Money not refunded to bank account

Hi Team,
I have booked a ticket in IRCTC from Howrah to Puri via PayTM and ticket was not booked but money was debited from account. I have checked my transactions in IRCTC and it shows money has been refunded on 12.05.2017 to PAYTMAG.
Similarly I have a cancelled tatkal ticket which shows the same refund status but I have not received the money back into my account. Neither it is in paytm wallet. Requesting you to refund the money back into my account as early as possible. Below are the details. Attached is the screen shot

RAILWAY TICKET CANCELLATION MONEY NOT REFUNDED

I booked a ticket on 13th May 2017 and then cancelled my ticket ...the refund status says that the amount is refunded to PAYTMAG... 12 days have passed but I did not get my ticket money refunded to my account .Please solve the problem and return my money

amount loss

I have logged in to Paytm after a long time (more than 12 months). I had some balance in Paytm Cash which I cannot see in my Paytm wallet now, how can I recover it?

Recharge not done

This complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303/- where i have done the transaction on 07-april-2017 at 12:39 AM through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number +91 7018 944 146 with order id 3038843552 and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same from past more than 12 hrs.

I request you to please refund my money. I did my recharge with the retailer again.

Money missing from paytm wallet

I transferred RS 2000/- in my paytm wallet on 11/03/2017 vide transaction ID-7661239858 and 707013497227. My balance was Rs. 2776.54. Suddenly it has started showing 1026.54 without any transaction. Paytm blocks amount

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have transferred Rs 100 & Rs 200 (Back to back) on 8th January 2016 at around 8.15 AM from my savings bank account, the amount of Rs 300 is debited (Ref - 70007981-V as per the sms receives from bank),from my bank account but still not added to my paytm wallet.
Now its more than 7 days i can not use my own money. The toll free number which is available for paytm customer care do not have any option regarding my issue & also do not have any option to speak directly with customer service agent.
I have already raised this complaint on care@paytm on 11th January 2016 on which i have received a reply in which I was requested for :-
Request you to share the following details with us:

1. Registered mobile number/e-mail ID
2. Recharge value
3. Order Number
However my issue is not regarding recharge it is regarding wallet balance.
I am very disappointed where paytm customer services are concern,it is pathetic that i have to beg again & again for my own money.

Can I hope that money will be added in my paytm wallet earliest.

Fraud

I paid for ticket reservation through paytm.. due to some reason when I cancelled my ticket I not get back the amount in my paytm wallet.I waited for 1 week but after that I searched for paytm customer care and got a number of it.when I contacted in the given number and told about my problem the person asked for my CVV number and OTP which was generated ,he said your account need an upgradation and in the meanwhile ₹22000 was deducted from my bank account and used by that person in name of others through my paytm account.when I said him about the same he asked for ATM number to transfer the deducted amount in our account ,but I did not gave it and cut the line but he continuously tried to contact us for ATM number for next 24 hrs.I had complained several times about this to paytm but there is no action taken and till date 26-12-2016 I had not get my ticket cancelled amount in my paytm account. I am not understanding which kind of fraud is this..? paytm is not refunding ticket amount and also not taking action on matter of fraud of ₹22000.Which kind of irresponsibility is this of such a well known and prestigious company..? Owner of paytm or repuation of paytm will not get affected in the whole process but only middle class family like us have to suffer...as today I am suffering of an amount of ₹25000..(₹22000 of fraud and ₹3000 of ticket). NOW my question is.. Do paytm is going to take any action..?? DO I GET THE JUSTICE OR NOT..???????

Transfer of Funds Between Paytm Acct Not Credited to Wallet

Team,

I had transferred Rs.2000 from 9841422424 to 9176679424 account on 16th July with reference #2333065630.

The said transfer is not reflecting in to 9176679424 and I had raised few complaints against this issue and no proper reply from your end as of now.

Please try to place the transferred funds of Rs.2000/- to 9176679424 account or reverse the funds and credit back to 9841422424, it is very urgent I need the funds back immediately.

Issue regardingProduct

Paytm shows mrp of the product is ₹599 on this 38%off and invoice is made of ₹374.But the actual mrp of the product is ₹261.whats all this? Company agree to provide refund but don't provide.

Paytm deducted money from my bank account but they didn't send me the paytm cash.. ....

Paytm deducted money from my bank account but they didn't send me the paytm cash..... When I contacted them, they said that paytm haven't received your money..... They are saying contact your bank....What is the proof that paytm haven't received my money...... They are cheating their customers...... Why would the bank debit my money without paying it to paytm..... I trust my bank..... And i have already visited the bank...... They said that " bank is not responsible for the transactions you make online for shopping"...... Paytm must tell me what proof would i present before them.....

Amount debited from bank account but service not provided by Paytm

I paid Rs. 1947/- to Paytm wallet against order No.1161388482 on 14Aug2015 by debit card. The amount was debited from my bank account but Paytm did not credit the same to my Paytm wallet and mentioned payment failure. I informed the same to Paytm through e-mail. In response, I received a reply mail from some Mr. Vijendra which is reproduced here.
Meanwhile, I approached to the bank also and submitted a complaint form of failure in ATM transaction. I was informed that the amount must have been lying in the dust bin (pending payments I understood) of Paytm which should be cleared by Paytm.

It is now 6 days passed after the transaction but no other response has been given by Paytm.

I’m sorry that added Paytm cash Rs.1947 did not happen.
We checked and found that we have not received amount for this transaction from your bank.
In such cases the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take upto 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank.
In case of any delay in receiving your amount, I request you to please get in touch with your bank.
