Its been more than a week my item stucked at your parcel hub. No update nor change since my item arrived on 18/4/2020. Do you even doing your job properly? Why so hard to do things properly? My friends that using other delivery services received their items weeks ago compare to this slowpoke company. I know it ramadan, so do your job efficiently and dont postpone it further.
