I was charged 29.95 for slim cleaner plus but the tech support person could not connect to my computer to activate the program.

Saw an ad to fix computer speed and virus. Called the company many months ago, was billed and problem was not resolved. I have not had anything to do with them since. Just noticed a bill from SafeCart and noticed they are the payment processor for this outfit. They are scammers. Post somewhere on your site not to use.

I just cancelled my order successfully. The number I called was 1-855-432-0727. The operator will give you options for the right department. Pick #3. They will gladly help you. Hope this helps for other's.

I had unwittingly ordered "Safecart" earlier today, but have since changed my mind. My husband said he didn't want, or need it. I have called twice, and keep getting sent to a website www.wice.com to cancel. I have tried everything on that site, but can't find a way to cancel. This seems a little fishy to us. I ordered this through PayPal, and will be opening up a complaint against this company. I don't see why they just can't cancel my account right on the phone. We are ticked.

I mistakenly agreed to buy a registry cleaner product for two years at $9.95 thinking it was a renewal of our old registry cleaner. Before "activating" the purchase I realised my mistake and rang to cancel the subscription. My credit card has been charged $47.70 for some reason. I spoke to a man who said that I needed to go to www.rwice.com and fill out some details on a form to cancel my subscription. There does not appear to be any form or way to cancel. I am seriously unhappy!

I was unable to download the drivers that they claimed they found. I paid 49.95. spoke with a technician and she told me to fill out paperwork for refund at www.rwice.com.....There is NO FORM TO FILL OUT. These people are thieves. I want my money back

I can't believe this, I remembered downloading this free program and didn't like it and deleted the program. I seen this last night an it seem so great, yeah right! First it read that I had 3 drivers that were bad, one was dated 2006. Purchased my pc last year.? Long story short, this am I couldn't get on the internet, after trouble shooting with Comcast I'm back on line. The page read 39.95 and 10.00 will be taken off at end of sale. I called my credit union the next morning and Safecart.com was drawing 49.95 from my account. Julia assured me that it would take 2 to 3 business days to get funds back on my Visa debit. My credit union has started a claim to get my money back, hopefully it will be given back. When I check my pc there has been 52 programs downloaded. Yikes! I'll be notifying the BBB.

Sometime back I subscribed for Driver Update. Today a new Email led me to believed I needed to add to my existing subscription. One of your representatives has advised me that I have simply duplicated my subscription! Could you please refund my payment $59.45AUD paid by AMEX card today. Would you also confirm that you have taken this action. Many thanks for your assistance!

I would like my money refunded as I downloaded this and now have a virus. I have no volume and it is so slow. It keeps freezing up.

I purchased this Driver Update & Fix Cleaner for my computer because I was getting messages stating that my drivers were outdated. At the same time that this happened I was unable to use my printer. So I purchased this and received telephone support and then was told that I could finish everything(downloading) and it would all be fixed in ten minutes. An hour later it still was not downloaded so I called back. They told me that I originally talked with a new employee who didn't realize that in some cases it takes hours not ten minutes. So I was told to give it more time, which I did and after more time(hours) I went to bed around 12:00. In the morning it still was not finished and now I had messages stating that I was going to replace a driver with an older version of the driver I already had. There were some other indications that things were more messed up in the morning than before. So I called 1-888-986-8408 asked for a refund then was asked why etc., given a run around at which point I asked to speak with a superviser who spoke very softly and said that I needed to apply to this website .www.rwice.com well that did no good at all, as it had nothing to do with safecart -which was the company who processed my credit card. Then I contacted them and told to find out the merchant etc. etc.etc. At this point I will call my credit card company to dispute the charge. The most difficult part of this is the terrible experience of feeling frustrated,vulnerable,taken advantage of and patronized. Add to this time and money lost. I had to hire a computer expert to fix my computer which was given malware and viruses by the company which took my money and was supposed to update all my outdated drivers(18). It is best to hire an expert( when you find one), who shows up in person and straightens out your computer , drivers etc. even if it costs a little more than the quick fixes that are shamming on these pop ups which show up on your computer. I hired someone who was recommended to me years ago but I lost his card so that is why I just went with the popup people. I was desperate.

I was having trouble with computer; noticed ad and signed up for program at a cost of $10 (what I thought). I was billed $49.87 and upon setting up program the Rep told me all the problems showing on my computer and I needed additional coverage - tech action. I stated I didn't not want this program and to cancel the program immediately. I was told to contact "rwice.com" and request a refund. I'm thoroughly upset!
