How can I stop them from continuously charging my credit card for monthly payments.

I have tried phoning the number they give which is 855-432-0727. It is not in service.

I have sent an email to safecart.com "customer service."

This seems to be a scam. Safecart somehow got attached to something I ordered on the internet, which was probably a scam as well as I did not get anything from them.

How can I stop these charges from continuing?

I'm very disappointed in your service practice!!! I didn't request your product!! I have not used it, because I did not request it!!!! I requested PCAccelerate Pro.!! I want this product. I don't understand why I have to pay for a product that I DID NOT request!!! I want a full refund back!!! If not I will have to report you to the better business bureau ! Found that info was incorrect, and outdated...the court finder did not give anymore information that I could not find by going to Circuit Court data of city and state. Much of info had outdated addresses, correct info on some items such as a old address with incorrect age, criminal case report attached to address of person that did not exit for person....Scam!!!!!!!! Do you ever check these reoccurring payment accounts? I didn't but found that Safecart has been charging my credit card for 4 years and I didn't catch the charge since it was so small. WON'T happen again!! I have contacted my credit card company and told them I will no longer honor any charges for Safecart! Kristy is a bitch!

I purchased a repair scan from PC Activator this afternoon 3/04/16. The scan was quoted a price of 39.99 euros but I have checked my bank statement and found I have been charged 79.91. I would like a refund. I also find that this scan and repair has not made any difference to the performance of my laptop, I still cannot get into my email.

I paid $149.00 to have my laptop cleaned up it got worse. Now I'm having to throw away my computer. I should have not used safecart . It makes me so mad when a business takes
advantage of people.

As I read the complaints about this Company I wish I have done some research before dealing with them. My laptop had problems and I got pressured into paying a $149 fee for them to fix it but it got worst. I even bought a scan software from them for $29 which is useless. I just lost $178.00 for nothing.

I paid for a trial offer of 5 days to eVerify, through SAFECART I guess, via PayPal. It was for $2.95 but I cancelled it after using it and seeing it wasn't going to be worth more than the $2.95 trial price. I received the cancellation email, confirming no further charges would be taken out.

The next day I noticed my bank account had not only been debited the $2.95 but also another $30.00! Each charge stated SAFECART IAT Paypal. I looked at my PayPal account and see only the original $2.95 charge, but nothing about the $30.00 charge. How did SAFECART access my bank directly without using Paypal, even though they said it was through Paypal? I have sent an inquiry to my bank and to PayPal and will see what happens. I can't use the 'lookup tool' at Safecart because I don't have the last 4 numbers of credit card since I used Paypal. What a scam!

I thought I was paying for a program which would fix my computer.On paying $24.97 for 6 months, I was put on to a technician ,who then told me it would cost me $129.99. Please send a refund.

Paid Safecart for a contract with O)MG and they give you no info or help in how to resolve this. They will not honor any cancellation of the contract on services not delivered or refund the money($449.98). This company is a scam and rip-off as is OMG. DO NOT do business with them!!!!!!!!!

I purchased what was supposed to give me access to a 7 day trial of searching vehicle histories, and after confirming noticed it authorized SafeCart to continue to sell me other services at a price equal to or less than what I paid. SafeCart is not user friendly when it comes to cancelling things. STAY AWAY! Do not give them any card numbers.

I was prompted to download and pay RegCurePro but it made things impossible to work properly. A minor problem on one computer became a nightmare and two other computers were affected to a point where they became unworkable and many hours were spent rectifying the problems. I want to uninstall this program and have a refund. I paid via Paypal. Safecart phone numbers don't seem valid, trying in safecart to make negative comments under community are not accepted as they keep getting wiped with excuse validation code incorrect. Tried stopping auto renewal too and came across more problems. Help! WHat are you trying to do to us. Much more of this time wasting and charging US for it will eventually result in less computer users. When I tried to submit my comment the app for connecting via Facebook was not set up to work. Grrr!!!!!

I am very upset with this program, I kept telling your people I didn't want the tech support program but they kept at me until I said yes. Upon setting up program the Rep told me all the problems showing on my computer and I needed additional coverage - tech action.
