I have watched hallmark for fifty yrs, why have I not seen any polka dot irish women with a lisp.? I think it would improve ur viewership 1000 fold if you did, My 150 yr old grandmother who is six ft under would claw her way to a tv , and watch every minute...just sayin

Subscribed for certain shows: Rockford Files #1 [my mother's favorite show and a light during serious illness] She is devastated each morning, when, once again, it does NOT come on at advertised time slot! Yet, she keeps hoping and struggling out of bed to watch every single morning. WHY IS ROCKFORD NOT THERE AGAIN, EVERY MORNING, AS PROMISED?
FALSE ADVERTISING: Hallmark did oustanding job of PR for Rockford Files addition to your lineup - Hallmark did horrible job producing promised show!
We, like millions of others, are CUSTOMERS who do NOT have to return for more purchasing if disatisfied with your actions! WE ARE VERY DISATISFIED!
As a network that is making millions of $$$ from us CUSTOMERS who pay for your PROMISED product, we deserve and are intitlted to answers as to why FALSE ADVERTISING OF THE ROCKFORD FILES WAS DONE and WHY, AFTER LOYAL CUSTOMERS TRUSTED HALLMARK AS A NAME OF INTEGRITY FROM LONG MANY YEARS, WE ARE NOT GIVEN RESPECT AS CUSTOMERS OR ANSWERS TO OUR CONTINUED QUESTION OF WHERE IS ROCKFORD? WHY IS IT NOT ON AS ADVERTISED? WHY ARE YOU SO SILENT AND SNEAKY IN KEEPING US CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK ABOUT THIS BELOVED SHOW?
One thing about customers, WE DO NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE GIVING OUR MONEY OR GOOD REFERENCE TO YOUR PRODUCT [in this case network] IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO THINGS AGAINST OUR TRUST IN YOUR COMPANY!!!! It doesn't take JIM ROCKFORD, JESSICA FLETCHER, MONK, HART, OR ANY OTHER OF YOUR STILL AIRING SLEUTHS TO FIGURE OUT MY 'READ BETWEEN THE LINES' MYSTERY. But it looks like Hallmark can't figure out the disatified customer's ability to NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO HALLMARK CHANNEL AGAIN if we are being treated this way. And I am 100% sure that James Garner would NEVER stand behind a company who misrepresented and disrespected loyal customers with false claims and advertisments.

magnum p.i , Rockford files, Miami vice,with don Johnson,, cheers in the daytime,,, for goodness sakes, get rid of monk,, what a mental abusive show, how could anyone watch more than five minutes of that show,, and yes we've had enough of all those mystery show,, all those xmas shows with terrible acting,and diagnosis murder.....now that i'm on a rant, Chesapeake shores, has some extremely poor acting, or a combination of directing, all those facial epressions are a little over the top,, other wise, I sorta do like the show, not much else on anygood to watch right now...again, how bout some ole johnny carson shows,,,, wow would that be great,, he'd show today;s viewers of late night shows, just how johnny showed the world how to put on a great show, and no one ever knew his political views, everyone was fair prey.

I upgraded my TV package to get the Rockford Files on your channel and after one week it's not available anymore. NOT COOL! I am cancelling my subscription to your channel. By the way, Diagnosis murder is a dumb show.

Why was Rockford Files taken off the air. It is timeless well written and always fun!! If you want viewers 4 hours of the same show daily i.e. Diagnosis Mystery is boring. I planned to see all of the series starting with episode 1 and recorded your marathon. Listen to your audience-BRING BACK ROCKFORD!!!!

It appears that every time there is a Mystery Women (Kelli Martin) marathon, the same movies are shown. My favorite is Mystery Weekend. I would like to see this be aired and also McBride brought back even if briefly.

Although I enjoy watching hallmark movies, it would be nice to occasionally watch movies centered around African American characters/families.

So, it's not just me. What happened to the Rockford Files? Very disappointed.

I love all the leading women being white,,, but will adjust to more Chinese, candanians, aussies, ukranians, irish, and above all Swedish... love those swedes women,,,, and some beautiful latinos,,,, why are the negros so jealous of other races,, maybe the other races just outwork them....

I am joining the chorus of those disappointed in your removing Rockford Files, after advertising it incessantly. This was one of the best written shows of last 40 years, being far more successful than Matlock, Munk, Columbo, Murder She Wrote, and Diagnosis Murder to name a few. Can you explain what happened? These complaint boards are worthless, if you don't give any feedback. I think that this was classless way to just drop it without any comment. This week, I read it would be on on Sept 10, but I can't find it on the schedule. Your station owes us an explanation, but we most likely, won't get it, realizing that you are about to begin your run of 8 or so weeks of 24-hr Christmas movies, anyway.

Why are all the leading female characters in your movies and series white? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to see some color.
