The change of channel 271 was a horrible idea! What the heck is viceland anyways? Whoever decided on it should be FIRED. Nobody likes the change to viceland so Why should viewers suffer for this problem? Please change it back to H2. Why would they take away something educational for crap? Please change back ASAP! People obviously don't like it and I hope more and more people let them know.. Maybe there can be a petition to bring back H2, and against viceland.. Down with viceland!!!

Yes, I admit that H2 had a lot of stupid programming, but at least it occasionally had actual History, and that;s a whole lot more than I can say for "The History Channel" which you might as well rename the American Pickers and Pawn Stars Channel. the only thing on that is reality TV. So you replaces a channel that had a mix of factual / entertaining history, with the less than so alternative stuff (ancient aliens ect) with this counter culture crap, appealing to people who only get their cable from their parents??

Why get rid of H2 to replace it with viceland???? Just add Viceland to the other hundred or more channels on tv. The H2 viewer has nothing in comon with Viceland veiwer. What a giant mistake. Bunch of retards in suits making asswipe decisions, ugh!!!! Viceland will fail in 2 months, mark my words.

You had a loyal following with h2 if you wanted to add a new channel you should have just done it without getting rid of h2 I will be seriously considering whether I want to continue to support history channel and its affiliate channels in the future because who knows what you'll get rid of next obviously you have an absolute lunatic running the company

I am also angry over losing one of my favorite channels. At least I still have the Discovery related channels to watch. As well as Nat Geo, PBS, and Smithsonian channels. But when it comes to wanting to see programs about history. I turn to the History Channel. Most preferably H2 because it had all the shows that I had like to watch. I don't care much for the reality type shows that the main History channel shows anymore. H2 always had something worth watching like Hangar 1 and Ancient Aliens. Thankfully I got most of the Ancient Aliens episodes on my Kindle Fire hd. Viceland is one channel I am won't be watching not ever. I want to see educational type shows. Not stupid looking shows that this Viceland will be showing. I don't see anything educational about those shows. I am another one that I seriously hope the channel fails. Because I do not watch garbage.

It's a shame that H2 is turning to another channel airing documentaries about pot and world food and Gay pride. I'm all for these channels if 1% of people want to watch them but what about the 99% of people who want to watch something worth a hell of a lot more substance. Everything in this life is gearing towards millennials, the fabulous generation with no morals, no education, and no concept of what life is about with out an iPhone.

I am beyond angry that H2 is being taken off the air for another version of MTV basically. I know not everyone agrees, but I love all of the programming on H2. It is the only channel I really like. Since you insist on changing it, can you at least make it easier to the the app(add more providers), or make the History Vault available to everyone for a fee(instead of just on Roku)? When the new channel's ratings are worse than you think H2's are now you'll see what a mistake you made!

Why do you have to change H2 into viceland? It looks stupider than most of the stuff you guys have on H2, every once you have history on H2, mostly I don't watch H2 because the shows are those boring reality shows where you don't really have to pay anybody. So it costs you nothing to have a bunch a narcissistic people who want to show off. So now you are going to make it worse by putting on some channel that makes no sense, the commercials make it look like something a 15 year old boy would like if he was high. But really I know that only people with a 15 year old boy who is high is the only one that counts.

I am at a loss for words because I am so disgusted at whoever selects the programming for the History Channel. I have no clue what Counting Cars has to do with history... Absolutely nothing all those restore shows belong on another channel. I puke in my mouth every time I see television time waisted by showing these shows. Whom ever selects the shoes for the season needs a pay cut or stop selecting the shows by dropping them in a hat and choosing them. MTV has nothing to do with music; National Geographic depicts border security exclusively; seven different sports channels all cover the same game and History shows nothing but unrealistic, non-historic, farcical schlock most of which was filmed ten or more years ago and is being aired for the 75th time. Why do we pay our cable bill again? Might as well be 300 channels of 24 hr advertising so that cable and satellite providers can suck in the money from both ends without the terrible bother of supplying ANY KIND OF PRODUCT AT ALL!!!

They just mixed the Bermuda triangle theories with Aliens and Back to the Future with the movie Kujo, LOL. I must say I did get a big fat laugh out of this when I found out it was not real after doing google searches.
