Data cepat habis

Saya sudah alami ini selama 2 kali. Saya melanggan internet plan 2gb for rm10 yg mana pakej itu menyatakan terdapat unlimited youtube dari 1am sehingga 7am. Disebabkan ini, saya kerap berjaga sehingga jam menunjukkan 1 pagi semata mata untuk stream YouTube videos. Namun malangnya, hanya selepas 2-3 video dimainkan, Celcom akan menghantar satu mesej yang menyatakan internet balance saya berbaki 30% padahal saya baru sahaja melanggan dan sedangkan ia sepatutnya unlimited. Sebelum ini tiada masalah tetapi baru2 ini menjadi masalah sebanyak 2 kali. Saya berasa amat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan seperti ini. Saya memerlukan penjelasan dan solusi dari pihak anda. Poor service coverage in Penang

I travel from Georgetown to Kepala Batas, Penang everyday for work, and the only time I can speak on the phone is during driving. Recently, Celcom's line service is getting worse. Calls are disrupted up to 4-5 times throughout my journey, and it is very frustrating. Can you improve your service coverage please? The area that I travel is not remote, so expecting better line service is not unrealistic.

NO SERVICE BUT ASK TO PAY FOR THE BILL ! CHEATER !

Wonder if anyone who reading this , are you guys facing the same trouble with me?

Since a few month ago , I notice i hardly receive WhatsApp , which all my colleague can received at the same time but Im the only one who cant, so I have to restart my phone every single time to received any text.

As i called to check if my sim card problem, and CELCOM told me it was not, So I spent a few thousand to change my phone away as we thought ,is the device problem wish we find out later it was not because of the device!. After i change my phone Celcom have more surprise to me , from low bar to no service! So i started to contact Celcom and Celcom started all their his nonsense. what having disruption ! what congested ! what tower still not fix after one month ! One week since i change my phone ! no service provided ! even it show celcom with 4G but cant even send an email.

AFTER SO MANY CALLED AND TRY TO COMMUNICATE ! IM SO DAM ENOUGH WITH ALL THIS NONSENSE WITH CELCOM !

Celcom you liar ! you force us to pay bills with no service ! you cheating our money ! so unprofessional !

Pay our money back ! you cant provide any service then inform the customer earlier ! cant fix the tower , then pay us back our freaking money ! dont cheat ! you want the money then give the network ! never ever keep promises ! promise to call but where is a the call ??????????

CELCOM ruin all my plan and put me into so many unnecessary trouble and complaint !

Wrongful Giving Away Ownership of My Mobile Number and Total Failure to Carry Out My Instructions

CELCOM, WHAT KIND OF STAFF ARE YOU HAVING?

I have 2 daughters and including me, all the 3 of us have subscribed to Celcom and have been using Celcom for our handphone services for several years.

As my daughters were still minors at the time I decided to use Celcom services, I had been paying to Celcom for the charges for myself and for my 2 daughters as well.

As my eldest daughter has now attained her age of majority, I wanted to let her account with Celcom be independent and therefore wanted to exclude her Celcom account from my payment arrangement with Celcom.

I therefore brought my eldest daughter to Celcom at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL, on 6/9/19 to exclude her from my payment arrangement and let her Celcom account be independent.

I went to Celcom TTDI on 6/9/19 morning and had explained what my intention was. Celcom personnel understood what I wanted (especially when I had even drawn out a picture of what my intention was to give better clarity to her).

This personnel then asked for my daughter to attend to the matter on her own.

My daughter then went into Celcom TTDI to attend to the matter and within a short while she called me (I was in my car waiting as there was no parking) and said Celcom would charge me RM60 for this even though I did not know why this was chargeable. I had no choice but to agree to the payment.

To cut the story short, everything was "done" within a short period of time but I have to emphasize that I DID NOT SIGN any document whatsoever.

Much to my surprise when I called Celcom customer service this afternoon (15/9/19), I was shocked and I was given the following answers:

1. my mobile number which I have been using for some 20 years HAS NOW BEEN SWAPPED TO MY DAUGHTER meaning my daughter's name is now the OWNER of my mobile number;

2. my daughter's mobile number, needless to say, HAS NOW BEEN SWAPPED TO MY NAME meaning my name is now the OWNER of my daughter's mobile number.

Goodness, can Celcom staff who handled our matter be more stupid and idiotic?

First I DID NOT sign any document whatsoever, how could my mobile number be swapped to another person, even though she is my daughter, WITHOUT MY WRITTEN APPROVAL?

Second, with some common sense (quite obvious the Celcom staff concerned did not have much), everybody knows a mobile number is almost equivalent to a person's identity (akin to IC number) and will not be changed easily, would Celcom not have a system to alert the to-be-changed owner of a mobile number to double confirm whether to swap the ownership of his/her number to another person is this person's intention?

Third, it is obvious that Celcom does not train and has failed to train its staff properly and does not care about the quality of their staff.

In short, Celcom has WITHOUT MY WRITTEN APPROVAL given the ownership of my mobile number to another person (in this case is my daughter), what would happen if it was swapped to an unknown third party?

Celcom has charged me RM60 but has failed to carry out my instruction ie to exclude my eldest daughter's Celcom account from my payment arrangement and let my said daughter's Celcom account be independent from me and has instead ILLEGALLY given my mobile number to another person without my written approval.

I hereby lodge a formal complaint against Celcom for being negligent and hereby reserve all rights to sue Celcom for any damages and losses which I may lose.

Can the authority concerned please look into my complaint and help me resolve it asap?

Celcom System Are Really Suck!

I just from Digi Prepare change telekom to Celcom on 18/08/2019 Sunday at Publica Celcom Center.

Actual change telekom date is on 20/08/2019 TUESDAY afternoon time, at the same day around 7:00pm++ i go to Publica Celcom Center sign a package Celcom Gold Plus 98 Family line, the sub line sign with a new numbers around 8:00pm++

The staff tell me that in the future the Celcom bill will show at Celcom Life Apps ask me to download it. I download it on the next day.

While i see on my Celcom Life Apps, I can't saw my bill, but able to click in details page, at the details sms page it appear that i had send an sms RM0.20 on 23/07/2019, i feel strange why i had a sms sending out? because I just bought it on 20/08/2019.

So i call to the Celcom Customer Service.

First speak with a officer but he unable to answer my question, because at the system that really charge me RM0.20 sms that show sending to a numbers 011-30117161.

So he transfer the call to his superviser, his name is Mr Nizam. I repeat again the questions to him and ask why it appear in my apps system?

He told me let me wait 28/08/2019 until the statement bill came out.

At the day of 28/08/2019 i had check on my Celcom Life Apps, but also unable to saw my statement, but while i check in my details sms page, the sms date from 23/07/2019 change to 29/07/2019.

I wait until next day 29/08/2019 and re-check again Celcom Life Apps, it still didn't have statement appear, but the sms page date send from 29/07/2019 become 30/07/2019 RM0.20 become RM0.21 (Last see 30/07/19 become 03/08/19)

I call to the Customer Service Center again, repeat again the questions to the officer, he also unable give me the answer. He say will let Mr Nizam or another superviser call back to me, but at that day i didn't get any call from them.

31/08/2019 Mr Nizam call me, told me that statement appear still need take some times, ask me to wait. OK, i wait it.

01/09/2019 Morning time i take a quickly seen to check my apps details there, i feel happy that the SMS page didn't charge me any RM0.00. On the same day afternoon time MR NIZAM have call me, but i was busy, i ask him call back me tomorrow.

02/09/2019 Finally i can saw my statement, when i take a look the problem RM0.20 sms from my mainline number charge change to charge on my subline number.
Wtf?!!! How come will charge at my subline number?

At the same time Mr Nizam call me. He told me my mainline didn't charge RM0.20 sms.
Than i directly ask him, why charge on my subline number? He say system there show 20/08/2019 10:44pm my subline number send an SMS to 011-30117161.

Hah? I tell him, since the day my mainline and subline sign with Celcom, both line until today didn't send any sms before, somehow 20/08/2019 the subline i just get it at night, i still haven't pass it to my family member use, how come can send sms out?

Most important things is, the numbers sms send still same is 011-30117161 !!!
Is the numbers that officer say MY MAINLINE NUMBERS send to this SMS when the first time i make report!

Huh? System can simply charge? Ya, u may say just only RM0.20 just a small money why i want so dispute?

Than i tell you why? if have a slit like this, one person take 0.20 sen, if 10k person? 100k person? And say really, got how many people will actual see their statement?
If it not just charge 0.20 sen?

I just sign in the package calculate the date start until today just 13days! Start since 20/08/2019 (After report almost time is wasted on waiting for reply/statement)

I make my 1st report just at next days after sign in with celcom package, some more this package still need to tied me for 2 years!

**Will you continue to use such a service?

Got Intermittent cellular connection while speaking with someone

When I have a phone call with someone, the line seems unstable. It get automatically disconnected and the voice not so clear. Kindly help to fix this issue ASAP as I am paying a huge money every month. I am not living in rural area instead in Cyberjaya which supposedly should get a strong connection. It is a shame to Celcom as one of a big Telco in Malaysia. If this not fix ASAP you will losing customers and I will change to other service provider and will not promote to all my friends and family for this Telco.

staff changed wrong plan, yet i hv to pay extra

Change my phone plan to Xpax50, the form stated Xpax 50, but the staff change my plan to first gold. Sat i change the plan, then next day realized that they changed the wrong plan, they changed to first gold. Call the customer helpline, they cant do anything, need me go back to the branch to rectify. The funny part is the officer told me that the staff at Taman Molek got many this kind of problem. Sunday that branch closed, so only can go bk on Monday and finally changed back to Xpax 50.

Next, when i received the bill, Celcom has charged me for the commitment fee for first gold, because their staff changed the wrong plan, yet i have to pay for it!!!

I have email to the customer service, 1st email asked me to wait 3-7 working days for them to investigate, after 7 working days, no news from them. I sent another mail to them, yet i received the same standard reply, ask to wait for 3-7 working days, when i read the formal standard reply, is really piss off, and given another reference number, how many reference number i need to quote, each time different reference number!

So easy thing to investigate, yet they drag for a week and another week. I have provided the form to them, just check with the staff in charge, and solve the problem, why need so long time to do so?

dapat mesej bayar bill sampai due 17 julai. tapi 17hb servis dah teruk sangat. padahal tak banyak layari internet guna data.bila bayar 17 hb, still lembab, tawar hati dengan celcom sampai bila2.

Rip Off

Bought a Sim and purchased extra credit. Did not make any calls yet credit gone in 24 hours. Celcom representative called next day 4 times to hassle us to waste more money with them! I recommend you try another company if you want service.
