maaf celcom punya engineer ni ada ke patut orang cakap speed band slow 3G tak sampai 1kb dia suruh pergi duduk tengah-tengah padang. Nampak sangat engineer tido.. jawab la kami akan cuba selesaikan masalah.. pasang signal repeater ke naik taraf bandwith ke. mohon celcom pandang serius hal ni. bukan semua pengguna bodoh dan tak tau pasal signal or apa-apa berkaitan bandwith ni. biar jawab tu prfessional sikit

Terrible website design

Entering Celcom website homepage... SOMETHING is loading. The blue 'loading dots' in the middle of the screen are there and i can't click anything else until it's gone, i can wait about 10mins, or continuously refresh just so i can even begin to navigate the site. And then there's the login/signup area. I'm told to login or signup to check my bills and data usage etc. OK. i try to signup, fill up all the forms and hit submit.. suddenly the whole screen becomes whitewashed. Unable to click anything, wait 30mins, nothing is happening nothing is loading. What is this? I try to signup again, "NRIC number already registered". Wtf. I try to login, i didn't even set a password so i can't login, no messages on my phone either. Click "forgot username or password". Same whitewashed screen, can't click anything. Can't check my bills and data usage. It's seriously not hard to just build an intuitive and easy to navigate webpage. Especially if you're encouraging customers to use your web-service. Utter disappointment.

Prolong Internet Connection Problem

Hi, Celcom

Been experiencing internet connection problem for almost a week now. How can this ever happen to a mobile network provider? 1 week is UNACCEPTABLE. This is not even resolved but it has worsen. There is not even unstable connection but NO CONNECTION at all for the past few days!. Are you gonna waive us the internet charges as we are paying for data plan but we can't use it?

This really cause us so much inconvenience as we are very much dependable on Whatsapp for our daily communication with friends & family and even for work or business. We also need data to connect to our GPS while driving. I have lodged complaint via phone call to your customer service and it was promised to me that this problem will be resolved within 24 hours from the time my complaint was lodged.

Please keep your promise and do not keep us in the dark. Do have some courtesy to update your customers of what is happening and the status of your resolution.

no internet and lost connection

Hi please fix your internet. I am pretty sure i have subscribe into montly internet. I dont know why ever since a week ago my internet keep lost connection within 5 - 10 minutes. And if i have a stable connection it still bad slow loading connecting. It's kinda weird i still have 1.6gb out of 2.5gb data but yet ,it still line connection keep worst everyday. Please stop scamming your customers money, you should compensate us for doing terrible job. And please stop upgrading your internet. It still suck whatever you do.

No internet coverage

Please make an internet coverage in Menggatal area. There are no internet coverage at all at that place. I wouldn't mind it if I didn't live there but I do. I've been a celcom user since 2011 and i really don't want to change to other network. So if you take action for this I will really appreaciate it. I really do. Please make an internet coverage in Menggatal area. It's 4G but I can't even use it because there are no signal at all. Thank you. I really hope you will do something about it.

Celcom Fraudulent Charges for Data Roaming

my mobile plan was FIRST basic 38 plan where monthly fee is RM38 excluded GST. Based on July bill statement, Celcom charged me RM126.90 with 2 overseas data roaming on 06July@0751am and 09July@1409pm (charges is RM38/day for whole day roaming in Singapore) where I was in Johor Bahru during this 2 date and my data roam is turned off.
have logged case to celcom and wait them reply but no call back from them. never mind, i just drop an email to CFM.
hope it can be solve.

4G but no line

I'm a loyal Celcom user. But since last year, I lost my faith little by little.
My network shows full 4G, but I cant even send message through whatsapp.
Call customer service, she said, it will be solved by end of June. Now already mid of July.
Still same. I'm considering to change my Telco to Umobile.

Internet burung hantu MAGIC PACK PROBLEM

Yesterday i just subscribe internet Magic Pack XL on Saturday (weekend). Before i use any of data, i tried to check my data balance if there is any carried forward balance data, but what i received the status shown 3gb + 512mb weekend(only?????). It should be 3gb +2gb weekend because i didn't use any of the data yet! More shocking i tried to subscribed additional internet burung RM2 for 2gb and check the status back it show "0 internet burung hantu", is this a joke? And just now i check back the balance it is " 2.8gb(?) + 400^mb(weekend) + 0 internet burung hantu". Just WHATT?? Its weekend! How supposed the normal day data had decreased!! as well as weekend too. I like the m4gic plan before but now i hate it. Money sucker. My rm50 just wasted. Celcom, your system are drunk!

No Quota for internet plan

I am currently subscribing to internet burung hantu plan purely for the internet, not using the simcard for anything else (other than using the free calltime to call celcom every month).

The problem is that it has been several months that celcom did not give me my quota (1 month valid). The previous months I did get my quota after calling celcom multiple times and asking for report to be made (usually I am left with 2 weeks to use the quota supposedly for a month). This month (27 June - 27 July 2016) I did not get any daytime quota or midnight (1 am - 7 am) quota.

I have asked for a report again, and varying information were given. In one call, I asked for the operator to check how many previous reports have been done and why this issue has not been resolved yet, and the operator said she can't check for previous reports. Another call with another operator several days after (got a message saying issue resolved but quota is not given yet and my RM60 is still not refunded so I called again), and he specifically said I have done 3 reports in the previous 3 months. Inconsistency.

Given that I am paying the RM60 purely for the internet plan, celcom is basically stealing my money, even the free call minutes are being used purely to call celcom for reports. Celcom still have another 10 days to give me my quota, or this is basically the company outright cheating and stealing customer's money.

4G full line but can't load anything

Hi,

Currently, I have experienced the internet slow and no line issues. My phone shows the internet was 4G and line is full, but I cant even send a message through Whatsapp. I have try to reset my phone for few times but still face the same problem. So, I try to change the service to 3G, it's work!

Dear celcom, please update to us why there is so many coverage problem and internet speed slow issues. Any update will be appreciated. Thank you.

Bad Coverage (No Service)

It's been month this problem have happen. Celcom has no coverage at Kuala Lumpur, how is that possible. Apply for internet we pay for it but always no signal. It's so annoying cause it happen so many time in a day. Celcom sent massage says will improve the internet connection, but there is nothing changing. I have been loyal with Celcom but it become worse everyday. Even midnight got no coverage. Im so disappointed. There's no action taking in this matter is it.

Always "No Service"

Dear Celcom,

I have just changed my telco to your so called reliable telco but I was wrong.
The used to be called a good telco Celcom is no more.

I keep on getting issues on the reception line. It can be bad until one bar and then followed by the No Service for a long time. Even I've restarted my handphone several times doesn't solve this issue. I have never experience such incident until I have shifted to Celcom.
This happened in common places in Kuala Lumpur cities. Once I wanted to turn on my data network to use Waze but again No Service. Can you imagine how frustated I am at that moment when I needed to go to attend my friend's wedding yet my time has been delayed.

Please improve your network coverage. Help us to help you to grow.

RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

CELCOM IS A RUBBISH COMPANY! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY. ALL THE STAFF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TIDUR .
REALLY ROTTEN. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH SH*T CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE. TRANSFER ME TO MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS FOR FORTY MINUTES AND COULDN'T RESOLVE ISSUE. ISSUE THAT COULD BE RESOLVED BY MAXIS/DIGI IN TWO MINUTES.
MONKEYS ARE TRAINED EVEN BETTER.
CHARGING ME OVERSEAS CALL CHARGES FOR HUNDREDS WHEN ITS THEIR PROBLEM TO PUT ME ON HOLD/OR TRANSFER ME AROUND . WHICH NUMBNUTS PUT SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR SO LONG AND I HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE APA KHABAR SONG FOR SO LONG. I WASTED HALF THE DAY TODAY ON THE PHONE WITH THEM REQUESTING A WAIVER . AND NOW WAIT " SEVERAL WORKING DAYS" FOR THE REPORT TO BE PROCESSED. PROCESS WHAT???? ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE YOU KNOW. YOUR FAULT YOU PAY. MY FAULT I PAY. NOW WITH EVIDENCE ITS YOUR FAULT. BUT TRYING TO FIND WAYS NOT TO PAY . LEMBU COMPANY LEMBU STAFF. I HOPE THIS REACHES THEM IF NOT VENTING TO WALL HERE ONLY

First payment for Celcom First Plan Rm80-not included into bill

On 30th May 2016, I subscribed to Celcom first Plan at Celcom branch at Giant Mall, Tabuan Jaya, Kuching.
Since I still haven't pay my broadband bill, I am not entitled for this promotion. So celcom promoter there named Encik Sader asked me to pay upront payment RM80.00 (without resit) for the first bill payment. Once I settled my broadband bill, he will register me into Celcom First Plan.
The next day after I settled my broadband bills, I call him to activate my simcard to celcom (I change from Digi Prepaid to Celcom First).
I waited few days for the line to to be activated.
Now, the problem is, end of June 2016, my bill statement stated that I need to pay Rm40.00++ where the Rm80 upfront payment I paid to Sader was not included into the bill as he promised.
What should I do? I want my money back, else please include that money into my bill which means I shouldn't be paying any bills by the end of June.
I went to celcom centre and asked, they said he (Sader) should not be collecting any money from me during registration. Meaning Sader is taking my money. He didn't even issue me any resit. He said this registration does not need any resit.
Please do something.

Internet burung hantu jadi slow celcom sengaja throtle down internet speed masa 1 pagi hingga jam 6:59 saya dah test masuk ja jam 7 internet line tiba tiba jadi laju sampai 700 kb sesaat dan lebih kenapa? Ni betul betul magic penipuan celcom...

LINE CELCOM DROP

Bodoh la CELCOM!! Aku tukar pakej ke First Gold 80 (Free Calls & SMS), Tapi line telco macam bangang je. Bila receive call, banyak kali suara dengar tak dengar je. Line drop! Kat kawasan KL pulak tu. dekat pulak opis aku dengan Menara Celcom tu. Please lah weyh.. orang bayar BIL kot. Lepas tu signal asek drop jadi EDGE je?!! Serius menipu la CELCOM ni!! Hari ni aku terima call lagi, tapi tgh cakap phone dgn orang Maybank, tetiba pulak line ada dgn takde, ada cross line pulak dgr perbualan org lain. MACAM HAMPEH LA CELCOM!! dah tahun 2016 kot, KO UPGRADE SYSTEM KO UTK CUT COST KE APA? CIBAI!

4G down!!! Left with 3G 1 bar

Its been a disappointment that Celcom 4G signal goes from 4 bar to 0 bar! And worse of all the 3G signal is pathetic and almost useless and in 1 bar, what the hell can u do??? No notification. No announcement. No nothing. Really lousy and pathetic. When will the 4G signal be up back? No idea, only God knows when.

BAD SERVICE. POOR STAFF TREATMENT.

YESTRERDAY I CALL CELCOM ABOUT 3PM TO CANCEL MY POSTPAID INTERNET LINE. TALKED TO THE STAFF AND BEEN VERYFFIED ABOUT THE TERMINATION WILL HAPPEN IN 24HOURS. TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM CELCOM BUT WAS ON DUTY CANNOT PICKUP LINE. CALLED BACK SAME NUMBER BUT NOT REACHABLE. CALL 1111 FOR STAFF THEN WAS TOLD THAT THE FIRST COMNPLAIN WERE CANCELLED AND THE NEW COMPLAIN NEED TO START EARLY BACK. I WANT THIS LINE TO BE TERMINATE BEFORE MY NEXT BILL B8T THE STAFF SEEM TO DRAG THIS UNTIL THE BILL DUE DATE. WHAT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO CUT THE LINE. CELCOM SEEM TYR TO SETAL MONEY FROM CUSTORMER. ALREADY HAPPED ALOT WHILE USING PREPAID. CREDIUT PHONE SUDDENLY DEDUCT. A LOT OF COMPALIN NEED TO BE. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE CELCOM!
