NEVER RECEIVED

ON 6/13/16 I RESPONDED TO THE AD ON TV FOR THE BELL AND HOWELL "TAC LIGHT", A "POWERFUL FLASHLIGHT".

I ORDERED 2 FOR A TOTAL OF $29.99.

I HAVE CALLED THE SUPPOSED CUSTOMER SERVICE # WITHOUT ANY RESULTS. A RECORDED MESSAGE SAYS TO LEAVE YOUR NUMBER. I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE TWICE. NO CALL BACK.

I HAVE EMAILED THEM. NO RESPONSE.

APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVING IT'S CUSTOMERS!
