BILL

i just change my new phone today, n d phone data on by itself...i realised it after 20 minute n i quickly off it, then i received a msg in the bill is higher RM 200 then what i used... my question is
1) why celcom charging RM 200 for just the 20-25 minutes (i seriously dint realised itn it expencive!!!)
2)my credit limit is RM 150... why celcom dint bar my phone when it exceed RM 150 but it wait till RM 287??
Please consider me celcom..i just a student..not able to pay it!!!

Celcom Bill

I received my Celcom Bill for this month. I almost fall off my chair. They billed me RM 11,000 for using 3G Mobile Data.

First of all i already disable the 3G service. Secondly the phone is always connected to Wi-fi. Now they are not admitting their dispute.

I find their bill is really confusing comparing to Digi. Celcom will find ways to hide their charges.

Celcom Is Bad Now

Refering to previous complaints, its true that i have the same problem as them. While talking to client, the line suddenly cut off. I've try to make 2-3 calls and at the end i have to borrow my bos's phone. This is su*k CELCOM. And your weekly internet. How i want to spent the 2.5gb when your coverage keep missing? Watching 6 minute in youtube but spending up to 45 minutes to finish it.

I can advise people not to buy celcom for now, because they are cheat people with their big data promo. Actually their famous line coverage is history now. I am Celcom user for years and now just wait for the right time to change to other telcos if this not been fixed asap.

Celcom First Gold Plan compared to Maxis 4G Prepaid

Refer to the recent complaint from the Businessmen below, the anger can be withdrawn easily by using Maxis 4G prepaid. I'm so agree with him.

Currently I'm using Celcom First Gold Plan and Maxis prepaid 4G simcard both in my mobile phone. I can't trust this Celcom thing and always get my self prepared for the sloppy buffering Celcom network.

Append herewith the network speed test photo. You can check the bottom line network is the latest result and it's Maxis ! Super damn fast 4G and it's prepaid. They even offers RM3 per GB for daily usage. I'm lovin it and soon will terminate this Celcom clown services. Cheat people by advertising faulty results.

The plan sounds to be good , I regret to change my plan despite of unlimited 10GB whatsoever mother F. The line is terribly F words. Basxxrd ! Bad for businessmen usage , we need fast service and can afford to pay high !

Internet Coverage Very Poor

SAYA PENGUNA CELCOM FIRST GOLD..
Tolong la buat sesuatu di coverage (TAMAN EMAS SURIA,08000,SUNGAI PETANI,KEDAH)..internet celcom terlalu slow di sini walaupon ada coverage 4g..tapi susah nak dapat,selalu H&E..tiap bulan koata saya tak pernah habis..tak kan setiap kali saya nak guna internet kena duduk di pekan?

"Your connection scored only 4% of the Celcom Internet Service Provider average (96% slower)" at 5.54 AM speed test. Wow really ? You already set limit to 10 GB internet burung hantu and now your throttled down the speed like how on earth i can use 10 GB per month with this slower than snail speed ? You think all of us are stupid ? We see what is going on. From unlimited quota to 10 GB to slower than my cat walking speed internet connection. Good job Celcom. If you want to act so clever then maybe you should try practice crying in the corner of your office when all of your customer changed to either Digi or Maxis. *Applause*

Misleading and overcharging

The biggest mistake of my life was to port out from Digi to Celcom, I really regret doing it, Celcom has the worst customer service and they charge for everything and at every opportunity. They charge 20cents per sms the highest in the market. Recently I changed my sim card from micro to nano and for it i was charged at the dealear rm10, then celcom charged me in the bill again rm 5. When asked they say because i have been less than a year with celcom, this is not a reasonable explanation and no other service provider does this.
I have complaint to celcom via their website but now i am trying to find the reference number but cant find it in their website and also they never send any email to acknowledge the complaint, even though i opted for email they still insist on calling so now i dont have any record if i want to complaint to MCMC.

Service Internet Burung Hantu

Internet Burung Hantu download speed 4,8KB per second? jangan la kejam sangat Celcom. Bila ada outage dimana2 kawasan samada akibat petir atau hujan lebat, janganla amalkan "esok lah kita pergi betulkan". Ini service telco, bukan meniaga getah sekerap tau tak celcom!!

Unstable connection

This had been bugging me since they upgraded their towers called "4G Modernisation". So, how bad was it? Imagine getting your internet connection cut off EVERY 1-2 seconds, i've once ran a speed test and the graph shows the internet speed dropping suddenly to 0 every 1-2 seconds and climbing back up, just to be cut back down to 0. The "4G Mordenisation" promised a "1. Stronger and better connections" yet, this happens. And yes, this issue is still a problem to this date of this complaint. I just hope this issue noticed, and fixed.

Shortchange of Data Plan

My number is 0162222077 and i have a data plan for 5gb data but for the past 2 months I have received messages that my 3gb data has finished. So i have made a complaint to their hotline and their staff has confirmed that there was a technical glitch and they were supposed to make it right but until today which is almost 1 month I have not heard from them on this issue.
I had to buy another 5gb data this month but it also finished after 3gb was used up.

Feel so cheated and have to wait for their technical team to get back is taking so long. Cant understand if they know its a technical glitch on their side why dont they give me my balance of 2 gb and sort things on their back end ?????

Now they have upgraded most plan to unlimited data and unlimited calls but I am still stuck with a stupid plan. Being a prompt paymaster with an average bill of RM350 to RM400 per month should have been given an option dont you think ???

Very disappointed.......

All the problem with Telcos

To the people complaining in here about porting, I do have a good tip before porting out from one telco to another. I highly suggest you try out their prepaid to get better idea about the coverage, data speed, etc. From what I have learnt personally, there is no such thing as the best telco. The "best" telco is often the one that works best for you - the best balance of coverage, connectivity, call quality, data speed, quota and value for money in YOUR area be it at home or workplace. So do some bit of researching and testing before porting out. Good luck fellas.

celcom such a money eater

I just got reload this morning at 8 a.m..and subscribe a week internet burung hantu..so then I just open my whatssap & WeChat..suddenly around 10 o clock my internet already 70%..however I still calm myself..suddenly at 12p.m it's already achieve 100% kuota of my internet..what the hell men !! I just open my WeChat & whatssap.. what's the matter with this f****** service..please ..if they do this again.. don't do business laaa..I'm f****** tired

First gold plus

I am new user of celcom which previously DIGI internet user... Just subcribe 40G. Because 10g likely not enough for me.i also tried maxis internet but also not enough. But sad, celcom coverage very poor at my area. Just showed E all the time... So where is actually 4G LTE? Which DIGI and MAXIS have 4G at my area.. 3G also very difficult to search..Internet very slow.. So how can i finish my 40G data? Is it the why celcom promote 10G-60G data because they knew costumer will not use that much? Can this matter be fixed.. Otherwise, it will be better terminate.

PORT OUT CLAIM

A couple months ago, i opt to port out from celcom postpaid to another telco. As a standard procedure, the existing user need to make some clearance to the celcom centre to ensure there were no outstanding bill available. As a customer, we did our part and after a check up from celcom centre, our application is succesful.

A few months later, i received a letter from demanding an outstanding bill payment from celcom for two months. I found this a bit irregular as it does not comply with the normal practices. Why would celcom let our application to port out should we got any outstanding bill at the first place?

Untill we received a proper justifications from celcom, we will not make any payment regarding the bill.

Celcom First Gold internet service is really bad

I don't know if I should be happy with the upgrade of my internet quota to 20GB if the internet service is really really bad. I mean it. Really really bad. Come on, how can I utilize the internet to the fullest if I can't even have fast internet? My phone shows H+ for its bar line man. If I can just get to use 1GB (I don't even know if it somewhere close) of internet, per your t&c that only allows 2.5GB to be carried to next month, doesn't that mean I'm the one at the losing side? I'm a customer. Should've done better man. I'm really disappointed with this. 3 months enough patiand I paid for craps. I've ent. Don't need to tell me to off my data and shut my phone for 2 minutes when after that just a few hours I got to enjoy the normal speed of internet and then things went crap again, for like forever.

MY HIGHLIGHT HERE IS NO COVERAGE AT MY VILLAGE, AT LEAST AN "A COVERAGE" FOR 1 BAR OR 2 BAR FOR CELCOM NETWORK AND IT'S SOO FRUSTRATING!!!!

REALY HOPE THAT THE "CELCOM" WILL MAKE AN UPGRADE TO IMPROVE THEIR PERFOMANCES AND SEERVICES, IT SO TROUBLESOME WHEN FACING THE SAME ISSUES FOR PAST TOO MANY YEARS IN THIS MILLENIUM ERA ...

MAYBE THE SIGNAL IS NOT COVERED BUT AT LEAST TRY TO UPGRADE!!!!!!!

slow internet speed

im staying in kota kuala muda, kedah, the internet speed is very disappointed even on 2-3bar 4g sometimes. unable to open youtube, instagram even browsing websites. hope celcom can fix this as soon as possible

Very poor internet connection and coverage

Im using xpax turbo and subscribe internet RM50 monthly. Since 2 days ago, I didnt get to connect to internet. And i also even can't make a call or sms. None of celcom service i can use at all. This matter really make me disappointed. This is also the second time it happen in the same month. It really frustuated. I hope celcom could fix this problem as soon as possible. Im writing here because i even cant call the service center. Everything is going wrong with your service. I cant complete my daily job since i need to connect to internet At last i need to subscribe 1day internet from my other telco number just to write this message and hope will get your attention on my issue.. Last but not least, please please please fix this ASAP. TQ

CELCOM FIRST ELITE

im a celcom first elite user (iphone 6s promo with 2 yrs contract) and im so sad when you launch a new plan. i have 2 lines (1st 4gb and 2nd 3gb) for the first elite plan and monthly commitment was rm235 and sometimes higher because the quota is exceeded and ill need to purchase for more data. and now you launch the new first gold with 10gb data, 10gb weekend internet and free calls with monthly commitment of RM80, this makes me feel like wtf is happening to the ELITE, i pay more but get less, this is so disappointing.
