Data conn teruk

Saya dah naik angin satu badan sebulan dua ni.
Malas nak repot lagi kat 1111
so saya katakan tidak lagi pada celcom.
Akan terminate hujung bulan 6 ni nanti untuk 3 akaun sekaligus.
Tak mampus takde celcom.sekarang tengah testting service YES.
Bo,leh belah ko celcom. Setiap sen ko tipu dengan corrupt
data conn pengguna, aku tak halalkan pun masuk perut ko anak beranak sam,pai mampus.
Tunggguuu.. di akhirat.

Internet slow

Line internet slow sangat . Guna pakej First gold plus..setiap bulan ada 40 gb data . Tp download n upload line 1gb pun x sampai . Line 4g kot . Habis bt apa sy pakai data banyak2 cmtu kalau nak guna pun x blh . X larat nak complain dah . Tlg la fix benda ni dgn segera . Jgn kerja dok scam kami pengguna celcom ni ja...haihhh..tekanan aku!!!

Data Connection worsen

Please check data connection in Seri Kembangan Puchong Area especially near Seri Indah Apartment, Seri Kembangan.
Apparently, right after black out few weeks ago, data connection has gone from bad to worse. Before, I can atleast surf the internet and do my work. Im patient enough to wait after 12AM to do my work since data connection before 12AM is unbearably slow eventhough my connection is 4G. The only time I can use my data other than Whatsapp is from 12AM to 9AM.

But now, I cant even open Google without waiting for atleast 3min to load it. My connection stated clearly that I have 4G connection but the data connection barely reach 2G. Ive checked with my neighbors and all of them encounter the same problem. Now, I cant even surf the internet after 12AM.
How am I suppose to do my work then?
its going to be a waste to buy the data when I cant even use it.

Celcom service TOO BAD!

Sejak kebelakangan ni (beberapa bulan dah), coverage celcom kejap ada kejap tak ada. Seriously, aku fade up gila and feeling so sick dgn celcom. Beli internet mahal2 tp tak boleh guna and line mcm aii malas nak cakap. So celcom, please fix it as soon as possible. Penat lah asyik2 line hilang je.

No internet service

This bad service (both internet & even line for call) since early May. Sometimes only show NO SERVICES...what for i pay bill almost RM100 every month for nothing?! Refer to your promotion free calls with internet total 40gb looks like rubbish..PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

NAK TENGOK MEREKA PEDULI ATAU TIDAK

Salam..kepada celcom careline sy nak buat report pasal internet celcom kebelakangan ni semakin hari semakin tak baik..apa masalah sebenarnya? Nak caka quota takde sy dh beli quota 5gb tapi still tak berfungsi..sekarang mcm nak jimat data pengguna pulak..sebagai pengguna sy nak kena bersuara jugak,bukan apa,bila kmk dah hilang sabar dengan apa yang kami hadapi sekarang cik atau tuan atau puan tahu apa yang akan kami lakukan..sy dh guna celcom ne sejak dari sekolah lagi..tapi,celcom sekarang dengan dahulu tak sama lagi dah boleh di katakan celcom sekarang ne banyak masalah tentang line internet dia..drop sungguh dari simcard internet2 yang lain..

Do they care?

Saya rasa pihak Celcom tak kesah dengan masalah yang dihadapi pengguna celcom kerana selagi pengguna tak boikot, mereka akan terus bersikap acuh tak acuh...kalau di kompaun oleh MCMC pun seumpama tahi hidung je bg pihak celcom berbanding berjuta ringgit yang mereka terima setiap hari, bulan dan berbilion setiap tahun. Jadi, keputusan semuanya di tangan pengguna, kalau tak puas hati boikot je. Kalau nak cakap kualiti internet di Malaysia nie, hmmm...nak lawan vietnam jauh sekali. Nak jadi negara maju ke macam nie? Konon nak masuk 5G, 4G pun tak cover abis semua area... No kelentong promotion? Mmg celcom kaki kelentong dari dulu lagi, apa boleh buat area saya xde pilihan lain untuk internet. Sebab semenjak celcom pasang tower kat area saya, terus menyekat coverage digi yang dulunya saya rasa, x5 lebih baik dari celcom. Jadi kesimpulannya, Celcom memang menipu pengguna dlm diam tanpa disedari.

4G interruption

Recently, my Celcom First Gold Plan data isn't working normally for almost 1 week. I can't even log in to my Facebook and refresh my Instagram. Only messages for Whatsapp and WeChat can be send out and receive... Please solve it as soon as possible. Thank you!

Line slow sangat2

Tolong beritahu apa masalahnya sehingga line internet dalam linkungan 0,08KB - 1.79 KB sehari. Sangat lembab. Kami dijanjikan 20gb semasa weekdays dan 20gb semasa holidays dalam celcom gold plan. Jauh panggang dari api. Sangat tidak boleh diterima. Kemana perginya 20gb itu ...siapa yang sedut dari akaun kami.

Rasa macam nak pergi serang mana2 blue cube ni ...dah tahan dah rasanya...your service sucks big time!!!!!!!

Celcom service

Bad services, not user-friendly and definitely one of the biggest rip-off in telecommunication history. Great promotion but no ideal service to back it up. The higher-ups seems to not give a care about the complaints received and can be considered ignorant to the point of stupidity. Line sometimes disappears, making any online business/assignments being interrupted frequently. Not an ideal service if living outside of city. Wilayah Celcom much?

servis internet makin hari makin teruk

kenapa servis celcom makin lama makin teruk????? payment tak penah delay tapi setiap kali nak guna internet, sgt sgt sgt mengecewakan! slow nak mampus. sila perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda jika tidak mahu kehilangan pelanggan kerana servis anda makin lama makin teruk mcm sampah! tidak berkat duit yg diambil dari pengguna jika servis yang diberikan tidaks etara dgn nilai yg diberi. tidak mustahil CELCOM hanya akan tggal kenangan shj nti krn mutu servis sesampah ini yg dipersembahkan kpd kami pengguna anda!!!

teruknya servis celcom sekarang kenapa??? dah bayar on time, x penah delay payment pun still lembap internet. kenapa??? makin lama makin teruk. sila perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda jika tidak mahu kehilangan pelanggan. karang, sia2 je gah sekejap tapi kembali jadi sampah sbb servis yg semakin hari semakin sgt sgt sgt teruk!

4G internet speed is slow as turtle

my internet speed is slow as turtle. i have to keep change airplane mode and change back to temporary use it.
this was happened since April. you was replied will fix at MAY but the problem still persist
i paid rm99 permonth deserved this kind of service?

CELCOM LINE COVERAGE

Hari ni dah dua hari line coverage celcom tak ada. Emergency call saja. Apa dah jadi dgn celcom sejak kblakangan ni. Saya perhati servis semakin lama semakin teruk. Plan data internet yg kurang munasabah harganya. Skrg ni saya nak reload topup pn susah sbb line tiba2 takde. Nak call org pun tak boleh. Mohon prihatin sikit terhadap pengguna celcom.

Babi betul, wa emergency nk guna tenet, tp slow mcm siput babi, siput babi klau jln pn lama2 bole smpai juga, tp ini line langsung takbley smpai. Kontol klau lancap pn bole naik, tp celcom ni apa lancau setting dia bikin ar.. Kasi bukk ini simkad, pump kt toilet bersama taik.

Slow Internet

Bad connection, unstable ping and my quota speed turns to basic internet speed. I change from Maxis to Celcom to deserve this ah? Please fix your internet before I changing my line to another telco. Never play with man's patient since I'm being loyal with your telco about 3 years and with Maxis for more than 10 years.

Slow internet and bad coverage

This is fcking unacceptable. After paying so fcking much for a fcking plan, all I get is a slow as fcuk internet and bad coverage. Please fcking resolve this issue asafp as i'm still a monthly paying customer. And I know this thing happen in all places not just in rural area. So many customers feel cheated with this. Don't give any excuse anymore you fcuking cutn son of a btich!!!

Coverage and Internet issue

Saya penguna celcom hampir 7 tahun..Saya berasa kecewa dengan coverage celcom yang berlaku hari ni. Saya berhabis banyak kredit semata-mata call no "1111" atas sebab line tiba2 putus dan saya merayu untuk pihak celcom untuk hubungi saya, tapi tiada. Unresponsibility company. Pihak celcom sepatutnya hubungi customer semula sekiranya dah berjanji.Coverage line hadapi masalah dan sering terputus. Full bar to "zero" bar suddenly and always be like that. Internet also return tu "Edge(E)" status....What happens to celcom???..i'm as a customer need to know the details..Saya berharap agar masalah ini dapat diatasi kerana saya banyak berhabis kredit semata-mata untuk hubungi customer service and pihak celcom bukannya bertanggungjawab untuk menggantinya semula...saya merayu...
