purse harrassment

Hi, there is an issue that I would like to address with regards to my neighborhood Walgreen (1001 SW TOPEKA BLVD, Topeka, KS 66612) I have been shopping at this Walgreen for approximately 5 years, it is located very near to where I reside. Lately they began to ask me to leave my Book Bag, behind the counter, or if they feel by Purse is to big to be a purse, I am asked to leave it behind the counter. I feel that this is a very despicable practice, because everyone that comes into Walgreen is not a thief, and what are the cameras for if not for security; I am 60 years old and a Law student at Washburn University, I carry files in my book bag, and because I do not have a computer, I go the Library which is also near the Walgreen, I have personal items in my bag and a lot of office supplies and school supplies, It is the kind that has wheels. pharmacist

We usually get all of my child's medications filled at the Walgreens in Park Ridge on Devon Avenue.

Yesterday, 2/27/2016 I went in to pick up a refill of my son's generic Intuniv. I requested the manufacturer, "Sandoz." Sandoz still makes the generic form of Intuniv. It agrees better with my son than the Actavis. This is not uncommon in people to have a better reaction in one than over the other. In fact, another parent I know requests the same manufacturer from the same Walgreens.

I was told by the woman who took my order yesterday 2/27/2016 to make sure when ordering the medication to always let the person at the counter taking the prescription know it's the Sandoz Manufacturer or remind them so they can try to get it in.

I picked up the 5 pills that were available today since Walgreens did not have the full amount, paid for them and nothing was mentioned about not getting the rest in at all. The technician, "Ariana," today told me, "I am going to write or notate this account for the Sandoz." She was very nice about it. That was this morning around 8:30 a.m.

Tonight I got a call from the technician from Walgreens in Park Ridge. 2/28/2016 6:15 p.m. She said they can't get it in. She was not sure why. I asked about calling around because at the least I can have my son finish out the prescription while being titrated or, "weaned," off this RX to try a different medication once we see the Dr.

I looked online for any word of Sandoz pharmaceuticals not carrying the medication anymore. I found nothing.
I called back. 2/28/2016. The pharmacist was more argumentative than understanding and kind.

I think this pharmacist forgot her customer service manners. If anything, this particular pharmacy at 800 W. Devon Avenue in Park Ridge should call around to see if they can fulfill the rest of my order so my son can finish out the prescription and be taken off the medication slowly per his Dr.'s orders.

We will be taking our business elsewhere. We had at least 3 repeating prescriptions for my son and my husband that we will no longer do business at 800 W. Devon Avenue.

I understand that this is one of the busier pharmacies, however, customer service goes a long way and , "Janet," was sorely lacking in that.

Wal-greens

I went back to Walgreens pharmacy January 23,2016 to pick up my medicine just as I did January 22,2016 none of 3 pharmacy technician would give my medicine I ask that is what I went there for to pick up my medicine January 23,2016 Saturday I went to the pharmacy counteri to pick up my medicine it was 1 pharmacy technician behind the counter I stood there for a few minutes thinking he would say I will be with you in just a minute he didn't so said to him is any one else working he didn't say any thing a customer was sitting waiting and he said to me yeah she is on the floor helping another customer the pharmacy technician on the floor came from 1 of the isles and went behind the counter she didn't say can I help you are anything she remember we from January 22,2016 so she says do you want your hard copy to transfer your medicine I said no I came to pick up my medicine she went and got it this time she was very rude at 1 point when the customer was telling me where she she said to me I'm not talking to you I didn't say any thing to her because I needed my medicine went she check me out she didn't say thank you are anything so I said thank you then she said thank you I ask her what her name was she said TASHA) those technician you'll have from time to time are very ,very,very, RUDE AND NASTY I have been getting my medicine from Walgreens for about 10 years my insurance pay $3,000.00 for it my self and no one else be TREATED like that I got sick because I couldn't get my medicine until the next DAY the (3) technicians was on duty the first indented was ( JOE) (CHASTNEY NEAL) (TASHA) I went I told the asst. store manager and told him what happened he back there try and help he didn't say anything to either one of the!the store is at 866 Dunn ave. # 05690

no ads in Sunday paper

For over a month no Sunday ads for Walgreens; I have gone in the store to just get one, but this is getting old, please, please get the ads going again. I now go to CVS who do put their ads in the Sunday paper.

No flier in Saturday Tribune

Apparently Hastings is part of a pilot study to see how not placing fliers in the paper affects sales. This is annoying and frustrating. No one goes to Walgreens to window-shop. They go for the specials and then may end up buying other items. It is not good business practice to antagonize your clientele.

Photo

4651 W, Kennedy Blvd Tampa FL Today the Sept. 11TH in the morning i went to Photo Section and asked the photographer that i need four photos passport size and how much will be charges?? He said it will be $12 and a few cents. I accepted that. After ten minutes the photographer handed me over only two photos. I asked him where are the other two. He said you want another two. I said Yes. He never told me that it will be $27.80 .

My complaint he never bothered to listen carefully to my request and never told me that it will be total $27.80

There are so many other places in Tamp much cheaper. I will never recommend any one to go to Walgreen for particularly photos.

4651W. Kennedy Blvd Tampa Florida I went in the morning and told the Photographer that I need four Photos Passport Size. He said it will be $12. and few cents. I said Ok. He took my picture and after ten minutes he handed me over two pictures. I asked him where the other four photos. He said you want four. I said i told you right at the beginning. He said OK. and made other two pictures and charged me $27.80. There were so many other places where i could get it on cheaper rates.
This kind of irresponsible behavior for not listening to my demand and giving me the right price is not accepted. i will never recommend Walgreen to any one for photos.

Episode I
About a month ago I called a pharmacy tech at Walgreens at 56th st, & Busch Blvd. to inquire as to what the hold up was on my Clonasapan. The tech tells me it's on back order and it should be there in a couple days. I asked if she could find out where the closest Walgreens was that did have it in stock because I needed it NOW. She replied "No" they can't do that. After we hung up I called 3 other Walgreens and each one was happy to look on their computer and provide me with the info I needed. I called the tech back and had harsh words with her to no avail so I had her transfer me to the manager who said she's can't do anything because she's not in charge of the Pharmacist which is a lie because I know the manager runs the WHOLE show.

Episode II
I was in Walgreens (same location) a few days ago so I went and spoke to the Pharmacist about a script I had that was not due till the 19th and asked if I could drop it off so it would be ready on the 19th and he said that would not be a problem. I showed up there after work today (20th) to pick it up and I'm told they don't do that. After a few words with the tech she says it would be ready in an hour at which point my wife has had enough and tells her that's not good enough "We want it in 30 minutes". I tell her to go next door to Publix while I go inside to deal with this. When I find the manager he tells me the tech will not fill my prescription so I tell the lil shit I want my script back. He mocks me with a "have a nice days" and I reply "Bite me" while all the techs are laughing. Funny how she was going to fill my script till I went inside to rat her out.

prescription

Please help me fix the issue why your store at 9202 56th street Tampa Florida would not fill my pain medication. Also store on Armenia and Martin Luther in Tampa Florida. My prescriptions are always reported and unfortunately necessary due to major reconstructive surgeries I have had and will continue to have for many years. I started a while ago with taking lighter duty medications but with the evasive nature of operations I endure and now am taking stronger medications. Unfortunately I am bed ridden many days and have to get rides as I am not capable of driving myself. I have corrected the issue with my driver’s license being bent even though I had more supporting ID.s when your store on Parsons and Brandon blvd. refused to fill my medications. Perhaps there is something wrong with my profile but I have no such issue at CVS or the pharmacy across the street. Do I not have correct profile? Thank you and I look forward to resolving this issue. I am 68 years old not able to work anymore with the numerous disabilities and suffer immense pain every day especially when I cannot get my medication. Wallgreens has done a great job for over 40 years and I wish for a positive out come for both of us.
1) Brandon store would not fill prescription because my license was bent this happened 3 or more month ago.
2) 56th store last months again would not fill my prescription and told my old address was my last home which I again corrected.
3) Last month I went to 56th store and to my dismay was again refused after your staff filled 2 other prescriptions.
4) This week another Wallgreens refused to fill and was told there was an issue. They were kind but unable to fill and cited that the 56th store entered some thing'.
5) I will make the effort to fill all my prescriptions at one place and II wish it to be with Wallgreens You guys have been great and perhaps give me a way to order on lie because my insurance want me to work with you guys!!!
If you understand I corrected and have done all on my end and still do not. what the issue is and look forward to resolve this problem.

Mr. Stuart Lee, Pharmacy Manager

I am writing you to complain about your employee, Mr. Stuart Lee, Pharmacy manager at the Walgreens pharmacy store located at 2551 W. Main St. Alhambra, CA. 91801.
Yesterday when I went to pick up my medications and asked for consultations on Benzonatate and Prednisone 20 MG. Especially for the latter, knowingly it has contained certain amount of steroid element, I asked him to explain me the dosage and side effects. He lacks basic people’s skill, and does not know how to talk nicely to customers. He lost his patience immediately after speaking a few words and gave me a long and frowning face. His attitude irritated me. I told him that he was rude. I asked him when he would go off the duty so that I can come into the store when another pharmacist would go on duty and may explain better and have a better manner towards me. He goes: “I am here all the time and every day.” I asked him, “Who is the boss here? I need to talk to your boss.” He replied very arrogantly: “I am the boss!” He then very rudely took the medicines away from the counter top in front of me and said to me: “You do not get the medicines here anymore!”
This is the second time that he has had a bad attitude towards me. Last time, a similar incident occurred in February 2015, less than a month ago. However, this time really reached to the point that I have to file a complaint against him. I sincerely suggest the Walgreen’s management to send him to attend a seminar to learn some basic interpersonal skill, customer service relationship and to get rid of the bad attitude. How can let these kind of people to be a manager of pharmacy store?

pharmacists name is "Reva"

First of all, when I called to get the Pharmacist name? the staff didn't want to give it to me? Finally they would only give me her first name only? "Reva". I'm a diabetic who goes into the Walgreens Pharmacy every 2 weeks to get my insulin and once a month the get "Zertec D" I know its needed to show my drivers license to pick up the Zertec D. Because it contains a product that she says is used to make Meth? So, this is the 4th time in a row I have been given the third degree by her about buying this medicine! She always ask me why I'm needing this? Why don't I buy something else for my problem? Then she stands there with it in her hand looking at me as if she is deciding if she should give it to me? There is a group of customers standing behind me in a hurry and getting as pissed as I am! Now I'm totally EMBARRASSED!!! I'm 47 years old and work 72 hour weeks every week! This woman behind the counter has a bad power trip or something? She is very impersonable, and has an attitude of just not giving a crap? So, now that she has pushed my buttons! This turns into a very angry conversation between her and I. She nor I used foul language but she had me showing and gritting my teeth talking to her! She then ask me to leave the store because today she is not going to do business with me to today? So, I leave and go to CVS Pharmacy down the road and get my Zertec D with my drivers license and no problems. They even asked if I would like to transfer my insulin perscription to there Pharmacy? These people were so nice and helpful that I did just that! Goodbye Walgreens! "We" are the customer. A business survives on one thing only, "The Repeat Customer" I am not the first to be run off by this Pharmacists "Reva" nor will I be the last! This lady has a burr up her butt and every customer sees it! And if they don't? She will make it a point to get it across!

Store at Galley & Circle

Have been to this Walgreens at least 10 times trying to get a flu shot......They are SO understaffed, rude, cold and ignore the people standing at that window.....waiting on others time after time without even glancing at the line up for shots. I saw a very old man, with his caretaker, stand, leaning on canes for over 15 minutes, waiting to be noticed for a flu shot. They finally tottered out, caretaker almost in tears.....staff behind the counter did not even look over there. A customer said something to the particularly snotty clerk who was acting harried and cross.....her response was "well, we are busy now and they just have to wait. They show up here and think we should drop everything." This is truly the busiest Walgreens in town, in a low income area, 24 hr. open year round so.......... WHY ARE THEY SO UNDERSTAFFED???? I waited at pharmacy outside window one morning on way to work for 20 minutes, pressed buzzer, etc. ....... no one ever came. I finally parked, walked all the way in to back of store, there was one frantic pharmacist on duty who claimed he had heard nothing and then said "well, you're here now and you got your med." When I see those cute, fluffy, friendly ads on TV about service at Walgreens, they have about the same ring of truth as political ads!!. Please don't advise that I go to a different store......I have an insurance/physician arrangement that requires that store. Yes, I could buy candy bars at a different store but meds and shots are to be done there!!!! I am still without a flu shot as I am sure are many others.

Poor management

Purchased a Rimmel Scandaleyes at your store at 10 S congress ave Delray Beach fl approx a month ago. Am a regular prescription and cosmetics customer at this store. When I saw that there seemed to be no way to sharpen this eyeshadow stick, I went to the store. Spoke to the Manager and the Assistant Manager to no avail!! When I asked if I was out the money I
paid 4.49 plus tax the Ass't Mgr said yes. The Mgr was no help either. Said I needed a receipt!!!! I even asked if there was a special
sharpener to use, again NO SATISFACTION? makes me want to change all scripts etc to a CVS

pharmacy's failure to inform me of their inability to fill my prescription cancer patient

To whom it may concern,

My prescription was dropped off at the
pharmacy on 4561 N. Peoria Ave. Tulsa, Ok. 74106 around 2:30 pm Friday July 25, 2014. I was told it would be ready at 3:30pm. I arrived at 5:00 or a little after, to be told they couldn't fill it because the the amount of grams was left off the prescription. At this point my doctors office was closed. I'm a cancer patient and I need my medication, there were hours left to notify me. Why was there no notification by phone? Is there no standard or protocol for non-fillable prescriptions? Peoples lives and well being are at risk. Wal Greens has always been a caring place. I was out of medication and I tried to see it through but was in pain. At 11:00pm I had no choice7 but to go the emergency room at Hillcrest Hospital to get a prescription that could have been a avoided. I was there until 5:00am. Now I have a $659.50 bill I can't afford to pay. Due to the neglect of the pharmacy I'm requesting that you pay the bill . I have an itemized statement from the hospital and will fax or it you given the information needed to send it.?
I do appreciate the managers offer of a $25.00 gift certificate, but I need this burden of unecessary debt to be paid.
