snack plates set and 1 cheezy wedges, I hand over RM100.00 but the amount that was returned was RM7.40 which I didn't realise till I get back home. Do check into this, as I believe when they did their closing there will be extra amount. Check the CCTV for extra proof as I have throwed the receipt. I will be walking in tomorrow for this. Do inform the staffs ASAP about this as I don't wish to waste my time tomorrow arguing with them about this. If you wish to contact me, my number will be 0146027955 and my name is Rashni Ramasamy.

Staff rudeness

Hello.. I would like to make a complaint about one of ur staff.. Particularly en farudi from kfc jln university petaling jaya,selangor..

I went to kfc to buy a bargain feast 15pieces chickens.. I was told to wait for few minutes in view of not enough chicken available .. So,i waited for 25min and given a card num (ex num 7).. Then,i saw a staff searching for a customer holding card num 24 who ordered the same with me (bargain feast 15pieces) however she cannot found the customer.. I heard she told en farudi that this card num not available.. En farudi didnt said anything n put the basket of chicken on his table..

I waited for 30min,then i when to the counter to ask staff counter (en farudi).. He saw me and directly gave me the same basket that another staff was searching just now..

I was so furious at him.. Because he didnt even know my card num and gave his collegue wrong card num.. When i ask him,he didnt apologiza or smile or say anything.. I though kfc have their own standard for staff to behave in front of customer.. I was so disappointed in your staff social skill..

I hope your company can have a look regarding this issue.. I really hope malaysia kfc can have same standard as kfc worldwide..

khidmat makanan bkaitan nasi tiada semasa peak hour

30 sept 2016/ jumaat.Pelik dengan pengurusan manager kfc merlimau.. tiada back up nasi dan nasi habis semasa peak hour iaitu pada pukul 12.30.saya diminta tunggu selama setengah jam untuk makanan tersebut.dan saya akn ambil nasi yg baru dimasak pada pukul 1. Manager sepatutnya sedia memantau keadaan pelanggan dan bsedia dengan strategi pemasaran pada hari tersebut.terkilan krn serve untuk nasi,rice bowl dan bkaitan dengannya gagal disediakan..memandangkan premis kfc adalah restaurant 'fast food'.

i want to complain regarding the staff attitude problem,staff name is fazilah at kfc lahad datu sri perdana branch,time sy sampai sy dan adik sy tengah fikir nak pilih set apa,sy tiada halang barisan,semasa sy order ada staff bagi tau staff tanya staff d counter customer mau apa,staff tersebut menjawab “dia dari tadi tengok saja”,i a customer,i cannt make choose to order?!jadi sy sampai kfc kena cepat2 orderlah?!ndak boleh tengok dulu baru order?then i dun wan tis staff help me order,i go to counter 3 to make a order,n tis who is i wan to complain!tis staff membebel wit other staff at front of me,i a customer,y i wan to order kena dengar staff kamu membebel?n the supervisor didnt scold the staff,just stand at there c the staff membebel,ur customer service is very bad!customer order pun kena tengok staff membebel,bad service!

take care on 08.08.16.ordered original.
upon reaching home to eat. found it far beyond the original taste.
taste dry and 'plastic' and taste .All on the skin.Meat acceptable.

Have ordered orgi before and brought home 'contaminated' with spicy flavour.

pls investigate.

Chicken not properly cook

the chicken not properly cooked and the poor service quality never match the standard of pricing.

the outer parts of chicken looks nice and beautiful but inner parts never cooked and with blood. Very poorly done service and quality.

i think in future no more kfc in my life...

Rude staff

I've went to kfc near jakel seksyen 7 shah alam to buy zinger value treats on 5 dec 2015 about 11.55 am.i went to the counter and no greeting at all from your rude staff.she does not wear any name tag so i have to ask her name.i've ordered set a value treats but because she could not hear me she yell rudely "yelah set ape?".i've came to a shock and felt very down.i want to take away but since she does not ask at the first place she prepare for dine in.when i inform her i want to take away she yell again "kejaplah".no receipt was given so i could not complaint at kfc website.her name was norizan if she does not lie.please train her how to be a good customer service and not a debt collector.tq.

Unsatisfied

Dear Kfc Langkawi,

First of all, I wanna make a complaint and unsatisfied regarding service of kfc branch at kfc Jetty Langkawi. Yesterday, I came to this branch to buy some food for my husband. I took long time to queue at counter 1 around 6pm. There, have 3 counters but only 2 counters running. There is almost 4 customers que at the same line. Im waiting for almost 25 minutes to wait my turn to make the order. The staff who incharge the counter is named Ayuni. Why she's take so much time to serve customer? Why she so slow? It is fast food or slow food. I cant wait too long because my ferry come on 7pm. I must be there for 15 minutes before ferry departure . Imagine too many people will walk along to the jetty and required to que too. It is took much time. Im not satisfied with the your staff named Ayuni for her service to me. She have no greeting to me, no smile, no eye contact, make wrong order and slow doing packing food. I dont know she is new staff or maybe she is tired, but, I as customer, she must give 100% concentrate to me when I ordered. I ordered snack plate, 3 colonel burger n 1cheezy wedges. I also make 1request for 2 of tight part.I haven't receive a complete set for snack plate, no coleslow? It is out of stock? Why not she replace some wedges to the box as an apology for no coleslow. But she is not tell me anything about the replacement on the set. I really angry with her. I ordered with her clearly n louder voice, I thing the whole restaurant can hear my voice because I cant stand with the service. But she ask me again what meal I ordered. The big mistake is, she is not punch my order when i said. Why she is doing that? Pls tell me. Plus the manager I saw, at the back up side n he ate some food n go back to office. He has no responsibility for give any help at the counter. I really hope that this service will not repeat for other person. Only me! That all! Pls take an action with this branch n this staff. Train her or change her to floor position because she is not entertain properly n too slowly. Thank you.

Disrespect and Wrong calculation

This evening 21-06-14, I went to KFC located in Taman Desa. I ordered a Zinger Burger, a Black Pepper Mushroom burger.
I want to try the new one called Lil Zinger. It was on the board in small font and I prononced wrongly, I said Light Zinger (Lit Zinger).
The cashier laughed and controlled her laughing. I has to wait for few minutes, because they are making the burger. Then, She was taking the burgers and I saw the Lil Zinger it was small and I dont want it and cancelled it. She showed Lil Zinger to other people working in the kitchen and made fun. I can hear what she said to others, "This is Lil Zinger, I dont want this, Cancel it". People woking there looked at me and laughing.

She wrongly calculated the amount she has to discount for Lil Zinger. The total amount including Lil Zinger is RM 14.35. After Tax
it become RM 15.20. The price of Lil Zinger is RM 3.00. She just discount RM 3 and I paid RM 12.20. So I paid the tax including for the cancelled Lil Zinger. The tax for RM 3 is RM 0.18. This is so unfair.

KFC Cyberjaya service sucks

ur Cyberjaya outlet sucks! i just had a very unpleasant lunch there. Ordered a twister and said i have to wait for 5mins...end up i waited for 15mins++ until i had to ask the manager there..that young guy is too bz counting the tables so he asked one of the staff to check up the order..waited another 5mins then they sent the wrong order!! The person who took my order was there and she said "just give what she want"..WTF is that!!..and no one apologize!!..
