Slalu.. Selalu DISCONNECT... Line sangat SLOW... 4G tp Terlalu slow.. Byar Mhal tp SLOW.. mmg menyesal tukar ke line...skrang nie Line Celcom Terok gila.. Tgh Guna tb2 DISCONNECT.. smpai thap kna On/Off Airplane mode byk kali.. Bila nk settle pon xtau Celcom nie.. bulan2 byr ok ja.. tp servis celcom trlampau terok....

Line internet slow

Saya pengguna celcom dah lebih 10 tahun. Anak isteri serta org2 kawasan saya ramai guna celcom. Line 4g penuh. Internet jarang2 melebihi speed 1mbps. Nak kata jauh tak juga sebab tempat kami dengan bandar kota bharu 5 km je. Dengan pekan wakaf bharu 2 km. Fully 4g tapi internet slow sejak dari dulu

Late night youtube consume internet quota

I think celcom is doing good job. They offer unlimited late night youtube but it consumes internet quota. What a joke. Why offer something that is not working then?? Celcom 1 star. Do something about it.

line lepas 12 malam tiba hilang

kenapa line internet tiba-tiba hilang lepas 12 malam tanpa notis...
susah lah macam tu, bagi yang buat bisnes online...
sebab time tulah untuk kitorang ada masa untuk setting apa-apa yang dalam talian.
tapi celcom buat hal....ni memang dah tak ada kesabaran dah nak kena tukar network.

Unexplained additional Bill charges

I applied for a Platinum postpaid plan for RM 148.00 per month but when I received the bills it was more than the contract I've signed - it became RM224.+ and when I look for the charge detail it was not clearly specified how it became that amount but only said "additional charges". What the heck is it?
I want to cancel my contract with Celcom already for just about 3 months into it! Please help.

Dear Celcom,
your coverage and internet speed are getting more n more dissapointed.
I live in the centre of Kuala Lumpur yet the service are quite depressing.

Why is celcom getting worse?
1. The celcom freebies didnt last for a month even if i did not use it that much. Isnt "freebies" suppise to be FREE ???
2. Where the hell is the reload bonus? I miss that "unlimited weekend internet.
3. Why is the add on charge rm 2 now? Isnt it suppose to be rm 1 for 2MB??
4. The line is so slow!

Internet line very slow

Hi,

Why Celcom suddenly has very low reception? I am currently at Kimanis, Sabah experiencing this problem. The internet signal is very slow (signal in EDGE, sometimes even GPRS or no signal at all)? Please fix this ASAP.

50 sen auto deduction once every day

Hi Celcom. Any way to check or to track how celcom auto deduct my xpax credit everyday. ? Even i not using for sms or call ir internet, my credit decrease 50 sen per day.!

PACKAGE FIRST GOLD . LINE TERUK DI MANA2 SATU BAR SAJA BUKA FB PON TAK BOLEH. INGAT TIAP2 BULAN BAYAR BUTA KAT CELCOM KA. PERGI CELCOM CENTRE MCM LAYAN2 TAK LAYAN BAGI FEEDBACK PON SAMA SAJA TAK BUAT APA2 LINE DOK MCMTU JA. KLAU LINE TAK ELOK BAGI 20GB PON TAK GUNA LAH..HARAM BUTA JA BAYAR SETIAP BULAN..." setiap bulan pihak celcom mengenakan charge RM9 ke dlm bil saya utk tujuan langganan iflix.

utk pengetahuan, saya TIDAK PERNAH pun melanggani/download apps iflix ini.

apabila saya membuat aduan ke 1111, jawaban mereka ialah tidak dpt berbuat apa2 sbb TIDAK MEMPUNYAI KUASA keatas butiran/charge yg telah dibilkan.

saya menghubungi pula pihak IFLIX dan setelah membuat semakan, pihak iflix memberi jawaban melalui beberapa siri email yg nama dan no. telefon saya TIADA di dlm database mereka..

jadi soalan saya, scammer haramjadah mana yg mengenakan charge setiap bln di dlm bil saya ini???

Celcom melampau

Selamat tengah Hari. Saya ingin menyatakan rasa kecewa dengan perkhidmatan celcom Hari ini. Say afa melanggan pelan internet rm30 untuk 5gb dan kuota telah habis di guna kan semalam. Pagi tadi saya melanggan semula pelan rm10 2gb untuk seminggu. Saya da terima reply message dari celcom yg mengatakan saya berjaya melanggan pelan internet until seminggu. Lepas tu says buka data. Tak sampai 15 minit saya dapat mesej dari celcom mengatakan internet says guna pay per use. Kredit rm70 telah di tolak dr akaun prabayar saya. Saya rasa kecewa sangat dengan apa yang berlaku ni. Saya pelanggan celcom dengan no ini hampir 20 tahun tapi Tak sangka pulak perkhidmatan menjadi macam ni. Saya betul2 rasa Tak puashati

line 4g lemah luaskan coverage

coverage amat lemah..line 4g kadang2 ada tp 1 bar sahaja kemudian hilang.mmg tak boleh nak surf internet..bila keluar rumah tak sampai 1km macam tu line terus ok dan laju jadi 3 @ 4 bar..harap pihak celcom boleh luaskan lagi coverage di permatang tok brain penaga..terima kasih

Kenapa line wlupun 4G tp tak stabil
Download video whatsapp lambat,video fb jadi buffering....
Main Mobile Legend lagi hangin,kejap hijau kejap merah....
Klu duk dalam rumah lg tak ada line,takkan nak main hp kena duduk luar umah...macam nak tukar ke maxis plak..noob betoi celcom niiii........

Mohon pihak CELCOM pantau TOWER kawasan perumahan TAMAN PUSAT KEPONG KUALA LUMPUR,line sangat teruk... dalam rumah pun sangat susah dapat line,di luar rumah pun sekejap ada sekejap tiada line.

Kami berharap sangat ada peningkatan/penambahbaikan line CELCOM.

Penolakan kredit jika reload lebih

Kenapa celcom tidak menyekat penolakan kredit pelanggan oleh syarikat2 iklan yg entah ape2.. jika reload prepaid lebih, mesti akan berlaku penolakan kredit rm4/week..ape benda nii, padahal aku tak sebscribe ape2 pon.. kalau reload rm5, tolak rm4, baki aku tinggal rm1, xsempat nak buat ape2.. rasa mcm bodoh je sbb 4 kali dah aku kena mcm ni.. bila aku call celcom centre ckp aku ada tekan iklan ape2, n aku call syarikat iklan tu pon die just ckp aku subscribe iklan diorg. Mana bukti aku subscribe, padahal korg saje je nk kaut keuntungan dgn cara mudah.. haramjadah ko, padahal aku xde pon nk subcribe iklan yg ntah ape2..pleasee la celcom n syarikat2 iklan, jgn nak kaut keuntungan dgn cara tipu mcm ni..kredit yg dah ditolak tidak akn dpt refund balik.. such a shit💩.. hanya CELCOM je yg selalu buat penolakan kredit ats iklan2 bodoh tanpa izin pengguna.. please upgrade your poor security on your telcom CELCOM..other telco tak pernah pon nk makan kredit pengguna sesuka hati.. Aku rasa tiba masanya aku tukar talian telco yg lain 😡🤬🤬

internet sangat-sangat teruk

saya pengguna celcom selama 13 tahun..line internet celcom boleh dikatakan agak stabil dikawasan ini.... beberapa bulan selepas celcom mengubah plan/menyelaras plan yang terkini perkhidmatan internet mula turun dengan mendadak dari 1.5 mbps ke 30 -150 kbps all day sahaja...do something celcom 4G LTE..terima kasih
