The telco service had deduct my credit, but there is no subscription made by my account. when i streaming youtube, it last for 10 second. my connection will lost but my mobile still on...i have tried many smartphone that i have but the result still the same. everytime i want to streaming youtube, i need to change my preferred network. please CELCOM, i have use your network over 10 years and this problem gotten more worse. youcan check this my number...0199671032...hopefully that your company can manage this problem mostly with my phone no. ...

The Line is slow like a tutle

Last time my friend told me celcom is good and having average internet dunno how many years ago. but when i chg the celcom then i only realize celcom internet speed if fcking unstable and slow like a madafaka....i have used celcom almost 1 year, it really suffer ... even other service provider and provide more stable internet and cheaper somemore. i do believe if celcom continue this shit, there are more and more ppl leaving to other network provider... . sh*t

Coverage sangat teruk

Coverage di bandar tasik puteri jalan 6/4 sangat teruk sekarang. Sebelum nie tak ada masalah dapat 4G...sekarang nie dalam rumah pun hanya dapat E saja.
Monthly ambil pakej 40gb rm98 mmg ambil sbb nak guna internet. Tetapi amat mengecewakan. Minta celcom buat sesuatu sbb rasa x berbalui pulak byr tiap2 bulan tp susah nak dapat coverage

saya ingin membuat aduan tentang internet yang telah lama tiada dan tidak diselenggara di kawasan kami.line biasa ada tetapi untuk internet langsung tidak dapat diguna pakai.mohon pihak yang berwajib tolong check.kerana sebagai seorang bekas pelajar dan juga pelatih saya sangat memerlukan internet untuk check online pasal keputusan posting dan sebagainya.tolong sangat.

Account holder someone else

Celcom is considered the pioneer in mobile telecommunication service in Malaysia. But look at it now. useless customer service. mixing up HP holder;s line with someone else account. mobile data AUTOMATICALLY comes on without the owner knowing about it and bills go skyrocket high, mostly ignorant operators doing things in circles without ever getting to help their customers problems .

In 2012 Celcom announced in its directive to our organisation to end our corporate package and to change to personal line with a supporting letter from our company. each member who took the package has gotten a letter from our organisation in it stating it is now a personal line and requesting Celcom do do the necessary as PER CELCOM's DIRECTIVE.. I brought my letter to a Celcom center as instructed and requested to be changed to personal line.

However, it is now 5 years and my account is under different person as its holder. Each time I want to do something - like to upgrade or reconnect the line, they are saying my IC does not match the account holder's IC and therefore can't help. I somehow located the holder and got the Transfer of Subscribership (TOS) done with the help of the alleged account holder with his name, IC and signature.

Now my bill comes with his name on it. Who is working there in Celcom?. A bunch of nitwits?

Better close down lah. USELESS. You all cannot do business.

Slow connection

I've been having such a hard time browsing my internet to look up for some articles and sometimes it even took me 1-2 days to finish my download which is around 5gb only.Can you guys please fix it especially for 4G consumer.We paid a lot and expecting a lot for a great connection. So far I only have like below than 1 mb/s in postpaid. Please do something about it.

Wrongly charge monthly fee and no reply after lodge complaint

I went to Thailand on 8-11 December 2017. I reached airport and immediately bought and changed a local SIM card.when I came back to Malaysia, I realised I was charged roaming charges. I then asked the counter at pavilion branch and complaint on it. Until today I am still charged the unauthorised roaming fee charges! And their reply and request asking me to check if third party was using my line was unreasonable and ridiculous! Celcom are supposed to check and get back to me when he is the operator and I’m a consumer!

masalah internet perlahan pada jam 6 p.m. hingga jam 12 a.m

tolonh perbaiki masalah internet padam jam tersebut sudah setiap hari berlaku, bila jam 6 petang sampai 12 malam internet sangat perlahan.bila buka youtube tiada masalah sangat tetapi bila sedang bermain game online padaa jam tersebut mula tersangkut-sangkut dan tertulis 'reconnecting now, please wait' tolong perbaiki perkara tersebut, pada waktu malam sahaja selalu je line tiada

CELCOM THE WORST TELCO COMPANY IN MALAYSIA

Is it just me a foreigner, being honest to request to have my mobile line reconnected after getting terminated just 2 weeks ago OR the customer service person is as dumb as a Malaysian monkey? instead of taking any action on this request, this FOOL just express the pleasure to serve me and hope to do so again in the future. WHAT THE HELL? I still got a significant amont of credits left on that line number. CELCOM RIPS PEOPLE OFF...just like song UMNO LARA ROMPAK RAKYAT. Shame on you CELCOM

Maaf sempena bulan ramadhan ni saya taknak lah guna kata kata kesat seperti memaki atau mencarut. Tapi mental jugak lah bila tiba tiba line terus no service pastu emergency calls only . kite bukan apa bang kite ni ada pakwe tgh sdp sdp whatsapp puup line hilang. Okay lah ingat seminit dua sbb slalu nya bila line hilang lepasa saya buat airplane mode dia ok balik. Tapi ni jangan kata airplane, kapal selam mode pun takmau elok. Saya suka celcom bukan nak kata apa lah tapi ok je internet dia kalau bila tgh laju. Tapi bila tgh mcm ni ... Bukan sekali dua bang.. Setiap pukul 12 gak lah saya mental.. Cuba abang byg kan saya tengah ber pubg line saya hilang dpn enemy.. Tak ke mati katak sy kat situ.. Saya tk noob bang tapi line yg menempah maut saya.. Abg tkkn tk pernah kene kot ke abg pun pakai line lain bukan celcom? Hehe gurau je bang tu lah bukan apa saya ni memalam ni sebelum tidur nak le pekena ig sejam dua baru leh tidur.. Stupidity of Celcom system

Firstly it’s ridiculous how they don’t give you the outlet numbers to enquiry for stock. I had to go to Taman Molek to enquirer for the easy phone package. Upon reaching there , the lady said there is no stock available for the S9+ so she said Celcom Kempas will have stock. Upon hearing that I kindly asked if they could call and double check for availability and she says that they’re not allowed to call. Like wtf is that kind of bullshit??? So fine , I drove from Taman Molek all the way to ### Kempas (because I’m so free) upon reaching there I asked the girl at the counter if they had stock for it. She responded very confidently ‘Yes kita ade stock untuk 128gb sahaja’ so I said ok I’ll take it. So excited that my efforts to gamble and drive all the way here paid off. 10 seconds later..........sorry cik , sudah habis. I’m like dafuq??? You just told me there’s stock. So she said go to Taman U they might have. I’m like ‘dudeee I’m not a ### football you kick around. I’ve also other things to do in my life. So to make things simple I said can you guys call to make sure there’s stock there or if they could send it over instead of having their customer drive back and forth but same response. They can’t do that. Coming from a customer service and hospitality industry , I can say that Celcom has no care or love for their customers/clients. If it’s not for us customers , you’ll have nothing. You need us more than we need you , we have maxis , digi , u mobile. You name it , we can go there. I’d suggest you take care of your clients. Go the extra mile if required , that is what you call service. Not let your customer run here and there to get what they want. They’re your customers , making things easier is what you should do. You guys need to really buck up on your service. Lots of people are complaining.

Free Credit Bonus(ALAKAZAM)

So I got an offer to change my 3g to 4g sim card and celcom say free credit "RM10" at first I got sms kata (suara hantu) Ooooo 48 jam nanti dapat la 10 ringgit tu... bersama dgn sms "Jgn lupa tutup Data Mudah Alih yg bukan sahaja henfon ko tak pernah bukak malah bila ko kluar rumah ko tak dpat pun internet tu kalau betul dia ada... (pakai internet rumah jer kat luar tak pakai) seolah2 dia macam nak kata kalau duit tu ilang tandanya ko tak tutup data mudah alih la tu... then esok2 tgk credit RM9... wtf tgk data bukak tak ... tak bukak pun.. tutup kasi pakai 3g line jer kot2 4g makan kredit.. peliknya bonus credit tak bercampur dgn credit yg mmg sedia ada.. contoh credit ada "RM 0.26 Bonus: RM9" .. pastu ingat oh maybe time call dia ambik kat situ la kot... tp rasanya takde call sapa2. femeli pun call guna whatsapp jer... tup tup.. betul hantu ko celcom... RM0 yg tinggal 0.26sen aku tu jer... kata percuma, buruk siku ar...
