Takde gunanya klau bayar/top up byk Kali tapi line network mcm sial je baik takyah hidup je celcom ni..customers habis byk duit utk guna line net celcom,dorang tetap buat hal masih lg lembap..klau terus mcm ni sampai bulan2 depan still sama mcm sekarang baik buat protests besar2 je kat HQ celcom biar dorang tahu ape perasaan customers yg tengah alami sekarang ni..celcom sedap2 dpt duit kita free2..kita menderita dengan keadaan sekarang

Regret

I purchased a device + plan from Celcom recently. I have been a loyal customer to another Telco for many years, recently decided to take up another line with Celcom. Expectations high on Celcom to provide their best service but unfortunately it has been a BIG letdown.

First, the new number I got is not a new number at all. I am receiving phone calls/WhatsApp/SMS from previous owner's contacts. Went to Celcom branch, explained, and was given a new number which was supposed to be activated within 48 hours. It has been 6WEEKS already and nothing is done. All I get is system down, next reason the new number has been already taken, had to choose a new one. Hello, you think I got time for this joke? I have to delay printing all my business cards because of this? 6WEEKS to fix system? What kind of reason is this?

Next, 4G LTE? Loading page at 0K/s? Please, if you are going to promote how fast your network is, make sure it is FAST. All you are doing just promoting without any proper service or action. I guess I do not have to explain further on this as I am not the only one complaining about this issue based on all the complains I read here.

It seems to me that I have made a bad decision choosing your service plus the upfront I paid for the plan is for one whole year. My monthly plan is RM98, does not seem worth it at all. 20GB data seems useless as well, no point giving so much data when consumers cannot enjoy using it properly.

Disappointed.

4G service slow, very slow

The speed of Celcom 4G service is unbearable, image download was slow, and internet search no respond and next to retype. As the biggest telco in Malaysia, such incompetent service is a huge dissappointment. Has been using their service for 20 years, and its seem that the comoetitors are gettinf better and provide better service....may be is time to change...since they show no signs of improvement or at least inform the customers what was going on and when will it service be improved.

Celcom SCAMMER and LEMBAB

Celcom ni sejak sebulan lebih ni mmg teruk giler.lembab teramat sangat.tiap kali nk bt something nk online banking nak window shopping mesti x lepas.sampai pernah sekali CIMB block online payment sebab celcom bangang yang lembab giler.tiap bulan amek internet plan RM50 pn rasa mcm da x bbaloi je.tu bru rm50 utk internet belum lg topup biasa.tiap bulan melabur at least rm150 utk celcom topup tp service mcm haram.celcom ni patut kena boikot biar padan muka.selagi x terkena selagi tu la korang layan customer mcm taik.dah tu suka curik kredit sesuka hati.kadang2 try amek rm1 late night internet tunggu punya tunggu pn x masuk2 1gb late internet tp kredit kena tolak.bkan sekali dua benda ni jadi,dah berkali2.sabar pn ada batas dia.kalau da asyik kena scam je mana tahan.kadang2 tu internet tak pakai banyak pn tapi data cepat low.kredit pun pernah kena curik rm10, konon sebab nak ganti celcom advance kredit.sampai rm10 kena amik mmg mbongak je kerja.advance paling banyak rm5 tp sampai rm10 pulak korang curi.da macam along advance rm5 tapi kredit tolak rm10.kalau ye pun desperate nak scam customer beragak2 la weii..

Slow internet

Internet sometimes goes slow and fast. I understand that during daytime, but even Late Night Internet goes slow sometimes. I tried cleared cache and everything else that block the internet, but the same situation still occurs, so i don't think it's a problem with my phone. Please fix this situation. No point of subscribing all the time if you guys provide slow internet.

LINE INTERNET MCM SIPUT

SAYA DAH GUNA CELCOM SEJAK DULU LAGI.. PILIHAN UTAMA MEMANG CELCOM. TAPI NOWADAY, LINE INTERNET CLCM MAKIN LAMA MAKIN TERUK WHY? SY LANGGAN PAKEJ RM50 SBULAN TAPI MCM GUNA BASIC INTERNET. SLOW SANGAT2. KLO MCM TU, RUGI JER LA KLO SY LANGGAN TP SLOW MCM NTAH APA2. 4G KOT BKAN 3G @ H. KLO H XYAH CAKAP LAH MMG XLEH NK ON9 LGSG.. SO PLEASE LA.. TAHAP KESABARAN MAKIN BKURANG NI.. NGEEE... Slow

Internet terlalu lambat. Check baki internet tinggal 7.5GB tetapi rasa macam pakai 500MB shja. Saya dah guna celcom dah lama dah. Dulu celcom bagus tapi sekarang celcom macam.... Susah nak cakap lah. Harap kmuorg dapat meningkatkan lagi mutu plan kmuorg. Kalau nak tingkatkan pun jangan lah cakap sampi 10GB, tapi line macam sibut. Kalau saya, malu sya. Sekian. Terima kasih

Hello.. sya pengguna celcom. Beberapa hari ini internet terlalu lambat. Sedangkan sya punya quato masih bnyak 7.5GB. tetapi internet terlalu lambat sperti saya hnya ada baki 500mb shja. Harap dapat meningkatkn kan lagi service kmu.

masalah coverage

Hai saya Nazim....saya ingin membuat aduan tentang coverage atau line atau perkhidmatan celcom di kampung saya takde service langsung sedangkan menara pemancar dah pun dipasang tapi sampai sekarang masih takde line lagi...jadi saya adalah pengguna celcom selama 6 tahun ingin meminta kerjasama daripada pihak celcom untuk mengambil tindakan selanjutnya supaya kampung saya ni dapat menggunakan perkhidmatan celcom dengan baik..sedangkan kampung saya ni pada ketika dulu boleh dikatakan separuh daripada penduduk kampung ni menggunakan perkhidmatan celcom.. bagi saya sendiri pun yang menggunakan perkhidmatan celcom selama lebih kurangb 6 tahun ni.....line kadang2 elok pastu no service tapi yg eloknya sekadar membuat panggilan je ....untuk internet memang tak dapat langsung......dengar ini saya bagi wakil seluruh kampumg saya ingin meminta kerjasama daripada pihak celcom untuk menambahbaikan service di kampung kami ni....saya harap mesej ni sampai kepada pihak celcom dan mengambil tindakan dengan segera...terima kasih

Mana sdh tema kamu 4g ultrafast? Di sini saya punya line 4g putus2 kdg2 lansung tiada.aku switch ke H+ pun tak guna..tahu kh dgn 4g temberang kamu tu banyak menyusahkan pengguna celcom di sabah.antaranya contoh paling dekat org request uber nk cepat tp internet buat hal.main mobile lagend hero tengah gerak atur strategy tiba2 reconnect.attack coc tiba2 putus..tengok movie online sangkut2.buka Spotify loding main page ambil masa lama mhu kena restart balik set high quality music sangkut2.buka whats app ada info penting mhu cepat tiba2 connecting.gps map aku selalu salah kasi info tracking.kau punya internet ni bikin org naik angin banyak salah faham kami penggunna internet yg mahu cepat jadi lambat dan kami jd unprofessional due by u suck internet.. internet mahal thu mkn duit saja..klu ni blm kasi fix smpi ujung bulan 11 ni qku p tukar telco lain..soal nombor aku bole kasi kekal.so fix it ASAP. jgn thu duduk ja di desk....sekian

Internet slow

hai.... saya pengguna celcom dah lama dah...tapi semenjak dua ni internet sangat2 tidak memuaskan sedangkan bill dah dibayar... kalau ada buat naik taraf, buatlah announcement ke... Saya bayar mahal tiap2 bulan...janganlah buat macam ni... takut2lah dekat neraka... berdosa kalau tipu customer.. saya tak marah, cuma kecewa.. tolonglah bagi servis yang sehabis baik walaupun tak 100%...Ingat, manusia boleh tipu manusia.. tapi mata Tuhan sentiasa nampak perbuatan kita... Very slow .......

Since after announcement to increased the data from 5Gbs to 10 Gbs...for weeks days ...the system so slow and when I hotspot after 5Gbs all slow ...loading a page more than 30 mins and look like data didn't carried forward.
I feel very annoying for such service. ...

Video walla free 100gb

Already download apps and still not able to enjoy free video walla as claimed by celcom.if celcom do sincerely want to give free service to customer pls make it possible and dont just claimed.in system will update after 24hours but unsuccessfull and i've tried this for severel times.for enquiry celcom mention to call 1111.nevertheless they also cannot do anything because customer itself have to redeem.if that so why on earth asking me to dial 1111 and they cannot fix it.Crap promotion.

Appeal

Regarding to the three consecutive months celcom bills which the charges had gone more than mine subscribed plan , I had complaint with celcom HQ and they refer me to check out with Techninier Company. The reason that celcom gave me is because my mom had subscribed few games under Techninier company. It is ridiculous that a seventy year old women knows how to subscribe games. Thus, I am now sending this and hope that I can get a reasonable explanation and refund from CELCOM. (attached herewith the reply from Techninier Company for your attn)

High charges on voicemail

My husband and I both uses Celcom for years and of late when we travelled to other Asian countries, we were charged for voicemail calls or missed calls at a very high charge for a 5 seconds missed call. Reason given by Celcom was we should have called to inform them to deactivate the voicemail if we are out of the country. It was never like this before and we feel this high charged on both outgoing and incoming international roaming on both sides for voicemail calls are ridiculous.

Updgarde within 24jam

2/11/17 pergi ke celcom cube Bangsar untuk upgrade dari first gold kepada first gold plan..muhammad ashraf staff di situ yang attend. Dia bgtau within 24jam akan upgrade. Masa bayar upfront tiada resit sbb ada prob kata nya..cume ada resit kad kredit..sampi skrg takde terima apa2 bekenaan resit tersebut

3/11/17 kol bangsar cube tak angkat..10 kali kol mcm tu je..0320921073 ni direct no ke celcom cube bangsar..dpt dr celcom website..kol 1111 diorg masuk complain..kata nya saya punye masih pending..tapi dlm system dah upgarde dr 20gb ke 40gb..kene tgu lagi 24jam.

4/11/17 kol lagi 1111....kate nye masih pending..smpi skrg tak dpt masuk celcom apps sbb no telefon tu tak valid..so tak boleh nak cek dah upgrade ke belom..dan paling best org tu bgtau encik punye masih pending dan belom upgrade..masih pki 20gb..ik semlm bgtau dah upgrade dlm system..kene ken aku...kate nye kene tgu lagi smpi 7hb...punah

Upgrade your coverage

Kampung saya ni berbukit.. Saya tinggal bawah bukit sikit dan coverage bwh bukit serious saya ckp lembab gila.. Kalau ok pon kena tunggu pukul 12 a.m ke atas.. Kat atas bukit pon satu hal.. Line 4G tapi lembab jugak.. Kdg2 hilang terus line.. So kat sini sya mintak tolong upgrade coverage kat sini. Terima kasih

Late night only lasts until 7am. So when is the confirmation message coming in??? If it never comes, then it'll be a total waste. Why does it take so long?? This might as well be a scam. And this problem has been going on for a long time. FIX IT.

Celcom Internet Bad Service

I'm Celcom user. from start i buy sim card celcom since year 2006 i think, i love celcom bcoz their service internet its good.
but now, Internet Celcom it really really bad.
its not like Celcom long ago.. Long ago, its good, fast, even 3 line bar only.
Now my fren and i, also stop using internet Celcom.
for user, its waste money to paid for it. expensive price, but line internet they give us very Suck.

screw up network and line

I have paid my bills and celcom said that my cheques was decline. I checked with the bank branch and they said that there is no problem with my cheques. The banks pointed that celcom is the main problem and currently they are having our cheques amonting to Rm1,000.
This is my last 10 good years of being aclient to celcoms. The line 1111 are hopeless as everyday we had to call them on the status checkup and we have to stress the whole story again.
my report number is 1-108189729498 and no one is getting back to us since.
We are loosing business as our customers complaints that they cannot reach us with all our messages. Yet, we cannot call back.

ini kali kedua aku complain kat sini. apa masalah dgn coverage celcom ni? utk internet kejap ada kejap takda. yang lepas mmg dpt feedback balik. bole ckp kna duduk outdoor bru stabil. ape pnya level servis yang celcom bagi??? bayar mahal tapi servis mcm siall.. so skang aku complain ni nk tgk ape feedback and action dpd celcom. klu rosak ke! maintenance ke! inform la pd customer. babi btul la telco mcm ni. untung bnyak tp servis yang ko bagi pd customer macam sial. area pagoh muar johor. call aku 0197464365
