Kedekut Kuota Time MCO

In this MCO event due to Covid19, we are really need much quota as we working at home right now. But you celcom just give some petty offerings that neither improve nor give us better quota for our productivity. Make sense laa, you just give us unlimited whatsapp and free calls to emergency center, but what the shitty offerings are that to get our job done when there is no quota left? Like me, very dealing to servers, uploads, downloads, references and tutorials at internet, and now i cant use anymore due to insufficient quota. In other hands, there is a provider that provides 999 GB quota for MCO, and I very regret chosen your fu**ing service. I want to port out after that telco opens for registration and pay your fu**ing sh*t penalties. Bye bye celcom.

Give us an unlimited Quota

Internet and line not stable

Hi. starting this recent 2 to 3 months, my line is getting worse. Usually it is full bar but now mostly is only 1 to 2 bar. Sometime it showing no service. It is very unpleasant since i will just get message telling there is misscall. Also, my internet is extremenly slow. i subscribe internet so that i use internet to do things. But the internet is so slow, google also take time. it like iam using basic internet. Please fix this. Waste my money if the service is like this.

Internet and coverage not stable

Recently about 2 to 3 months ago my celcom line here worsen by time to time. Before this the link is mostly full bar but now only 1 or 2 bar. Sometime no service at all. How can someone call me or i want to call someone else if the line showing no service. Also the internet is exremely slow. It like i am using basic internet. Please fix this. i am not paying you to get this terrible service.

Line internet kerap putus

Saya pengguna wifi internet Celcom( Huawei). Kerap kali servis internet terganggu di kawasan saya. Pakej bill RM150. Tapi bil tak tetap kadang melebihi sampai RM159 dan jumlah lain-lain. Bayar tepat pada masa. Tahun pun dah 2020 tapi servis internet Celcom masih teruk. Kejap ok.kejap tak ok. Memang kerap line tiada. Macam mana dengan masa dan ketika internet tiada itu, dapat kah refund balik? Apakah dengan komplen ini masalah dapat diatasi?

LINE BERMASALAH

Hi Celcom. Please repair your Celcom line at Bandar Seri Jempol , Negeri Sembilan. Its been 2 weeks since it become so slow. After im buying data plan 2GB for 1 week the line still slow like I didn't buy any data plan and its not worth. Over 200+ms when im playing Mobile Legend or searching information on Google and become fast back when on midnight about 3am. I hope your team pay attention to this problem. Thanm you .

LINE BERMASALAH

Hai Celcom. Saya membeli daja pakej untuk seminggu sebanyak 2GB. Tetapi internet disini (Bandar Seri Jempol) sangat lemah semasa saya bermain Mobile Legends kelajuan internet menunjukkan sebanyak 200+ms dan juga semasa saya mencari maklumat di Google ia sangat perlahan walaupun saya sudah melanggan pakej data selama dua minggu berturut-turut. Saya harap pihak Celcom dapat memberi kerjasama dan memperbaiki masalah ini kerana saya rasa tidak berbaloi seperti saya tidak melanggan apa apa pakej data . Sekian terima kasih .

Line teruk

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera kpd pegawai dan staff celcom..Tuan&Puan.. Hampir 3 tahun sy mengunakan line postpaid celcom di kediaman sy ni (taman kenari, ayer tawar).. Line terlalu teruk didalam kawasan sy ni,sy bukan duduk dalam pedalaman yg penuh bukit bukau tp kawasan pekan.. Sy menggunakan plan platinum plus 188..jd pihak tuan dn puan rasa berbaloi ke untuk sy rm 200± setiap bulan yg hmpir 3 thun sy guna hnya untuk dapatkan kelajuan internet sebanyak 199ms swaktu bermain online games(call of duty).. Sy menggunakan peranti huawei mate 30..guna phone mahal sudah, line pun mahal sudah sehingga 200gb sebulan, tp xde kestabilan lgsg.. Sy harap pihak celcom dpt tangani apa yg saya lalui skrg ni.. Sy juga sertakan sekeping gambar screnshot dibawah ini... Sekian terima kasih..

Staf kurang sopan

Staff celcom yang bernama lusiana Cawangan Suria Sabah,Kota kinabalu mempunyai perkhidmatan pelanggan yang tidak sopan terhadap pelanggan.Cara percakapannya juga quite rude. Saya bertanya baik bahawa saya ingin membuat simkad baru dan beliau mengatakan dengan nada kurang sopan gunakan sahaja mesin yang telah disediakan. Setelah saya menggunakan mesin tersebut, mesin itu menyuruh agar pergi ke kaunter operator celcom maka saya pun pergi kembali berkata kepada lusiana bahawa saya harus berurusan di kaunter.Lusiana dengan muka yang masam pergi mendapatkan kertas nombor dan menghentakan kertas tersebut di atas meja yang berdekatannya. Saya agak terkejut dengan perbuatan beliau tersebut. Walaupun mungkin beliau ada masalah lain yang tidak berkaitan dengan bidang kerja beliau tetapi amatlah tidak baik sekiranya masalah tersebut dibawa-bawa dengan layanan yang tidak sopan terhadap pelanggan sedangkan beliau bertugas sebagai pegawai perkhidmatan pelangga celcom.

Line Internet Celcom Lemah

Line internet di kws perumahan Tang Hong, Saratok menjadi lemah dan perlahan sejak sebulan yg lalu. Lebih hairan, kws perumahan kmi ni terletak di tengah bandar Saratok. Kws yg di luar bandar Saratok, line internetnya lebih baik. Tolong selesaikan mslh ni kerana sblm ni line internet sgt baik & memuaskan.

Change plan from first basic 38 to XPLite

Changed from basic 38 to xp lite.

Was not advised that all remaining data from first basic will be forfeited upon change of plan. Have around 6G left when subscribe to the new plan. All gone down the drain.

Was not advised that subscription for unlimited facebook will be terminated upon change of plan.

Staff like not trained. Felt being cheated and ripped off. The remaining data is part of the service that has been paid for. Celcom has no right to forfeit my data.

Request to revert back to old plan but staff was not helpful, citing thay are unable to do it. I wouldn't had change to the new plan if i know my subscription for unlimited facebook will be terminated. I seldom call. So XPLite package with unlimited calls is useless to me. I only use facebook most of the time.

Request celcom to revert my plan to basic 38 with unlimited internet and give me back my 6G data

BAD NETWORK COVERAGE AT SIMUNJAN

Celcom Network coverage at Simunjan is really really bad these 2 days. What happen? it is really suck. Did celcom take any action regarding this issue??

No basic internet

My number is 0192960708.... Whenever i top up, no basic internet all the time. I hv to call celcom line : 1111 and tell them. After few days only i will get basic internet. This is the 4th i top up and the same 4th time no basic internet. Very slow admin and no priority and value for celcom customers. Celcom is losing their customers....... Celcom, Arrange my basic internet faster....very frustrated.....

CONTINUOUS BILLING DESPITE TERMINATION

I wish to refer to mobile no. 012-380 0919 (Account No. 15152601). This was a sub line given to my niece to use and payment is standing instruction charged to my credit card. I was not aware that she requested for her bills to be sent to her parent's home
in Alor Setar. While the monthly bill is debited to my credit card, my sister in Alor Setar was paying by cash. This was going on for
umpteen years and we were not aware of the double payment. The ironic part is the double payment doesn't reflect on the statement.

On 25 Sept 2018, I have terminated this sub line and hence no charges we made to my credit card. However, the monthly bills
continue to be sent to my sister's home and they were continuing with the payment thinking that I have not terminated the line.
Of course I wasn't aware of the separate billing from the early days.
OMG ! Then only recently we realised that CELCOM has been sending out the bill despite the termination was done more than a
year ago. The latest bill just arrived.

I am bloody pissed with this CHEATING by Celcom and I hope someone in authority will look into this issue and make the necessary refunds, failing which, we have no choice but to resort to other ways of handling this matter.
