Internet tetiba hilang

Perghh, buat sakit jiwa bila internet hilang selama 4 jam. Mula-mula fikir phone aku yang problem, so turn off and on harapkan ada perubahan. Last-last mak aku jugak ada masalah yang sama. Tunggu macam lah nak mati dari pukul 1 petang hingga 5 petang. Yang paling menyedihkan aku baru beli internet time tu nak pakai, time-time tu jugak internet hilang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak lah Celcom ye.

Line celcom semalam bukan main lembab lagi. memang kuang ajar yhe kau celcom dgn sye. Tkprr!!! Sbelum ni tk ada masalh hok macm ni. Smlm line macam piece off crap sesangat. Sedangkn nk surfing goggle nok cari maklumat penting pn payoh keno makan masa 5min bhaii. Internet not stable

Saya beli add internet untuk fb sebanyak 20GB tpi disebabkn internet yg tak pernah nak stabil...saya masih ada baki 10GB selepas seminggu guna...cakap NO KELENTONG TAPI INDAH KHABAR DARI RUPA LA..promotion gila-gila tpi old problem masih tak fix kn lgi..macam mana orang nak percaya NO KELENTONG...GOODBYE CELCOM AND WELCOM ANOTHER SERVICE...any advice guys for another plan

POOR SERVICE

I really disappointed with Celcom because my case still not settle yet even already 10 years. This is regarding about fraud whereby someone using my Identity card and register postpaid. Suddenly letter from lawyer firm claim to as for payment. I had made a police report and go to celcom hq to do complain. Unfortunately, after a few years again I received a letter from lawyer firm about the same case but this time when I go there. According to customer services there is no complaint made before and she is still new. I have to fill up again the form and submit the complaint regarding about the fraud. Until now i have not received any call from Celcom and when i try to register postpaid with other telco they mentioning that i have outstanding payment with celcom.

Please do your work. Do not "makan gaji buta sahaja". do contact me to settle this thing

Coverage still available but not stabilize

Well, at my area kepayan sabah connection are still main concern us here. I've this problem has long ago since 3 weeks ago but still nothing happens. And the fact that there's never any response to reviews is pissing me off as well. What happen CELCOM??? Did you lose tech support or something??? This unfair purchases, unfair events. The biggest problem is UNFAIRNESS!!!.....................XD

Celcom

Hello. I am a student from USM Engineering Campus. Last month, a celcom booth was set up in my University. They were having promotions and they approached my friend and I. They told us that they are giving us free simcards that we dont have to pay any amount. We asked them what if we want to terminate the account and they assured us if we are no longer interested in celcom we can just leave it. But yesterday, both my friend and I got a bill from celcom stating that we have to pay RM46.35 eventhough we never used the simcards. When I called the hotline for celcom yesterday, they told me that my celcom number is not valid. And when my call was received by one of the customer service, he told me that I must pay RM46.35 and if I want to terminate the account, I must pay extra RM80. When I told him about my situation, he asked me about the id of the people who sold me the simcard. But I was unable to identify the person. Then the customer service officer asked me to pay the amount and if i refused, he told me I would be blacklisted even though I haven't even USED the simcard. Personally, I am very disappointed with celcom because I thought that celcom must be a trustworthy company. But it seems that they can just manipulate students into using celcom and finally we are being victimized. I am just a student and now I have to pay more than RM100 for a service that I did not even use. I am writing this to those officer who can take serious action to prevent any cheating from happening. I am going to terminate the celcom line and i am sure to discourage any of my friends and family members if they want to go for celcom. I am disappointed that celcom can't do anything when it can be clearly seen that the sim card is not activated.

The poor customer service

The most poor customer service that I never seen before,the promoter service is rude.i just wanna to ask something about my sin card problem because my sin card was registered in the morning today,but that is invalid.i walk through the counter then I want to ask something but the rude promoter just ignore me and just press the next number,holly shit,i was so sad about the attitude i hope the company take this action and I don't hope this happen again in the future,thanks

Terminate My Line Due Speed Sucks

I'm going to terminate my line. This time celcom is no longer reliable to consumer. I called cs centre to make a complaint and their technical department keep busy. again when I want to get refund for the days that I'm unable to use they refused to entertain and ask me to consult with their congested call technical department.

Fix line coverage

I take Gold Plus plan for almost a year. I am stayed at Crocker Range, the signal is very poor, my whaaps cannot load any message, if only i went to Pekan, the line is best, but here very poor, unfortunately showed no signal.. can fix ?

LIne kat sini mmg 4g lte kunun.. Tp bila da on data.. Buka fbook pun slow loading.. Game. . Youtube.. . Google.. Semua slow.. Atau mmg ni celcom punya bos pun slow ker.. Sampai masalah ni belum d perbaiki. Banyak suda komplen beb.. Sampai bila macam ni.. Sya da banyak langgan data internet.. Saya download mvie selalu failed .. Abis data.. Internet to slower not stable

Stfu....Hari hari benda yang sama berulang mana tahan. Line dekat sabah kota kinabalu tidak stabil nk tengok youtube pun payah lahh kena tunggu lagi berjam jam sedangkan nk searching google pun lambat sangat.LoL Macam rasa rugi dan tertipu pula beli pelan NO KELENTONG ni Rm50 internet bulanan 10gb quota. Harap pihak berkuasa celcom sila ambil tindakan segera cabut seluruh papan tanda kamu yang ada di atas pokok kelapa tepi jalan kota kinabalu sabah tu ini wilayah celcom 4G. Lo tau sebab memang sudah terserlah line tu macam pantat lahhh.. fixed you line lahhh celcom come on lahh to slow lahh..

Slow

Why is the internet connection is unstable. I started to use celcom when the internet burung hantu had attracted many people and thethe speed was incredible. From that day the speed is always fast. Lately, the internet is unstable. Somtimes it gotten fast but the max speed is only lower then 500 kbps. Unlike before where it could reach up to 2mbps even on a 3g smartphone. And now the connection was so unstable that even I want to send whatsapp message, I need to w8 atnew lest 3 to 10 sec. It is getting worst that people around me is starting to chang to other sim such as digi. You now that I wasted my money on rm50 for 10gb for 1 month that I can only use half of it because of the unstable connection. And the 20gb youtube and internet burung hantu was also a waste. Please fix this as soon as you can before peoples started to change to other sim.

Celcom betul betul lambat

I can't understand how come the line is so slow. Even I bought so much GB, that is can't finish. One page have to wait so long. So more error will be happening. Call to customer service , it seems like normal. What is going on? Pay and get invaluable data. No worthy. Kindly please upgrade your system or else customer will change to another data plan.

Masalah coverage

aku dah x larat nak buat mcm mna nak setting fon... Dah berkali col celcom nak dapatkan keputusan yg baik... Dari tahun lepas 2016 sehinggalah hari ini 13/03/2017 masalah coverage internet celcom masih x pulih.... Kalau sewa line tu RM30 atau bawah RM50 ok lah... Ni celcom platinum kot.... Coverage hampeh... Amat kecewa....dulu aku ingt maxis ni down... La ni kat dlm hitan pun ada 4g lte... Gambar bawah ni aku tes speed maxis

Celcom low connection

I live around permyjaya, miri, Sarawak. I would like to complain the celcom line. Firstly, the telephone connection is always show low signal or not signal at all whenever I'm in my house. Hence, I have to go outside of the house, to get a good signal. It is quite troublesome, especially during the rain. Secondly, because of the low connection, I cannot surf the Internet. So, what's the point paying ~RM100 everymonth without enjoying the package. Thirdly, it is getting worse from week to week. Sometimes, I have to walk around my further from my house area, just to get stable signal. This problem started around November 2016 and increasingly annoying. Please help to fix this Celcom. Thank you.

Poor Celcom reception and data slow

We from Kota Kemuning have highlighted that we are experiencing an intermittent signal reception issue plus slow data performance. Call has been logged since last year but the response that we got that the issue has been resolved and case closed. Issue still persistent and causing so much inconvenience when phone goes "NO SERVICE". When trying to call us during this period, it was indicating that the number not in service. Hence, I use to miss all the important calls. Till the extent I have to reboot my phone several time to regain the reception and move to some other spots to get the signal. This hassle has been ongoing for 1 year till I gave up and just port out to Maxis after settling the remaining outstanding after the cut off date. Now when I call the Celcom customer service, they are claiming that I have to pay the full amount for a month which is not fair even after porting out to Maxis.

I hope that this need to be addressed in terms getting a solution for the reception issue and data slow performance. Else Celcom going be a failure.

Please do something about this.

CELCOM LINE SUCKS!!

I'VE BEEN USING CELCOM LINE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW.BUT RECENTLY THE NETWORK SERVICE AND INTERNET IS VERY SLOW.AND SOMETIME SUDDEN DISCONNECTED. THIS MATTER REALLY DISRUPT MY WORK.AS A LOYAL CELCOM CUSTOMER I URGE CELCOM COMPANY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!! WITH SO MANY COMPLAINT I THINK THE PROBLEM IS REALLY AT YOUR(CELCOM COMPANY) SIDE . SO PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT!!!! If still the same I think I'll just change to another telco . LOYALTY FOR 10 YEARS NOT WORTH IT !!!

Connection problem still not been fixed. SERIOUSLY!! do the developer actually read this reviews.SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

At my kampung kepayan kota kinabalu.sabah connection problem are mains concern about us here. I've been report this issues to the developer about what us experienced in this a couple days ago but still didn't successful. Still No feedback until now!!! This used to be amazing and alot of fun but with the implementation
Of the flawed system and lack balance between. This has become stale. It lacks any sort of sense of progression and accomplishment for us as it becomes a competition of who gets rigged and who gets the best
In the current meta. It is beyond absurd. It is like the only goal to progress is to wait for your own underhanded slaughter. With the current meta of this it is becoming lackluster. I wish i can support this server more but i'm cutting close to giving up on this. Right now, i would't even dare recommending it to any friend at all. Please don't ruined what shred of appeal this had left. Just wait until it became a huge gold digger like so many others. DON'T try it. Customer service is not there.
