missing order

Made the order on 25/11/2014 and it was apparently despatched on 28/11/2014
The items are high value and have never arrived. I spoke to customer services who said they would ring back but no call. Three emails, three voice messages but no further forward.
The customer services never pick up the phone
It is disgusting as I fear I will not get my money back although I will sue for full replacement value if need to buy on high street

Order cancelled After 1 month of Hassle

I ordered a pair of shoes for very good value but then the problems started!
(1) I received and e-mail stating that my order would be delayed by about a week as they had not received the shoes from their supplier.
(2) After waiting for about 2 weeks after the new dispatch date and receiving an e-mail saying my order had been sent I queried the customer service about the status, they said it had been sent and gave me a tracker number for DPD.
(3) I contacted DPD and they had never received the shoes and to contact secretsales again
(4) Secret sales replied saying they had investigate the situation and it looked as though their carriers Hermes (more on them later) had lost it in transit.
(5) The outcome was they no longer had the shoes available and gave me a refund.

The outcome was not satisfactory they did not compensate me for my trouble, sure they refunded me the money but other websites that I have had minor problems with have for instance given me a discount of my next order in order to keep me as a customer.I also feel the apology for the problems was not very sincere. I will not order from secretsales again,

Also how did they not know when I originally queried them that my order was lost they did not investigate it fully.

Finally I have heard many complaints about their carrier "Hermes" just tonight I was watching Watchdog on BBC1 and they had a whole section discussing this company, so maybe secretsales should use a different carrier.

Secret sales

I ordered some ANDREA CONTI boots which were Fake... The labels were stuck on, I waited 2 months for these to arrive as they said They were from Italy.. When they arrived they looked worn the dye from the suede was running into the rubber sole.
The fake sticker was so easy to remove and had a different name underneath.
Quite shocking!!! And I am pretty sure that there are many more FAKE PRODUCTS being sold by this company.
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM SECRET SALES AGAIN.
The audacity of it.
I EMAILED THEM TODAY AND THEY ARE APPARENTLY INVESTIGATING,askin for pictures of the product that they sent to me.
How do they continue to SCAM People like this.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Online Review for SECRETSALES. They TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER delivered the shoes AND BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT

I can't describe how DISGUSTED I am with SecretSales http://www.secretsales.com/

Almost ONE MONTH AGO, I purchased shoes from http://www.secretsales.com/ for the first time ever and NEVER GOT THEM!

I called their Customer Service Department TWICE and both times they PROMISED ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WITH SOME NEWS ABOUT THE DELIVERY "ISSUE"... THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK...

After 4 days, I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know I was disgusted with their service and I wanted my shoes or my money back... ALL I GOT was an auto-reply e-mail saying the following:

Thank you for contacting Secretsales.com. We have received your e-mail and our Customer Service team will be responding to you as soon as possible.
(.......)
We hope this is helpful and again, thank you for contacting us. We’ll be getting back to you as soon as possible.

and GUESS WHAT!!!! They DIDN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO "CONTACT ME BACK".......So TODAY, I decided to go on my SecretSales account in order to check the Order Status.... and GUESS WHAT!! THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!!!!... I tried to get another password by clicking on "forgot my password" and then I got the message of "that e-mail address is not registered with SecretSales"... NO DOUBT THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME! So:

1) SecretSales TOOK MY MONEY
2) SecretSales DIDN'T DELIVER MY SHOES
3) SecretSales COMPLETELY IGNORED ME
4) SecretSales BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT
5) SecretSales SCREWED ME OVER BIG TIME!!!!

After I found out I wasn't event able to log in, I called CUSTOMER SERVICES for the THIRD time. Spoke with a girl called Andrea, who wouldn't even put me through the Manager. All she could offer was a REFOUND. They think that is enough to solve an issue like this!

SecretSales NOT ONLY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T DELIVERED THE SHOES, BUT ALSO WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME!... And they still believe that re-founding the money is ENOUGH?

At this point I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!

I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW SECRETSALES IS A SCAM!

Cobra Golf Irons

I really would be careful when ordering from this company and would definitely not use again based on my recent experience.

In June I ordered what I thought would be a full set of Cobra AMP Irons for a very good price of £99 especially good as the advertised RRP on SecretSales stated £450 big saving for what is a good set of clubs.

Delivery was reasonable and my delivery arrived within 3 weeks however rather than the full set of Cobra Irons that I expected I received one club a 4 iron, I assumed there must have been a mistake so called there customer service to tell them what had happened, the response was that the one club is all that I should have received. (anyone who plays golf and reads this will appreciate that a single iron is the equivalent of ordering shoes and getting just one, completely useless).

I have since gone through a month long battle, they have consistently accepted no responsibilities and maintained that what was delivered was correct and finally as compensation offered either a 25% discount which would result in paying £75 for a 4 iron or credit to use on future purchases. anyone that does read this would probably feel that someone who has been treated like this would not be keen to purchase anything else via said company so credits really would not be an acceptable settlement.

Still there is unfortunately no conclusion to this so once again I advise anyone who is considering buying something from SecretSales to be careful and expect problems and a likely con.

Very unpleasant first and last time dealing. Will be closing and cancelling account. After placing order, contacted by sales agent on a Friday end of work day while travelling to be told that I needed to give proof of voucher code and evidence (physically not possible I believe!) of voucher code used for discounted price (even though this has been processed online and my payments and transaction went through). Never had this experience in my entire retail life. This was proceeded with my order being cancelled on the spot. unprofessional. I suspect they just manage to over sell than what they really have!

fake products

Hi, I bought a silvio tossi handbag and it seems to be fake.. I only realized when my brother and mother made a comment on it. Also I had bought my boyfriend some ralph laurent boxers and they don't seem genuine either.
I regret to say that I cannot trust this company anymore and I do not intend to huy from them again.

SECRET SALES PARKS CANDLES

I placed an order for Parks Candles back in October 2013 - nice and early to avoid any Christmas rush. I subsequently received an e-mail to advise that there had been a delay to the order and then it went quiet....I e-mailed the Customer Services department and was assured that I would receive my order by 14 December 2013. On the 12th December I decided to give Secret Sales a call - I was told that the order wasn't due on 14th December but that I would receive befor Christmas. I appealed to he better nature of the Secret Sales Customer Services Department to provide me with a realistic timescale, reminding them that these were christmas presents for my mother in law, sister in law and aunt - all of who I will be seeing on Christmas day. I was then assured that a delivery of Parks candles was due on 16 December so I rang Customer Services on the moringin of 16 December and was advised that the order hadn't come in yet but was due that day and that I would receive the order before christmas. Based on my experience to date, I thought it best to ring Customer Services in the afternoon of 16 December, I rang on redial for 1 hour but couldn't get through. I e-mailed the department and got no reply. I posted three messages to the Secret Sales Facebook page and received no replyt. So today I thought I would give them one last chance and range Customer Services for a make or break call and to my absolute shock the Customer Services department are not available today as they are all on training. Really?!! Training for a whole day so close to Christmas?! I think not. I am so angry and fed up, I have wasted endless hours pursuing this order and am still none the wiser as to whether I will receive in time for Christmas, is at all. I feel like crying. DO NOT USE SECRET SALES

Secret Sales - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered some boxers for my partner for Christmas, they came in the post completely battered and falling to peices... i have emailed them about 6 times now (with PHOTOS) and had very limited and unhelpful replies....and STILL not had any resolution! They promised me in the first email i would receive a free P&P to return my items (this was well over a month ago) and i still dont have it.... I also said if they had ones which were of better quality could they send me them as a replacement (or a goodwill gesture for this inconveniance) But still NOTHING.
Advisor was unhelpful, unclear and is yet to resolve this...
NEVER shopping with them again!
Have ALSO read reviews they have sent out FAKE products, and are not genuine. The Versace boxers i received i mus admit are not of good quality....

Missing Order

I placed an order with secretsales all the way from nigeria (2 balenciaga laptop bags). The items were supposed to be delivered at an address in the UK. after waiting 8 weeks for the product to be delivered, it was eventually delivered but unfortunately, there was no one at the address at that time to take the order. the courier left a note saying the order was delivered at the shed. which shed?!, cos there's none at the compound. I wrote secrectsales.com twice and also called twice, requesting to know excatly where the order was left, if it could be re-delivered or where to pick it up from. no tangible response, only that they would reach the person in the UK whom the order was supposed to be delivered to via phone. they haven't done that and it's been 3 months since i placed the order! have I lost the money or what? cos they seem not to care so long as they have debited my card!!
