Missing Arsenal vs Chelsea tonight... Extremely disappointed and frustrated. The only reason I have DSTV is so I can watch sports... and now I can't.

Please reconsider adding the league cup next season.

I am truly battling to understand why the Carabao Cup isnt televised.
I am not the first one to ask and no answers given, Semi finals to the cup start on tuesday please respond, its my right as a customer to be kept in the loop.

Why cant you televise world Snooker championships, there is a major final at the moment with Ronnie o Sullivan amd we get nothing. Comon guys you charge us enough!!!

It is for some time that I have been frustrated about the information on Supersport's information facility (by pressing "OK" twice).

For example Cricket fixtures or results are so wishy-washy. It gives you dates and who is playing, but does not mention T20, ODI or Test. This is vital information and not to be seen as privileged.

The Sevens rugby tournament in Dubai this weekend, the Cup Trophy quarter final no.2 is being played as I type this mail. Yet the Quarter final no.4 still does not show who is playing. These fixtures were known yesterday already, yet Supersport seems to drag heels on this important info.The 4 pools in which the teams play and rankings, do not even feature in the Info facility this year.


This very info facility has published so many mistakes with logs, even scores and wins.

I really wish you could focus on these issues as I believe there are many guys like me, serious about sport, who would like to get an objective view without doubting the data or guessing who is playing in the next fixtures.

For the first time in more than a decade, the heavyweight division in boxing has some superstar boxers namely, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder. To my displeasure, for paying a lot of money to have supersport channels on my DSTV decoder, supersport did not broadcast Joshua's fight this weekend and on the TV guide I also do not see that Wilder's fight will be broadcast this coming weekend. I dont understand this as supersport is supposed to be the channel of champions. As a paying customer I am dissapointed in the lack of heavyweight boxing title fights being broadcast.

Please supersport on action attraction show us only games which are going to play live because we are getting confused now we sometimes don't no which of the game's is or a repeat.If we want to see all the other things they are there on tv guide.The other thing teams like Manchester United,Arsenal,Liverpool,Chelsea and Manchester City they have a massive support all over Africa.When they play on champions league can you please televise them on Dstv compact and compact plus because most of us soccer fans we are financialy poor we don't afford Dstv premium.Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.50951

It is an utter shame that supersport cannot broadcast a cup from the most important franchise of supersport (english premier league) yet they will show la liga and copa del rey who doesnt even bring in as many ratings. We should all ditch dstv and invest in good quality internet and stream the games we are being deprived of. Then went on to say that we arent that lucky because we do not have rugby league in South Africa.

I am a current member of the South African rugby League team and i can assure you that Rugby league does exist in SA. The South African rugby league team tours to Thailand in November to play in a "Gathering of the Nations" tournament involving, Thailand, Hungary, Philippines and South Africa.

SARU does not want to recognize rugby league in South Africa, this is why it is small in SA and not heard of by many people.

I find it hard to believe that we are "losing the Rights" to show certain football tournaments, tournaments that have been shown in the past. It's a pity the volume of content doesn't increase as much as the subscription amount does every year. Supersport, please shed some light on the subject for us. In particular how can we lose rights to the English league cup all of a sudden after all these years. I doubt it is the most expensive or difficult rights to get hold of, yet you spend unnecessarily on things that have no effect on us the subscriber. Please justify and make me understand.

Can't believe that supersport does not have the rights to the English league cup matches. Very disappointing, considering the high premiums we pay for our dstv subscription. Perhaps you should spend less of that money on the elaborate sets for pre and post UCL matches and the high appearance fees of ur international presenters and more on securing the rights to football , that ur subscribers want to watch. That's what's important after All the football, not the nonsense before and after.

You claim to show and televise every game of the Barclays Premier Leauge . You are downright lying and i feel this is blatant false adverstising. Im a West Ham United supporter and yesterday on the 16/09/17 we played West Brom at 16:00 and you did not televise it on any of the supersport channels. Yet you had the Liverpool vs Burnley game airing on two channels ?!? ( SS3 and SSmax) . I am extremely angered by this and plan to follow up on this because you are lying to your viewers . I better not miss one more game of my team otherwise i plan to take legal action for false advertising. Pick your act up sharp

Can someone please tell Brett Procter to tone it down its so unpleasant to sit through his commentary stint. Its like he's commentating for the brind. Yes Brett we can see whats happening. Thank goodness he does not commentate international cricket.

Grew up with rugby running in the family.Spent weekend with the family watching rugby.For me it is a salvation in this country as it is the only thing to be still proud of in this broken country.Unfortunately because of our own commentators verbally abusing our own players and discrediting them no matter what they do I will no longer support sport in this country.It's disgusting to hear every weekend how poor someone is or that a player should be cited or don't belong there.I can finally understand why people choose to support NZ instead of SA.I wish the Boks all the best for the future but I will no longer watch the games with commentators like this or the people on the panel with match build up.

Why do we have Joel as a commentator for any of our South African rugby. He never motivates our teams but beings them down. He is shocking...

One would expect that your broadcasters would take the trouble to correctly pronounce the surnames of the SA players at least. I misss the old TV days when one could listen to the professional SABC Afrikaans broadcasters. Fred Zeilinga's name is pronounced in Afrikaans as it is written.... not Zeelinkha

I miss the beginning days of TV when one could listen to the commentators on the SABC Afrikaans service. Your Supersport Afrikaans commentators have not improved any since then. It is irritating that the clowns who broadcast the Boks A team game against the French Barbarians did nt bother to check hoe the names of players in the Bok team are pronounced. Just tell them that that kind of sloppiness seems to be reflected in the whole broadcast. Why anglify Fred Zeilinga's name is beyond me. It is pronounced in Afrikaans as it is written not Zeelinka

It is worrisome that SuperSport Channels no longer broadcast FIVB Volleyball indoor games. We last had the broadcasts during the Olympics. Some of us we subscribe Premium bouquet hoping for the best but nothing materializes. Volleyball is a 5th-10th ranked sport in the world based on fan popularity index which is 900million+ and other criteria.
