Coverage is worse nightmare

No unlimited burung hantu... Its nothing to me... But coverage suck n f is the worst nightmare. Whats wrong with you guys ,no maintenance team at area kepala batas penang especially Paya keladi,Lahar Tiang ,Pinang Tunggal.... ???????? Do something la woiii... Learn from maxis if you cant do. Learn something from them how to give best 4g coverage to people at place i have said ! Common!!! your telco is not underdog company right now. Please do something or learn from another telco .

UNABLE TO CHECK MY BILL

Hi Celcom team,
I have received an email - bill ready notification earlier.
Since then i have been trying to log into Celcom webpage to check my bill info as i would like to make a payment.
It has been weeks that i cannot log into the Celcom page and recently i have tried to call 1111 to check on my bill info instead.
What i've got is a repeating message from the operator.
Please advise me how am i supposed to pay my bill.

Please look into this matter ASAP.

internet burung hantu

Dear celcom,

Please increase the quota for internet burung hantu from 10gb per subscribe. I would suggest that every subscribe internet plan would have different quota for example weekly plan Rm10 ringgit for 50gb, or monthly rm30 for 200gb.. instead 10gb per customer would be unfair for who pay more.. Fyi i change to magic sim because of your unlimited internet burung hantu and don't lose your custumor just for profit purpose. Moreover from what i observed most of the user for magic sim were student who cannot afford subscribe for WiFi and etc. I hope u would considered my suggestion.tq

The worse coverage Service provider

After being mandated by the company to change to Celcom (due to Vodaphone corporate agreement) from Maxis, it's been a pure agony. Their service is NOTHING short of being unreliable and spotty coverage. My advice to any business users STAY AWAY from CELCOM. Their claims are all bullshit from coverage to speed. Given a choice, I would rather pay more for a reliable network service provider. If you want reliability CELCOM is NOT your choice.

Slow connection & pls bring back unlimited burung hantu

Dear Celcom,

I just port from Maxis to Celcom for a few months as Celcom offered more data with affordable price but for the past week I found that the internet connection is very slow although i haven't surpass my data limit. I can't even load Instagram & FB. Please fix this problem immediately.

And can you please bring back Unlimited Internet Burung Hantu. I am a fresh graduate and just subscribed to some online learning websites to improve my English and other skills and I need more than 10GB every month to watch these learning videos. That's why i purchased Magic Sim in the first place as I couldn't afford wifi connection at home.

Thank you.Your attention on these matters is greatly appreciated.

Poor network and no 4g coverages

Very poor coverage.. No 4g signals. Sometimes or always no coverage... Common celcom why your network too pour then Altel and Umobile. Please dont make we boycott your line like we boycott maxis. Very sad and shame your line ni maintenance at area S.P.U .

Problem of Celcom Postpaid First Gold Plan on Activating

On 9/5/2016, I purchased Celcom first gold plan on Celcom website first time. I receive the simcard on 10/5/2016 and I try to activate it with contacting customer services.

However, I am disappointed on Celcom activating. The simcard is having signal but it cannot use to call others phone number and activate data internet,only can call to Celcom customer service. I would like to ask a question: Is that I buy the Celcom first gold plan with RM84 is just for purpose to call Celcom customer service?

I am first time to try Celcom but unfortunately it give me a worst quality service as it just on activating phone number already have problem occured. Multiple times on contacting Celcom customer service but useless. I can say that my Umobile Postpaid phone number is not having any problems like this, their problem is only limit coverage map of 4G internet(this is not my problem as I am living in Kuala Lumpur) and data internet line is unstable but Celcom problem is the Celcom first gold plan sim card totally cannot used since I received it.

If the problem still do not solved on future, I dont mind to cancel the Celcom Postpaid to turn back using Umobile. Besides that, if Celcom service cannot provide a stable services, I really not recommend Celcom to others people. Celcom should close their services and try to research how to provide a stable services first.

i hate everything celcom has to offer. why the f-k the rm5 for internet is only 300mb . i explicitly remembered that it was 600mb. what the f-k man!!!! rm5 for 300mb !!! what are trying to do. instead of stealing our money and taking advantages of us, why not make your offers satisfying ???!! why not upgrade to 100000000 mb??? why are you making us miserable! fix this!! or rather fix your brain first before fix your service!! and also, the ringtone called drama band is giving me headache and also depression, i dont even know the band and yet somehow i hate them, whoever the hell they are. this ringtone comes at me and charge rm1 per ringtone. the same ringtone all over! i didnt even subsribe or want to hear this f-king song. give me my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Celcom First Gold Internet

Dear Celcom,

I've been with Maxis for 10years with no problem with the internet..just the problem they are expensive. Now I'm porting out to Celcom First Gold, and its only awesome in the first 2 weeks..now its getting poor and worse, very slow when using FB & IG. Please Celcom do what you have to do.

I wish to raise a complaint towards Celcom by easily letting other people to use my IC to apply postpaid line & has caused me to be blacklisted by all service provider.

Change to Maxis

Dear all celcom user, I dont know what is wrong with my celcom. However it took ages even to load instagram (example). It either my iphone 6 giving a problem, or location wise. Well most of the time i'll be at bukit bintang area, so yeah, i dont think there city centre of KL would having this problem. When I check with speed test, its shown 10-15mbps, which is more than enough for a data speed on phone. however the actual when browsing shows otherwise. Please assist celcom. or else, let us move to Maxis, which is currently giving 15GB for RM150 monthly.

First Gold is currently 5GB weekdays and 5GBweekends which is not too bad for RM80.
But i wouldnt mind to pay extra RM70 a month for better connection.

Really Pain Without Unlimited Qouta

Hundred to Zero. Its really good that ONE telco company who can make a FREE UNLIMITED Qouta past 7 month or more. We very thankful for it. Its really relevant when making this type of service for our modern day telco. Even it say "Marketing Strategy" why not just say "The Greater for People". As today, We would make a complain about this "Celcom" from Free Unlimited Qouta at Night to Capacity Unlimited Qouta. Imagine you Pay RM30(last time RM22) to subscribe monthly with extra 1.5 gb and 10 gb for night use. You pay extra qouta rm50 for 5gb during daytime and nightime you have to pay rm5 for extra 10gb during "Internet Burung Hantu". Although all people who get work are easily pay. But for Student, Youngster or Low-Budget user will gonna be suffering. Although this "Complain" or "Word" letter doesn't "Shoot their mind". What worth if you pay for Free stuff rather than pay for extra stuff. Think about it. Celcom need to rise again. As well other Telco company. Sincerely from Celcom user.

please bring back internet burung hantu

Please make internet burung hantu as unlimited usage again as i cant afford to pay more, im a college student. Its hard to search and download for reading materials as rm30 only gives 1.5gb data so i stayed till 1 am to download it. My living expenses is not that much as i have to pay my hostel rent that is rm400 a month,rm 30 for mobile data for burung hantu,the rest is for my daily necessity and food...i only have rm650 a month and it preety much not enough..please make internet burung hantu unlimited again..i been a celcom use for 7 years now and please dont let us down

INTERNET NETWORK PROBLEM

IT HAS BEEN A WEEK THAT WE ARE FACING WORST INTERNET CONNECTION WHEN USING CELCOM. I AM FIRST GOLD USER AND ON OTHERS PLAN PREVIOUSLY AND IT SEEMS WORKING WELL, BEEN USING CELCOM FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS. I HOPE CELCOM CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. IF THERE IS ANY UPGRADING WORKS ONGOING, ATLEAST AS A CUSTOMER WE ARE WELL INFORM.

slow n unstable internet connection

Greeting..
I'm using celcom first gold n the internet speed is so poor where lots of time the speed was under 20k/s and only a few second or so it reach up to 100-200k/s..it make me bored n frustrated when i'm using the internet.
Hopefully your team can respond to this complaint as soon as possible

CELCOM FIRST GOLD

i'd been using celcom first basic before and the line is quite fine so recently i upgraded into celcom gold and i am so upset. the line is very POOR. it shows that my line is H+ and got 4 bars, but it takes so long to even load a picture from instagrams. And this gets more and more worst everyday! Sometimes my phone would suddenly have no signal even when i am in the middle of the city with CELCOM TERRITORY board hang in front of me. Please fix this. i cant explained how utterly dissapointed i am with your service.
