My parcel already post out from my shipper in 24/4 2020.Unfortunately the tracking number that they gave to me cannot be trace.I do not know where my parcel until today, it is very disappointed me. I hope Poslaju can trace my parcel because it is already take a long period, I understand about our current situation now but at least I can know the location of my parcel via my tracking number. I felt curious why my tracking number does not in the system until now. I am very worried about my parcel now, please take the responsible action for my problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the parcel send out on 05thApr2020 , Its been 13days for me to wait for my parcel EP615992051MY. I don't know need so long to delivery the parcel since 05thApril2020 It was keep delay and delay, the system updated only till 07thApril2020 and after that I don't know where is the parcel was . And until today 18Apr2020 the parcel still not knowing where it was.

OMG!!! I am not the only one!! This is ridiculousness at its best!
I have been waiting tirelessly and endlessly for my item since October 29, 2019, I have been running around from one branch to another, been given empty promises and going through what the rest of these fellow citizens are going through as well!! endless calling attempts made to no avail.Why should i be the one WASTING MY TIME! I’ve called Poslaju (1300300300) this morning and the service crew told me that the parcel already arrived at Sibu Poslaju Office but somehow they didn’t delivering it. PosLaju tolonglah send barang saya ni. Dah enam hari tengok tracking website takde update. Saya call careline asyik sibuk. Emel apatah lagi. So tolonglah.

I purchased something online but it use this stupid poslaju services and updated that the parcel have been attempted to send besides nobody comes to deliver it. The time stated the delivery attempted at 5 somethings pm but I was there the whole day from 8 am until 10 pm.
