I do not recall buying any item from Microsoft store.

On November 22, 2017, there was an unauthorized charge for $69.99 for Microsoft Office 365, which I have never used nor never ordered. I have no idea how my credit card came to be used, but this was completely fraudulent. I see there have been many other complaints for exactly the same thing. Someone needs to investigate this and figure out what is going on. I was able to call Microsoft and get this cancelled and my money refunded, but they made a point of telling me that I could only cancel this once per year. I didn't order it in the first place and if I again see a charge on my credit card for this, you can bet I will be cancelling it again!

I keep receiving charges of $ 7.91 on my Visa for Microsoft Office 365 that I do not have.

I have a supposedly "recurring charge" on my AMEX card in the amount of $108.61. I went to the website for Microsoft, clicked on "Services & Subscriptions" and looked for any subscriptions (which I did not buy any previously) marked "AUTO RENEW" and there are NONE. I cannot find a phone number to call them and want this charge credited to my AMEX and recurring charges canceled permanently
