Missing Order

Tonight I rung Pizza hut in mangere placed our order of 4 Pizza's 2 Fries 2 garlic bread gave my daughters name and was told it would take about 10 - 15min sweet, I get the kids ready to leave now I have 4 hungry children and 1 sleepy baby takes about 10min to get in the car and about 5 min to drive to pizza hut mangere central, I'm thinking to myself cool our food should be ready kids quick pick up and home to eat. We get there I go in to pay, I get served pay for our order and get my receipts but have to wait another couple minutes so I go check the kids just parked out the doors babys starting to get upset, i go back in standing there for another couple minutes While other customers are being served that's fine then I'm told sorry another 5min I'm like really but ok I go back to the car babys crying and my kids are getting restless I get them settled about another 6min so I go back in to check our order should definitely be ready by now waiting another couple minutes customers are being served there orders the only female worker looks at me asks for my receipt lucky I'm still holding it in my hand she starts looking for our order by this time I'm already feeling really frustrated and telling her this is the reason I rang in so my kids wouldn't have to wait this long, then she tells me sorry I think they lost your order WTF, while she carry's on looking or them trying to quickly make up a new order b4 return I go get baby out of the car as she is really upset now walking back in just to wait another 5min - 10min for them to pull a new order out of the oven, I tell them I'm sick of this, this is not the first time! Why have people ring in and order if it's only gonna take this long to wait when picking up there order or it being giving to some one else This store needs a major upgrade workers and they're system! Moving on to Domino's🍕

I enter the store only fora staff member to say I hadn't

I then check my account and they had taken out payment

if they are fast to take my payment it's also fast to give my payment back

they told me I'll have payment back within 2-3 days

HELL NO!!! I need my paent back today you f#kn arseholes

now I'm awaiting my money back thru internet banking

Rude Behavior by Staff

I want to bring in your notice regarding an incident happened with me at one of your stores located at Hobson Street, Auckland, 1010. I am one of very regular customers of Pizza Hut - Hobson Street and Birkenhead as I am die hard fan of pizzas. You can check your data base and you will be happy to know that almost everyday I am having pizza as one of the meals and I am really very satisfied with the product, quality, taste, variety etc. But, yesterday I was very depressed with the behaviour of one of your crew member working at Hobson Street Pizza Hut Store.
His name is Mr. Gagan and trust me he was so rude and was so unprofessional that once I thought to cancel my order but then I thought to carry on the order and made up my mind to share my experience with customer forum team / feedback team. Let me explain the scenario so that you can get to know about the exact situation and hence take the necessary action against Mr. Gagan. Me and my wife as usual went to the store and gave the order, after placing the order, in general way my wife requested Mr. Gagan that put cheese in proper way on Cheese Pizza like in general we talk that please make good pizza. But I was shocked and surprised to here Mr. Gagan's response - His words were "it will come the same way as it comes all the time, we can not do anything in it." He was so rude, upfront, harsh and irritating. My wife told him that I am just telling you to prepare in the best way you can, thats it, I am not asking anything extra. He replied that whether you say or don't say, it will come in the same way. When my wife said that she will share her experience with feedback department, then Mr. Gagan replied that - "Its your wish, it does not matter to me even if you want to write an Email then you can go ahead".
He was least interested and full of negative attitude. I am a person who belongs to service industry and I have dealt with N number of customers and trust me if Mr. Gagan will keep his attitude same, then it is going to hamper Pizza Hut's reputation badly as for customer's he is the face of Pizza Hut. I am sharing my experience as I believe that Pizza Hut is a big brand and they really consider the feedback and looking ahead for your plan of action that you will be taking against Mr. Gagan as this behaviour of him has depressed me and my wife and it has hurted our self esteem. I am looking ahead for his apologies and compensation. I am one of very loyal customers and that is the reason I am taking so much of pain and sharing my review with you with an expectation of quick response.

10219 dont take the right order

hi . i fell very angry about a Asian man [10219 Mr chin p ] because when I arrived at the pizza shop I tell my order to that man, i want the $5 large pizza, deep base, one Hawaiian, one pepperoni, one beef and onion and he told me to wait for 15 minutes so it was 8.20 pm of the 18th January 2017.. and after 15 minutes I went back to collect the pizzas and I check the orders and I was surprise that it was one Hawaiian, one pepperoni and the last one I was expecting one beef and onion too but it was ham and cheese so I told 10219 Mr chin p it was the wrong one so he started shouting very loud at me to blame me about the order in the front of all customers I felt degrading about that situation. What I actually order was one beef and onion because my children loves that pizza instead of beef and ham. So I think that man has a problem to understand English and I hear its not the first time that he has lots of problems to communicate with customers.

Pizza hut

Went to Pizza Hut Blenheim which I usually do but haven't been in a while. Ordered 1 meat lovers on a thin base, 1 pepperoni on a deep dish and a beef and onion deep dish. Firstly there was little to no base sauce on all 3 pizzas, way too much cheese and there was no BBQ swirl on the meat lovers nor was it offered to me. The deep dish bases were undercooked and like eating raw dough. The pepperoni had maybe one piece per slice which is not what I expect with the only bloody ingredient. The meat lovers also had very little topping. Very disappointed in these pizzas. Dominos will get our custom from now on. Inedible this time. Also the chips were cold and soggy.

Pizza its to worse i put it over half pizza put it in the Rubbish

Whenever I visit to Pizza Hut at New Lynn I ordered one veg Hot n Soicy pizza and tell hime to put extra oregano chilli flex and BBQ after that when i going for pick my pizza there are no topping BBQ and i tell them to put BBQ souce so they said me you choose only two toppins in pizza. Its my not first visit on that store i visited many more times in that store and everytime thay put BBQ Souce on my pizza but today they said me you can choose only two toppins and also pizza is not to testy and i seeing only tomato and cagune in my pizza there are no sufficient cheese i am also Disappointed for this type of behaviour or service i want to quick action on this matter

When Manuel thinks the Customer is NOT always right!

Was amazed at the audacity of Manuel (pizza maker behind the counter) at Porirua Pizza Hut. Went to order 1 Favourites Meat Lovers pizza with drinks and chips this afternoon about 3:30ish.
Staff member Derek took my order - courteous, efficient, great ambassador for Pizza Hut. Noted mentally that one gets a Free Cheeseburger Crust with every Favourites pizza, huge sign in plain view - Nice! I'm thinking. Pizza and everything ready but no freebie.
When I queried where my Cheeseburger Crust was, Manuel said "Did you ask for it?" - What do you mean, the sign is right there...Free with any large Favourites...no conditions that freebie has to be specifically requested. So I ask how long the freebie would take to cook up - Manuel says he can't give me one because my pizza was already made. WHAT? How is that possible when you advertise that a freebie comes when large Fav pizza is bought - now you're REFUSING to give me one? Then Manuel says "Well, you should have asked for one. We're not mind-readers!" WOW!!
So I ask to speak to the Manager and Sunny who has just clocked on, speaks to me. Sunny, courteous and trying to hear my complaint about not getting a freebie because I didn't ask for it and how its false advertising to offer a freebie, then refuse to give it. Sunny apologises and offers me a free Cheeseburger Crust but says it would take another 11mins to cook it. Do I have another 11 minutes to wait? - no. So I ask for his name and the pizza maker's name, to which Manuel chirps up from the back "I don't have a name, no name, I don't have a name". Charming....Customer Service on point, right? NOT!!! Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I explain to polite Sunny the Manager - that I couldn't wait for the freebie and I no longer WANTED the freebie but the disgusting service and bad attitude of Mr Manuel the mind-reader, is what is driving me to complain about Porirua Pizza Hut.
Manuel, I don't care if you have stars tattooed on your neck, it doesn't give you the right to act like you have stars shining out of your backside! Did I SAY you were a mind-reader? If you were a mind-reader you wouldn't be busting your punk attitude in a hot kitchen making pizzas? D’uh!! Logic obviously NOT your forte! Credit to Derek and Sunny - little boy Manuel, obviously FAILED on all counts!!!

Picked up phone 3 times and hung up 3 times

Manukau branch kept hanging up on me when I called three times to order I called three times and that was how many times the person picked up the phone and hung up and I got frustrated I ended up driving there and had to wait for 30mins which delayed a meeting I was supposed to attend for work and this was not the kind of service customers expect

time to wait & unwanted chill

I attended the new plymouth central pizza Hut .it was the school hols and we eat like a treat! It looked busy we were told bit would be a 20 min wait we were ok with that we ordered 4 $5 pizzas . It turned out to be 40 min wait . While waiting the staff were arguing some one had mistakenly put Chilli on one Hawaiian pizza unfortunately it was one of mine.! I was offered for another to be made but didnt fancy waiting another 20 mins ! What a shame won't be going back there in a hurry carolyn bower

Unprofessional and Poor Hygiene Standards followed by staff member

Tonight at 7:45pm I went to Pizza Hut in Takanini, Auckland and ordered a pizza. I was told to wait for 15 minutes so I went outside and sat in my car. After 15 minutes when I entered the store to collect the my order I saw a male and a female team member scrubbing and cleaning the kitchen area. They were wearing cheap latex gloves in their both hands. The guy left his scrubbing brush on the floor and walked to the counter. He asked for my name. The guy didn't remove both of his dirty latex gloves and not even washed his hands. He grabbed the pizza box with his both hands and put it over the counter. I was shocked to see him. When I asked him about the hygiene standards followed by the Pizza Hut, he immediately denied touching the pizza box with the hand he was wearing that dirty glove. He then walked back in the kitchen area and started laughing. This was totally unacceptable to me so I called the duty manager and informed him about the situation. The duty manager spoke to him and he was still laughing. This is a classic example of poor hygiene standards followed by the staff member. I'll never go back to that store again.

Pizza Hut - Delivery

We have not had Pizza Hut for about 4 years and decided to give them a go again. Placed an online order for 8.10pm delivery. This is an 1hr and a half after we had placed the order. As it was such a time difference, we believed the order should be pretty close to the time said in the email confirmation for delivery. However, 8.20pm no order, my husband calls the freephone number, followed the prompts and the call keeps being placed on hold. At 8.30pm, I decide to use my cell to call also, followed the prompts and was answered after the 4th ring. I explained to the girl, we had not received our order. I asked if she would like the confirmation number, and she asked for the name, I gave her the name and she says yes it has been delivered. I then explained to the girl the time is now 8.33 pm and we can see up our driveway and we have been keeping a watch since 8pm, no-one has come down our drive, we do not have the order and they have already charged our credit card. She begun to tell me, that the driver has said the order has been delivered. I repeated again, we have not received the order, hence the reason for my call. She said she would call the driver to check, I stopped the girl and said, when you get a reply from your driver, call us back. Well, 8.45pm, my husbands sees carlights in our drive way. The driver apologised and said it was a real busy night. He was only just down the road, when the girl had called. Sorry for being late. Funny, she said the driver had confirmed the delivery earlier and no callback. Needless to say, the pizza and chips were both warm and soggy. Like it had been sitting in the car for ages. Now I remember why we don't order Pizza Hut, because of the crap reputation and useless staff at their branches. Definitely, will not order that shit again and I will make sure every I know. is told. how shit they are and to make sure I post to Facebook so everyone is told. Back to Dominos and Sals Pizza we go.

Shit Service

Tonight of 02/04/2015, (Pizza Hut Mangere Central) I placed an online order + delivery as i have no car to drive in-store anyway i was confirmed via email that my order was paid for and placed at around 8:45pm and was told my order will be delivered to me by 9:30pm. 15Mins later as i lost track of time i figured it should be here by now?? I called pizza hut to be informed that they were running slow on delivery and the driver had just left now and is on his way to my address first. 15 minutes later Nothing!! By this time it's now 10:00pm I thought "why hassle it shouldn't be any longer". It's now 10:30pm i loose my patience, call the store and its fucking closed!! Im furious I waited just under 2hours 1h 45mins to be exact. Dont trust delivery with pizza hut i cant believe as a first time delivery customer i had to go through a shit service that i was looking forward too. I'll be giving them them a good "ear bashing" tomorrow when i speak to their manager. Thanks assholes my last money waisted on nothing. ANGRY CUSTOMER!!

Terrible experience

My Partner and I decided to get Pizza Hut for a late lunch/early dinner as we had not had it for a while. We ordered the 'big night in' which was 1 Hawaiian Pizza, 1 Meatlovers Pizza, 1 Supreme Pizza, Chips, Garlic Bread and a Drink. We were told 10 or 15mins which was fine, 40 minz later we were finally walking out with our food. 1stly, the Chips were cold and uncooked, the Hawaiian Pizza was not cooked properly and the ham was hard and stringy. The Crust was not what we had asked for and the Meatlovers Pizza had no BBQ Sauce which we specifically asked for (even though i think this should come with the sauce anyway). To top it off, i am supposed to be at work today but instead i am forced to stay in bed with Food Poisoning! we are a young couple with a mortgage - i cannot afford to be having a day off. It might be a while before i can go back to Pizza Hut again - if i ever will which is quite disappointing because we don't like any other pizza. so maybe we will just have to find a completely different type of food. Burger Wisconsin maybe?

Terrible experience

We went to pizza hut, lake side Rotorua and we specifically ordered chicken pizza and told the attendant that we do not eat beef and pork and we were charged extra for the chicken although we said to subtract pepparoni and ham but thats was fine with us but when we actually got the pizza, it had pepparoni in it.We went to the counter and told the manager on duty, Mr SANDEEP SINGH who is from India. We found him to be so rude and he has no customer service ethics. He said that he couldnt do anything in rude manner and had high voice. he could have polite and said that sorry but no he was so arrogant who is not fit for the manager. on top he was showing his name on the name tag and was shouting that we could go and make a complaint.What a attitude some people has.

Dont Deliver

Last night we ordered Pizza via the online ordering service, After we had waited the half hour it specified for delivery I called the call centre to find out what was going on, They advised that the Pizza had left the store and should be there in a few minutes. After 10 Mins I called again to find out what was happening only to be again advised that The Pizza had left the store and should be there, I said that It was not and at this point we'd waited aprox 50minutes for something that shouldive taken 1/2 hour. I said that the driver had 2 mins to get here otherwise they could take it back. Another 10mins later the driver turned up, We weren't there at this point wed gone to get someting else, My flatemate said the driver could not understand why we were upset he was only 1/2 hour late!
