Fix the connection ASAP

Please fix the connection ASAP.. small town connection slow, now at city, line syill the same.. please!!!!!
U giv 40GB BIG GB 4G but the lime stil like a snails !!! Or this is ur actually bisnes style???!!!!

Line Slow

Line di kampung nakhoda batu caves sangat slow, 2 atau 3 bulan masa mula2 pakai line ni ok. selepas tu 4G on off. ( bulan jun 2016)
Dekat seri rampai juga line sangat slow dan tak stabil.

internet 4g bars

line 4g, internet, tpi, gve a shit....mkan duit je banyak, dah tu bagi cutomers tai... come on, berbisness tu biarlah halal sikit. "jangan nak mkan duit lebih."...contohnye..negara vietnam... mreka pkai ip ke hp biasa ke.. tetapi ttap juga internet bagus... walaupun ip bgi more smoothly connction... tpi celcom... banyaknye tertapi... i knew some of the nature of business which is for profit, but for as a service provider, u shouldn't do the same... u should give what customer pay u lah...rugilah klau u buat iklan besaran dkat tv ke radio ke INI WILAYAH CELCOM lah.... buang duit!== buat bnyak mna pun promotion klau service mcam tai... orang takkan tetarik punye... ye ..mreka akan tetarik... tetapi slpas beberapa blan... pasti pelangan pergi trbang ke pokok lain....celcom services n internet tai daknya... not complain... just gve u motivations to treat customers in a good way.... ignore grammar... asal faham

I got E network

I got poor internet network on my phone during at home or anywhere I go and it happened almost for a week now..I used to be a loyal customer for a decade but now im getting annoyed with this kind of service..please fix ur coverage la celcom..worst at tambunan and penampang area..mula2 ok seja skrg mcm tai ooo..bulan2 bayar ontime jga..

Disconnected frequently

I pay 85 ringgit per month for an internet that can randomly disconnected and go down to 0KB/s. Fix this! please celcom have some dignity.

line internet slow

line internet sangat slow di kawasan perumahan guru jalan tanjung kidurong, bintulu. menyusahkan saya untuk online key in data murid. nak download satu movie pun nak kena tunggu sampai 3 jam. minta tolong pihak celcom bintulu cabut semua papan tanda "INI WILAYAH CELCOM" sebab dah terbukti line cialcom memang SANGAT TERUK. DIGI lebih berkualiti berbanding cialcom walaupun kuota agak mahal. mohon diperbaiki servis dan kualiti line cialcom diseluruh Malaysia. pengguna rasa tertipu dengan jumlah wang yang dibelanjakan untuk membayar bil dan prepaid.

NO SERVICE AT MIDNIGHT AND POOR CONNECTION

I'm gonna crazy if I stay with Celcom for the next few day. .I stop using DiGi and change to ur line .but I got the worst connection .very very very bad connection . .waste my money . .I think it is better than DiGi but. . hmmm. .I'm gonna change to DiGi again. .good bye Celcom. .ur service ur internet line ur connection is so bad. .

Worst line ever

Ive been using this prepaid line about a year and half. At first i was really amazed with the high speed and stable connection. But i dont know whats happen to this world that make your connection become the worst ever in this era. Its kinda funny when your 4G connection lost recently in centre of the city. Im study in Pasir Gudang thats why im still using this prepaid line because there was no other connection available there. So i decide to change to the other network service since you devs didnt appologize to the loyal consumers about this worse line in your connection service. And ya about your "NO KLENTONG" service, please make it REALLY NO KLENTONG otherwise you will loss many loyal customers soon. I am looking forward for your feedback. Thank you.

Celcom is bullshitt badass service ever layanan kurang santun...puihh. Line lebih teruk dari manusia macam kura-kura baek tk payah jadi orang. Saya langgan internet bulanan 1month RM30 5GB QUATRA sia-sia jer rasa macam nk baling jeh hp nii. Rasa macam menetap dalam hutan. Wtf? Sedangkn nk buka facebook pn payah. Puihhh.....Rasa sangat terluka hati ini reload Rm30 untuk 5GB quata is like piece of crapp. Oky la, next time to start a business ur must try to be honest first to ur customer before we can put high respect to you service...puihhh!!!

Worst internet ever!!! Just cant keep it down inside anymore...Seems to u like i love no internet connection while still having 6gb of internet quota..Now, i feel like crying rather than screaming out loud.. thanks a lot celcom.. u've gone too far.. u really love slicing my heart do you???? Connection SO BAD. I QUIT

Sorry Celcom. I cannot tolerate you anymore. I'm gonna quit. I'm sure we all paid for the internet but the connection is so freaking bad I feel like vomit. I 'm over it. I am in Kuantan and I can't believe the connection is as bad as when I'm at my kampung. Seriously, celcom. Goodbye.

Celcom used to be a great service in the world. but wait?? Ruined by connection issues, major issue exploit, scammer expand and bad network service sometimes no data received but still in in full bar. Screw you guys. Fix fix fix you service i can't do anything by now!!! this is bullshity boys and girls no matter what you are. It "SUCK" yep!!! I mean it's bad like a dog roaming in the pilipin badass service lol.... Celcom please "STOP". i'ill doing this without stressed and cursed words. for loyal user we will have Headache. TQ

Problem with server?

Ada sesiapa mengalami?
1. *118*3*1# , langgan late night internet sebanyak RM1
2. Thank you and wait, bla bla bla
3. Sampai mampus nak tunggu confirmation
4. Check kuota still tak ada service untuk "late night"
5. Credit balance? Dah kena cut dr awal selepas langgan
6. Apa cer?

Selagi seseorang itu tidak jujur, dan tidak sistematik dalam perniagaan akan mengalami satu kejutan yg amat mengejutkan.. Harap faham ;)

Ps : refund ? celcom tak akan sesekali refund kembali apabila anda sdh langgan apa apa pun jenis internet langganan 🙈 Nak report call 1111? Anda lagi rugi kerana credit anda akan di gunakan ..

Hey celcom your service it suck!!! fix it you asshole!!!!

Used to be a great service. You service provider is suck!! always keep me reconnecting bad server always. Things have improved over the past weeks but unfortunately it's still not great. Before you could switch it up, today it will go with fast. Next day it will go with slow. Can't do that anymore!!! No more variety. Only a few service!! And alot of negativity!!!! Fix you ways to find a answer to a problem. Because of you CELCOM, simply turned your back againts your own loyal user. To the user we will have headache.

Poor telephone and internet access amounting to no service

Sir

Thank you for reinstating an avenue for complaints which was missing in the past year! Within the last 3 months I have not been able to call or receive telephone satisfactorily unless I run upstairs or out to the front gate. Most of the time my caller drops the call or I have to recall. I cannot access the Internet and cannot download or upload on account of no service error signal. This area is touted 4G country but as far as cellular service I could in middle of Sahara desert incommunicado. I joined your First Gold because of the 10G + 10G promo but what is the use of having of having a big quota given to you when you cannot access the content or get onto the network. All these makes for a very dissatisfied customer who is ready to abandon network.

SO POOR SERVICE!!!

I have lodged a complaint previously about the bad signal in my area but it happening again. Do I need to make a complaint every week to keep you all on track providing best services to consumers?

PLEASE FIX YOUR COVERAGE. 4G WORST THAN 2G. SO SLOW I AM SO PISSED OFF. LATELY THE CONNECTION LOST SO OFTEN. SOMETIMES I CONFUSED EHH I AM USING CELCOM, SINCE WHEN I CHANGED TO NO SERVICE. THAT BAD YOU KNOW THE CONNECTION.

Money promised to refund but not refund

I have launched a report to Celcom regarding the dispute case charges on my phone line on Jan'16 .
Finally after appeal and keep on follow up, celcom said they are accepted my appeal and would like to refund the money amounting to RM250 to me on March'16 . Officer in charge : Cik Iza ID no. 1524.
After one month later Apr'16, the money still yet to refund. I keep on chasing and follow up with Iza. But claim still in the process.
May'16 the money still yet to refund and I have spoke to the customer service officer En. Zaidi Id no.SA07809, he claim they will try their best to refund by June'16. But unfortunately the money still not refund on June'16 and I have keep on calling to chase spoke with Cik Ayuni ID no: SA07836 & En. Alif ID No. SA09366. They claimed still in the process .
On Jul'16 I am planning to switch my phone line from celcom and I did give a phone call to celcom spoke with En. Alif ID no.SA09366, he said I can switch my phone line anytime, the refund money of RM250 to be issue a cheque to me after 3 months (by Oct'16).
At the end, I have yet to receive my refund money after numerous call to customer service to follow up.
And the worst thing is, when I made a phone call to your customer service spoke with Cik Norazila ID no: 14004145 on 23/2/17. She informed me I did not have this refund money of RM250 to be pay to me, perhaps I still have outstanding balance of RM0.25.
FYI. I have settle my phone bill by auto debit to my credit card, and before inactive my phone line I have clear all my outstanding and now how come celcom can me such information some she keep on mentioned Cik Iza already resigned.
That's mean celcom just have one staff name Cik Iza, if without Iza then celcom cannot run and nobody know about my case???

Kindly look into this matter seriously and give me your reply on my refund money.
