Line very slow like shit

My plan is First Gold Plus, but the data I use very lag, in Melaka town area 4G but very slow like shit! Very hard to use sometimes still can't connect, please settle all this problem ASAP! TQ

Service level - 0%

Payment has been made on 13/8/2017 via internet banking, and subsequently call was made to celcom to unbar the line on the same day. Nevertheless the line was barred again on next day as i was informed that Celcom need 3 days to update the payment. Each call i made to celcom on the following monday to wednesday, all customer service has promised i could access call for 3 days. But they are all lying as my line was barred within 24 hours. I also need to highlight that not all the calls was recorded as my call record was missing. The standard of a local network provider is sucks and this is my first awful experience with Celcom for the past 10 years. Celcom does not appreciate their customer and it is time for me to move to other service provider.

Failed to connect to internet plan

I don't know what's wrong with celcom service! I already renew the internet plan and it took my money. But the problem is, my data is on 4G but there's still don't have any latest notification . So, I connected to WiFi, and my phone works no prob. But the Celcom internet plan very sucks and slow asf.

Slow like snail

Hi celcom, im here to tell you that your internet speed are quiet disappointing. Max speed only 300 kbps even it's 4g with full bar, i hope you fix the internet speed or I'll quit using celcom forever.

Network Service

Hi Celcom,

We are experiencing a very bad celcom service here for several months and today 8/817 is among the worst. The network data so damn slow. Your network service like SHIT.
Your signal, intermittently lost. Cant even make calls.

I think you should change your motto to..
"AT CELCOM, WE PROVIDE VERY POOR SERVICE AND WE STILL CHARGE THE CUSTOMER. YOU CAN NEVER GET THIS BUSINESS ELSEWHERE"

Your service is improving from shit to bullshit

Network speed

Why my line internet getting slow?

I live at city but why the coverage like i'm stay at the pluto? Come on, the users already paid the data too. Please do something. Especially we are students! We need to do our own assignments. I do really hope that celcom can figure it out about the users problem. Thanks.

Account already closed but cannot get back deposit and still being charge after

My husband is a foreigner and was told by Celcom KLCC that he have to put a deposit of RM 500 in order to have his Celcom broadband account. Now that we are leaving the country (almost 1 year after opening account), we went to Celcom Pavillion to terminate the account and were told that we have to pay the remaining balance only in Celcom Jalan Ampang.

We went to Celcom Jalan Ampang and were told to pay extra RM 100 because that was the last bill. But we could not get back the deposit of RM 500 as the lady said, their system did not showed that my husband has paid the deposit of RM 500. Celcom Jalan Ampang ask us to show the receipt of the deposit we made. What a lousy system, we have opened this account for almost one year and of course we have lost the receipt. The lady told us to go back to Celcom KLCC to ask about the deposit.

We went back to the branch that we opened the account, KLCC Branch and they said they can't do anything about it, and we still have to go to Celcom Jalan Ampang to deal with this issue. Funny, this KLCC Branch still mentioned that a foreigner still have to put a deposit of RM 500 when Jalan Ampang said something else.

Three months going on, my husband received a letter from a collection agency that he still have to pay a balance of RM 100 for the final bill. What the #### is going on with Celcom? What is the point of having a branch elsewhere if they are not capable of doing something very easy? Celcom is irresponsible, unprofessional, stupid management, stupid customer service, hires stupid agent. You should have just closed all you branches. Celcom is fraud, blood sucker, wasting your customer's time.

2. email my account manager: desmond.geow@celcom.com.my
3. call Celcom helpline, Bahagian Elite for 3 times
4. Facebook Celcom Messenger
5. Visit Celcom Centre at Taman Molek, JB
6. Whatsapp En. Faizal +60 19-272 713X ⁠(he asked me to email to bizcare@celcom.com.my)
Any other method for me to resolve me problem?

Internet line very slow even 4G

Whats wrong with celcom line now? very slow even 4G line? For what we pay every month? To get SLOW INTERNET connection? Please fix as soon as possible. saya pengguna celcom dah 13thn tapi rasa nak bertukar kepada U-mobile ler macam nie makin lama makin teruk service..........
