I had booked a ticket via irctc.co.in which I later cancelled.The website said that there'll be a cancellation fee per ticket and the remaining amount which Rs.910 in this case will be refunded.

I was trying to booking tatkal ticket for 05/04/2017 from Kolkata to Purnea. But it was failed transaction. Amount(3225.0) has been deducted form account.

In Irctc portal it reflecting that amount(3225.0) has been refunded. But still I didn't received the amount.
