NO final payment - 12 sms received

Good day

I went go to the Skinner street branch on 15 October to sign and hand in my last claim form for my UIF.
I received a sms on 19 October 17:07 Request for Payment received – payment is 7 – 10 working days
I received a sms on 22 October 09:05 Request for Payment received – payment is 7 – 10 working days
I received a sms on 26 October 16:03 Request for Payment outstanding
I received a sms on 29 October 16:02 Request for Payment outstanding
I received a sms on 2 November 16:02 Request for Payment outstanding
I received a sms on 5 November 16:03 Request for Payment outstanding
I received a sms on 9 November 16:02 Request for Payment outstanding

I went BACK to SKINNER street on 17 November I signed a NEW claim form and hand it in
I received a sms on 17 November 09:47 Request for Payment received – payment is 7 – 10 working days
I received a sms on 23 November 16:03 Request for Payment outstanding

What is going on…..I have gone there and hand in my signed form TWICE…..and the sms does not stop. AND NO Payment.

Please help me

payout of Illness benifets

I was in a car accident, i did not get full pay and then my employee sent the rest UIF need to pay out. I did submit all the paper in March and i had to collect the money in April. When i when in April they confirm that my staff was not approved as yet. I when to the UIF office about 10 to 12 time and still today it is not sorted. I am not getting and feedback. I when to the UIF office again last week the 01/09/2015, the guy the help me said that it will be sorted by the 04/09/2015. Today i am still waiting for feedback. I do not have energy to go back to UIF as the staff is not helpful and do not stay by their word. There were already 4 people that assist me and still no joy. Please help to sorted out my staff

UIF remains unpaid

Hi, ive been on maternity leave for 4 months, I have submitted my documents and all were in order. im now after 4 full months maternity leave back at work and still no payment received from them. they do not care if we have expenses to be paid. having a new baby and all this stress is not fair to a new mom

Extreme delay in payment

My name is Susan Kuiper I lost my job on the 02/02/2015, I applied for UIF in March and got my first payment in March and I was only paid from the date of application and not from the date I was unemployed. The second payment I signed for on time I was not paid as per the 14 day period including public holidays and I had to go back the excuse was that my payment might be sitting with someone who is on leave, they paid me five days later on the 15th May. It is now the 7th of July I had to go back again last week as I hadn't been paid, I was told my form hadn't even been scanned and another form will be submitted and I should receive payment in a week. I still haven't been paid . The call centre is never operational, the head office number is forwarded to the call centre which is not operational. I am relying on my UIF right now, I cant pay my rent or any of my financial responsibilities, and I cant give people the UIF excuses cause they don't care, I'm going to be credit listed, I might loose my home because I'm late with rent every month. How would the UIF staff feel if they were paid their salaries a month late and there was no where to go to get help. Is their another situation with fraud with the labour department again, will I have to start going to news channels to try get my UIF paid.

unemployment fund

I have applied for uif about two months ago they requested my salary schedule and I emailed it to them I have still not recived any funds I have bills to pay and work is difficult to get please please assists as getting through to the uif offices is difficult and even when I phone them they tell me that they will phone me back but never does .....

Uif payment

If been retrench in Desember 2014 and did all my paper work online. ife regeserd for ufilling and went throu all the systems. On my ufilling account it is state PAYMENT DONE on 2015-03-18 but didnot receive n cent from them. After a lot of calls they only tel me to resend the paper work and nothing is beeing done. What must be done for this people to contact you via email and tell you what is going on.

waiting 3 months for payment!!!!

I applied for uif November 2014 when I went on maternity leave. All my documents was submitted online and the claim was approved. But now 3 months later I still did not receive any payments. No one at the call centre can seem to tell me why this is so. My status online just says sent to paymaster since 2nd January 2015. I've been contributing to uif for 11 years now and is only the second time I'm claiming. This is extremely frustrating because I can't pay my bills or contribute to food of milk for my children. How can the government employ such incompetent people that can't even speak proper English. Once again this government let me down! Y do I even bother to vote!!!!?

uif still not paid

I applied over 6 months for uif first at ufiling and submitted all my docs then after 1 month when I called the call centre they said I must just wait, a week later when I called an agent told me that the u19 form was not received so I resubmitted to them. after 2 months up and down phone calls to the call centre they said I must go and reapply at the Marlboro branch, I did so in December 2014 and was told after 10 working days I would get paid, now its the 12th Jan 2015 and I called the uif again only to have them tell me that mu u19 form shows on the ufiling on the 5th Jan 2015 but it needs to go to the eds department for them to be captured so I can get paid out. almost waiting 6 months now and still not one pay out is really ridiculous, as I have submitted these documents 6 times my self and 2 times my previous employer also emailed it direct.

please can I get paid out now as I just submitted the documents again now and really need that money to survive.

UIF REFUSAL TO PROCESS AND ASSIST!!!

My name is Jeanine Meese ID 6808170113088, I was retrenched end August and submitted claims online..no one bothered to contact me. In Oct saw rejected, called call centre..Anyway long story short (I have ALL email trails if you would like me to send to you! Call centre said UI19 not recieved from prior company and gave me few other companies worked at didnt terminate me. I gave reasons for this eg no longer records as nearly decade ago, one company didnt know employed by etc. Got affidavit as was told to me and recorded, I have exact dates and times! Told to email webmaster! Have been following up after months of non-response, get one today to just say must call call centre. I called them yesterday and was told to submit to vosupport as online, then get message they dont deal with it. After months of trying to escalate called call centre and spoke to supervisor. He said affidavit not acceptable and unless companies provide UI19 I wont get paid according to years worked! I eventually googled these employment places have asked them to try get hold of their archives etc. Problem is most are on leave for the month!
It is despicable that after paying uif for 22 years, I get treated like this. Noone knows what they are saying at call cente, all different advise and then each rejects the other advise -ALL RECORDED!! Webmaster took more than months to respond then just says contact call centre claim not authorsied yet. WHO can this matter be escalated too!! Why do we have to suffer undue hardships, especially companies bought over etc...I am sole breadwinner and have a minor to support!!!! Surely these matters can be escalated when no one knows!! Surely its just human rights and common decency to let us know if something rejected or not been attended to..Something is very wrong..I have spent a fortune in cellphone calls as have to wait more than 15 minutes just for an answer and then get fed rubbish!! I have no income!!!!
The most recent call centee supervisor, who has a different requirement now was ended at 12h05 to the callcentre ufiling number
Please can this matter now be put to rest!and my claim paid !! I have contacted all companies and cc uif, after todays "new" requirement!!!!!!!
I have all the files ready to attach for you, affidavit, all correspondence, however, it wants jpg etc which I cannot convert to

Enquire - unpaid uif benefits

Could you please assist me regarding my uif claim.
I signed on the 11th of October, and up to date I haven't received any money yet.
I did enquire at the Brakpan branch aswell as with the employer about the outstanding declaration.
They assured me that it was all sorted out and they are awaiting response from Germiston.
My next signing date is on the 27th of November.
Each time a enquire about the matter, there answer is that they are waiting for Germiston. I do realize that you have a lot of claims to submit, but this is over 2 months outstanding.

NO payment

I submitted a claim on the 10th of July 2014, I was only informed on the 1/09/2014 that 1 document was incorrect after I faxed it to Godfrey's (consultant) personal fax no. I called numerous times to check he received the fax only to be told that I must wait for him to come back from leave. Finally I spoke to Madelein who was helpful for some time but isn't attending to my emails anymore. I re-submitted everything but I'm still not paid. I'm on maternity leave, broke and feel so frustrated and angry at the service that I'm getting from them.

non payment

Uif has not payed me now for the 4 month and nobody seems to be in a helpfull mood.This is our hard earned cash and we cannot claim it cause someone already got payed a salary with it for NOT giving the SA Citizens any service.
