I have booked two tickets and paid using my debit card , the payment gateway was PAYTMAG . Then I cancelled the tickets and its showing refunded but I have not credited the money my account till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I booked train tickets, I paid through my debit card.
Now I cancelled my ticket. They say that your amount is refunded to PAYTMAG bank.
I have not received any amount in my bank account.
what should I do for this? Cancellation details are as follows

i booked a ticket on 9th march, 2017 through Debit card and then cancelled it.
refund status shows that the amount is refunded to PAYTMG on 12th march,2017.
but the amount is neither refunded in my bank nor paytm wallet.
please do necessary.

I Had cancelled a ticket (Transaction ID - 100000764209731), but the amount has not been credited to my account instead it went to some PAYTMAG account which i have no clue about. I had booked ticket from ICICI bank debit card. Why should money go to PAYTM? Please let me know how can this amount be credited to my account.

Many time I mailed to you, but you will not understand my questions. Please understand my question clearly, “I booked one train ticket in last 24-dec-2016, the ticket is confirmed and payment 555.55/- is success . unfortunately I cancelled this ticket for my personal problems . the ticket is also cancelled successfully. IRCTC gave a cancelled ticket refund amount is Rs.360/-.the refund amount is not successfully transfered to my freecharge account. I do not know how to receive the amount from PAYTMAG,
