Line very very worst

Hello U Mobile team, i just want to complain about my internet line is sooo worst. Really disappointed. The bar show 4G and 3G but no use at all its worst than E. Every time im using my WhatsApp i have to turn off and on the data then only each and every message will be sent. Im a good pay master for your bills but no use . If i call and follow up with your customer service they said yes the line at your place is problem and we try to solve it. I think so this problem since one month but until now no any improvement. Please do something to this problem. *My place is Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor post code 42500* . If the line still same im sure will change my network to any other better one 😡

U mobile service line so ### slow.

I really disappointed U mobile service line this year. I am one of theirs loyal customer for about 7 years. I do support their promotion and even package. 1 year ago i brought an iphone 6 just only pay RM399 and need to subscribe at least P79. Previously i am a user of P79. On that time their service was really impress. But this year my phone line working like SHIT! I am really stress when i surf online and play game. Even worse when i open you tube. All my fov channel i subscribe to see them working like HELL. Even its running like ### slow i need to take sometime pause the video and then play again and repeat. What a waste of time. What a waste of money. Every time i look on my iphone i feel like wanna to throw away. You bind me 24 month postpaid package plan with iphone and year this is services you provide really make me angry. I’m really not satisfied with this line services. ### YOU! All our money pay u to provide good services to us! U all really give me a BIG PROBLEM. I really wish that i never meet U Mobile ever n forever.

Slow Interner Speed

So, I checked the coverage map saying my area has good coverage (Jalan Nuri, Sibu, Sarawak), unfortunately once I bought umobile and its internet plan, the line is only H+ 2 to 3 bars, and that's hella slow. Am I being scammed or what? :3

No connection in Bunut susu,pasir mas kelantan area

No coverage in Bunut susu,pasir mas kelantan area.
Please do something.This problem happens almost 1 month..
I cannot call my mom..
Please help because all my family members use Umobile.
When they go outside from bunut susu,the coverage was fine.
Please check again.I miss my mother voice alot!!!!

Unfair expiry date

Helo Pihak Umobile, Saye punyer GX30 unlimited power plan dah expired hari nie, pastu saye try la service terbaru dari korang yang kononnye akan charge rm 1 untuk activekan balik prepared line aku sampai esok, pastu try pakai data x leh sangat pon, so aku topup la rm 30 balik untuk subscribe balik GX30 UPP tpi yang saye tk puas hati adalah Kenape plak Prepaid line aku hanye active sampai 12 disember?

Bulan2 yng lalu aku topup Dan subscribe data x de pon macam sekarang nie, Pelik aku...dan Unlimited power plan GX30 nie Patutnyer tamat pada tarikh yang same macam sekarang nie pada tahun depan, tpi Kenape plak hanye sampai 1 January 2019? Tolong la umobile kasih fixkan bende nie, Aku rase rugi tol rm 30 aku belanjekan ari nie :-;

Line umobile are so horrible

Hi i am internet access client umobile. I feel very disappointed because I had subscribed to unlimited internet plan where the amount of payment is about RM 1 ** but with line in at my living area causes the internet to be useless. Sometimes it seems to have no internet connection. umobile should focus on this matter. This is because my place of residence has a large population density and is close to the industrial area. Thank you. Finally I hope you can upgrade the internet facility in this area.

Line Very Week at Politeknik Azlan Shah

I using pospaid plan unlimited data, and i cannot use my data because their is no line internet in politeknik azlan shah, i am a staff and working here.. pliss fix ur connection here .. if not i will like to terminate your service ..please

Dear Sir,
I would like to change my U Mobile to another network service provider. However, the application is still pending without any justification. I would like to remind you that the failure on your part (i.e. to deal reasonably with consumer) is a serious breach of Section 188(1)(a) of the CMA 1998 (Act 588).

Thus, I would like to seek your fast action in remedying the above issue.

coverage

hai, i am u mobile user, i choose unlimited postpaid plan. i used at my college uitm perak and also at my house at pasir mas, kelantan. The line coverage was very slow and no service. please, improve your coverage! thank you!

Poor connection at behrang and tanjung malim

At behrang especially politeknik sultan azlan shah the connection is very weak and at tanjung malim (taman intan setia), the connection is unstable and often no service. Sonplz fix this or i will switch to celcom or digi

Bad Internet Connection

Hi umobile. My place at Jalan 1 Taman Kajang Mewah, Sg. Chua, 43000 Kajang had a bad internet connection since 2015. Mostly H+ with below full bar and rarely to get 4G. I hope you can fix this ASAP.

Bad Coverage

Hey, I want to make a complaint. My house at Jalan 1 Taman Kajang Mewah, Sg. Chua, 43000 Kajang. I'm a U Mobile users since 2015 wants to make complaint about coverage at my area's place. It was bad. Sometimes the internet was very slow at the moment and then it became normal but rarely to get 4G. I hope U Mobile can take actions about this and fix this problem as soon as possible. :(

Bad coverage

Please upgrade your Data Coverage on my area . I spend the P99 unlimited but not very sastified with the services . On my Mobile signal there is 4G+ but its still slow ... Unlimited but still capped the speed wtf

International Call Complaint

Whenever I make an international call to India, the network gets diverted to some other line and calls get connected to the opposite person with some unknown phone number instead of my number. This issue I'm facing from the time I took U Mobile connection, if this issue continues then I would change the service. Kindly help to solve this problem

Bad Coverage

Hi.. since 2014 umobile coverage in my place (taman seri impian, fasa 7, kluang) was very bad.. please do something.. its almost 4 years.. and we are in 2018 where internet its very important.. please, again.. dont hurt your loyal customer like this..

Line too slow

U Mobile line in Pauh,Perlis was very slow nowadays. In past it was ok but nowadays it's quite slow to surfe internet which has only 2 or 3 bar line with no 4G. Please fix it and tell me what's the problem. Thank you.

It's hurt when i want use emergency call or what ever....i have problem...i have plan UMI but it like i don't subscribe...just say 4G but just like 3G.. selalu tiada line

Masalah talian post paid u mobile yang selalu tiada line..tolong atasi masalah ini segera kerana menghadapi masalah untuk berhubung dengan client. urusniaga perniagaan terganggu dan mengalami kesulitan sekiranya ada emergency keluarga....masalah amat2 mengecewakan..atasi segera.

Staff sangat2 kurang ajar, berkerja sebagai customer services sepatut tahu cara2 nak bercakap dengan pelanggan.Tolong beri tunjuk ajar yang sewajarnya untuk staff yang macam ni agar tidak berlaku kurang ajar pada pelanggan lain..Terima kasih

Bayar mahal-mahal line slow

Bayar mahal monthly RM90 tapi line tengah town pon 3G tuu pon 2 bar jaa apa ni...klo drop jdi 1 bar nk buat bnda apa klo line dh mcm tuu nk send whatsapp pon kena tnggu haishhhh tk berbaloi langsunggg!!!!
U should fix all this thing before yours customer change to other telco thank you!!!!
