This company is in another country, they are not bound by our laws. Only thing to do is to block them.

They call me all the time and I argue with them to stop calling and we get into a name calling issue. Yesterday I was nice to them and told them I would never buy anything from them so quite waist my time and their own time and quite calling and the guy said F... off Sand Nig.. I told him your so stupid you don't even know what one is I am not a Arab. I told him your a Indian But F... so go F... your neighbour you piece of garbage and he finally hung up. Today I just got from them and for a supervisor and they just put me on dead air usually they just hang up on me. I am on a do not call list but they call every day. I have not ordered Viagra for over 6 or 7 years and the first time I ordered it they called me ever since then. I have never ordered anything from these idiot what they did is bought my number from the the people I did order Viagra from. So my number just keeps getting sold to al those other Viagra selling web sites. You don't realize how much your number is worth to all the other web sites. Canadian Pharmacy is just as bad I may have got rid of them with the do not call list go on line it's easy to find then put your number in for do not call hopefully someone will get fined for calling.

What a bunch of scammers, they sell you discount drugs then they call you back the next day and tell you they can't fulfill your order and they want to refund you. They ask you to fill out a form on your computer to get the refund, while in your computer they ask you for specific information to get your account information which you don't want to give them that. They use a shared site and lock you out of your computer to try and retrieve your personal information, then when you get rid of them they have wiped your computer out so you can't use it anymore. These people are really sick and once your on to them they are also terribly nasty to say the least.

I suffer for years from this criminal group.
15-20 calls a day. When I say I am not a buyer or I don’t have any interest in buying they start by saying if I buy now they will take me off the list.
My asking why I have to be blackmailed into buying when I don’t need anything gets me f... you. And some say I only called because I want to f...you. And I will always call...

Repeated calls from US pharmacy even though I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. 90% of the time it is someone named "Mark" or so he says. I block a number and they just call from a different one. After being on the phone with these idiots for approx. 20 minutes, I found out that Herbal Planet is the official name of the company. The person I spoke to said that the callers use multiple various names when they call but the official billing name is Herbal Planet. He said they have an office in St Louis and another in New York but the main center is in India. I gave him a fake name in order to protect my identity and he gave me a fake confirmation number for an order he said I just placed. He claimed that he pulled up my order for 100 Viagra by my phone number but would need my credit card again because it didn’t go though the first time. He then went on to say that after I placed my order with him, I would receive another call within approx 15 minutes to confirm all of the information I provided to him to include my name, date of birth, address, and credit card information. After asking him to hold so that I could get my credit card, I made myself a sandwich and let my dog out then returned and advised him that I was just trying to waste as much of his time as I could so that he wasn’t able to scam some other poor soul. No goodbye or thank you......he just hung up. Oh well. For every time they call me throughout the day, I’m going to double the calls back to them and waste as much of their time as I can.

Again, these people are just harassers. They don't care if they sell you some fake pills, or you croak, etc., They just learn to speak better english practicing on us. Eventually, they then will move over here displacing someone's job here.

Put *67 in front off their number fore you call and they can’t see who’s calling them. They use fake caller ids, but this number they seem to have to keep. Let’s light it up and tell them how you feel about their business lan of harassment.

I have had all the same issues as all the others. Today 6 calls the last caller I told him he was the 61st for the week and his reply was good job keep counting motherfxxxer.
I have ask them nicely not to call. Demanded they not call. Referred them to my lawyer. Etc and they laugh aND still call back trying to sell fake pills. What a rip off.

Will not stop calling 100s or more harassing calls.
Finally call them back a hopefully they will get me on there do not call list. I ask them before many times before and it didn’t happen.

I have continued to get the harassing phone calls from this company several times a day. Ive even told them they have the wrong number but another number will call. I have blocked several of these phone numbers and I still get the calls. I am now calling them back 10 times a day trying to sell them my SnapOn Tool Box that I say was listed on e-bay. I tell them that this number called and left a message to buy my tool box. They still try and sell me medication and I tell them I have no money and that is why my tool box is for sale. I let them know that someone from their number called about my tool box. I am going to continue to do this several times today and tomorrow. I'm hoping they block my number and get it out of their system. I have tried every other way to get them to stop calling including telling them that every time they call they can pay my lawyer $1500 per call which is the law for harassing phone calls. That still did not work. I will continue to call them to sell them my tool box. Good luck everyone that is having the same issue. I do not want to change my number that I've have for 15 years. I got a call today from a stranger yelling at me and telling me to stop harassing her, she then hung up. I immediately called her back, wondering what in the world was going on. She said I worked for US Pharmacy and had been harassing her that very morning. I told her she called my cell number, that I had never seen her number before and had no idea who she was. I asked her what is going on, this poor woman seemed near the end of her rope. She said these people call her every day and harass her. I felt so bad! She called the exact number on her caller ID. So they are now hacking caller ID and putting any number in there so it looks "local" or like a legitimate call. I apologized to her that this is happening, but there is nothing I can do. I researched it, there is no way to stop them from changing your caller ID, and it never goes through my actual phone line so there is nothing I can do either. So, please, if you call these people back, consider that the numbers could be a lie and you might be calling an unrelated person. But I wish all of you the best of luck getting these crazies off your back!

I just called the 314-666-9790 number. I asked where they are located, he said Dubai. I asked why are they using a Missouri number. He told me that they have offices in Missouri. When I told him they do not, he said, "Die m-f, die,". Then hung up.

They do call constantly. I ask them where they are calling from. They can't tell you because they are out of the country. They are using magic jack which allows them to make up fake phone numbers.

It is harassment when you get ongoing unwanted phone calls from a company. I have asked them to stop calling me, but every time it is a different or blocked number. I asked them where they get my contact details from and they say it is on the data list of US Pharmacy. I also get at least 20 unwanted emails every day. This has to stop and has been going on for about 4 years. Why does this company have the right to harass us.

I expect a reply from US Pharmacy with an apology and to take me off their contact list.

I get calls everyday at least like 15 to 20 a day can u believe it and it can never stop. But as its said not everybody is bad, I had a conversation with this good agent named CLAUDE SPARKS and he made me understand that there is no possible ways the calls going be stopped and there is no such thing as Do Not Call list. So he gave me a good advice to change my number and never to share it with no online pharmacy. Its a good idea of prevention but the calls will never stop it can't be cured.

They call several times a day and curse at you, then hang up. I ask for phone numbers to call them back. Just got a call from Sam asking if I need pain medication or Viagra. Never ever used this company, and they refuse to stop harassing me. Everyone call Sam at 888-533-5887!

Because these people never stop calling (10-20 times a day), no matter how many times you beg or curse them not to.

I now have a new theory: They have no profit motive. They are subsidized by the Indian government so that their staff can learn to speak better english. This prepares these phone operators for better jobs, and maybe even to get to come to the US later (whoopee). So, whether you buy the product, curse them, beg them, calmly discuss with them, you are teaching them command of our language. The phone operator doesn't care, he just practices our language (and can curse you back better too).

It has to be as outlined above, as no real company could make a profit calling people who do not want to be called.

One strategy I enjoy trying is wasting their time because they waste so much of mine. I pretend that I want to order something. We spend some time talking then they hand it over to a manager who usually speaks better English to take the shipping information. I give them a fake street address. But when it comes to giving them a valid credit card, I stall, either pretending to be an imbecile or simply telling the manager that I want to waste as much of his time as possible because he daily wastes my time with his obnoxious phone calls.

I have caller ID and have Spectrum cable to. block all robo calls. if it rings more than once it's a legal call. Once , it's not. These callers at Pakastani/ A woman called once and I told her i couldn't use viagra or cialis, because I'd had a sex change operation. After a brief pause, she wanted to know if I need any PAIN PILLS. Off and on a call still gets thru but ID shows the area code which most of the time doesn't exist fhicks2
