Internet slow and can't connect to the game server

Sy ingin mnyatakan bahawa servis internet Di jerteh skrg mcm taik..internet tidak stabil..kadang2 hnya Naik h Dan xleh connect dgn server..kadang2 tiada terus..dlu oke he skrg mcm hampeh..nk up 5g pun stabil on yg mno ado la dlu...da le data mhal internet asyik2 putus2

Line slow sangat2

Tolong beritahu apa masalahnya sehingga line internet dalam linkungan 0,08KB - 1.79 KB sehari. Sangat lembab. Kami dijanjikan 20gb semasa weekdays dan 20gb semasa holidays dalam celcom gold plan. Jauh panggang dari api. Sangat tidak boleh diterima. Kemana perginya 20gb itu ...siapa yang sedut dari akaun kami.

Rasa macam nak pergi serang mana2 blue cube ni ...dah tahan dah rasanya...your service sucks big time!!!!!!!

Celcom service

Bad services, not user-friendly and definitely one of the biggest rip-off in telecommunication history. Great promotion but no ideal service to back it up. The higher-ups seems to not give a care about the complaints received and can be considered ignorant to the point of stupidity. Line sometimes disappears, making any online business/assignments being interrupted frequently. Not an ideal service if living outside of city. Wilayah Celcom much?

servis internet makin hari makin teruk

kenapa servis celcom makin lama makin teruk????? payment tak penah delay tapi setiap kali nak guna internet, sgt sgt sgt mengecewakan! slow nak mampus. sila perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda jika tidak mahu kehilangan pelanggan kerana servis anda makin lama makin teruk mcm sampah! tidak berkat duit yg diambil dari pengguna jika servis yang diberikan tidaks etara dgn nilai yg diberi. tidak mustahil CELCOM hanya akan tggal kenangan shj nti krn mutu servis sesampah ini yg dipersembahkan kpd kami pengguna anda!!!

teruknya servis celcom sekarang kenapa??? dah bayar on time, x penah delay payment pun still lembap internet. kenapa??? makin lama makin teruk. sila perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda jika tidak mahu kehilangan pelanggan. karang, sia2 je gah sekejap tapi kembali jadi sampah sbb servis yg semakin hari semakin sgt sgt sgt teruk!

Internet slow

Apa ni celcom?dah buat bayaran pun internet macam celaka...maka tidak hairanlah kalau ramai beralih ke telco lain..sungguh mengecewakan sekali..lewat bayar sikit kena barr..hampeh!..

4G internet speed is slow as turtle

Hi Celcom,

my internet speed is slow as turtle. i have to keep change airplane mode and change back to temporary use it.
this was happened since April. you was replied will fix at MAY but the problem still persist
i paid rm99 permonth deserved this kind of service?

CELCOM LINE COVERAGE

Hari ni dah dua hari line coverage celcom tak ada. Emergency call saja. Apa dah jadi dgn celcom sejak kblakangan ni. Saya perhati servis semakin lama semakin teruk. Plan data internet yg kurang munasabah harganya. Skrg ni saya nak reload topup pn susah sbb line tiba2 takde. Nak call org pun tak boleh. Mohon prihatin sikit terhadap pengguna celcom.

line suck the 🌽

Babi betul, wa emergency nk guna tenet, tp slow mcm siput babi, siput babi klau jln pn lama2 bole smpai juga, tp ini line langsung takbley smpai. Kontol klau lancap pn bole naik, tp celcom ni apa lancau setting dia bikin ar.. Kasi bukk ini simkad, pump kt toilet bersama taik.

This celcom line working like kontol, 2 week already, if one month like this, u must give us free bil.. Because we pay maa..sohai..
Celcom amoi, Why not u sit on the desk so we can do 69 exercise..then pancut on yr face..

Slow Internet

Bad connection, unstable ping and my quota speed turns to basic internet speed. I change from Maxis to Celcom to deserve this ah? Please fix your internet before I changing my line to another telco. Never play with man's patient since I'm being loyal with your telco about 3 years and with Maxis for more than 10 years.

Slow internet and bad coverage

This is fcking unacceptable. After paying so fcking much for a fcking plan, all I get is a slow as fcuk internet and bad coverage. Please fcking resolve this issue asafp as i'm still a monthly paying customer. And I know this thing happen in all places not just in rural area. So many customers feel cheated with this. Don't give any excuse anymore you fcuking cutn son of a btich!!!

Coverage and Internet issue

Saya penguna celcom hampir 7 tahun..Saya berasa kecewa dengan coverage celcom yang berlaku hari ni. Saya berhabis banyak kredit semata-mata call no "1111" atas sebab line tiba2 putus dan saya merayu untuk pihak celcom untuk hubungi saya, tapi tiada. Unresponsibility company. Pihak celcom sepatutnya hubungi customer semula sekiranya dah berjanji.Coverage line hadapi masalah dan sering terputus. Full bar to "zero" bar suddenly and always be like that. Internet also return tu "Edge(E)" status....What happens to celcom???..i'm as a customer need to know the details..Saya berharap agar masalah ini dapat diatasi kerana saya banyak berhabis kredit semata-mata untuk hubungi customer service and pihak celcom bukannya bertanggungjawab untuk menggantinya semula...saya merayu...

Bad Internet Connection and a Scammer

I just change to Celcom First Gold Plan last 2 month with a new hope that I don't have to subscribe every time I want to use the internet. But the thing just got worse .The line is so bad and such a crap !!IT IS MUCH WORSE THAN THE PREVIOUS PLAN I HAD !and you know what ? suddenly I received a message saying that I have been subsribed to this game call GAMEHERO and it charges me for noting !I don't even know the game existed.It seems like celcom is subscribing me to this game without my permission and then suddenly pressed charged on my bill . The worse telecom company ever !

P/s: all of my friend have been dealing with same situation and I think celcom will lost a huge amount of customer if they don't take this matter seriously !

Bad Connection and Poor Add-On Package

Dear Celcom,

Bad Connection.
Your communication and internet service connection recently has been very poor. Please do something.

Poor Add-On Package
Previously you have 2G internet data Add-On, but now you have changed to 1G + Yonder for the same additional price of RM20.
For your info, I do not use Yonder and I have no interest in using Yonder.
Pls provide us with the previous package as another option.

Poor line coverage

Saya pengguna setia celcom, daripada guna prepaid sampailah guna postpaid.. coverage line sangat la teruk.. nak bukak email/pdf langsung tak dapat.. please celcom do something... makin lama makin teruk.. sekarang ramai yang beralih kepada maxis kerana maxis telah upgrade line di kawasan kami... berharap celcom dapat menyelesaikan masalah kami

Service sangat teruk

Saya dari digi tukar ke celcom postpaid gold plus.
(1)Lepas satu hari digi reject sebab register tukar celcom line bukan atas nama saya.
(2)saya belum pergi ke center untuk buat sekali lagi,saya sudah dapat sms cakap line saya sudah active,lepas saya tukar sim card baru pun tak active lagi.
Saya call service center check,dalam sistem number saya tu sudah active ,tapi yang sim card tu bukan saya punya.
Masa tu digi sudah matikan sim card saya.
Service center Lagi panggil saya tunggu 3 hari pekerja.

Internet and Network

Since April 2017, my mobile network / mobile data has been lost. I call Celcom Customer Service and being told that they are upgrading the service . But until today 18 May 2017, its nothing. No changes. Celcom Malaysia SHOULD DO PRESS CONFERENCE and apologizes to all their loyal customer .. like me which has been with Celcom from 2011. I am really upset with this as this also affect my job. Rectification supposed to be done immediately and upgrade all your service at once if not you are losing your customer.

4G but couldn't load videos

Hi Celcom,

The line is very terrible nowadays since after the free internet for FB and WA i guess. Can't even load videos now in FB and Wechat (very very slow). Furthermore, the line will always refresh at any time from 4G to 3G especially at night (around 10pm) which will cause message/email unable to send out and connection lost while in the middle of playing games.

Please fix the connection asap before we change to another telco.

No Kelentong

TQ celcom dengan plan baru no kelentong Ni...diri ini sangat2 rasa telebih kena kelentong oleh celcom...line 3/4 bar tp internet slo. .kadang2 ada kadang x...konon bagi free fb n basic 10gb tp bila apply internet buka fb taw basic internet...dia potong data internet yg kita apply...jd yg free tu utk apa? Punya ayat no kelentong...Terlebih kelentong ada la...iklan bukan main tp kepala bana bapa engko

Sebelum guna xpax no kelentong...iklan kat tv berabis no kelnton. ..cehhh bila kita da guna...ayat dia berubah jd no way celcom x kelentong...more kelentong

Line barred without any reason

Hi,
I'm Celcom prepaid user more than 5 years. My line suddenly barred with reason 50 days no reload. No notification was sent informing line was barred and just sms asking me to reload. I follow instruction to reload but PIN received can not reload. Call Center asked to go back Service Center to activate back bu paying RM30. But i have purchase the PIN and why i need pay extra RM30?

This is really a con-man company and i really disappointed with such a suck service!
