i did not buy any Microsoft product this year, last April buy the 365 office online, 26 April 2017 auto charged SGD147.73 from my citibank credit card. the transaction is MSFT<E05003TOX8> MSBILL INFO SG ,FOREIGN AMOUNT US DOLLAR 102.72. please refund this money to me asap. and send email about this refund.

I have a monthly Charges on my CITIBANK Credit Card of Php 99.99 and I don't have any idea how it happen that there is an automatic charges, where in fact I only started it for free, without any information they bill it right away.

£3.99 is being taken from my bank account on the 28th of each month from Microsoft Live. However, when I have tried to access Microsoft I get a message to say that my account is blocked and I cannot unblock it to cancel this payment.

I went online to check my Visa card information and there was a $149.00 charge and right below it a credit for $149.00 posted to my account. I have never done business with MICROSOFT *STORE / MSBILL.INFO WA and they have somehow stolen my credit card information from somewhere online. I did purchase several Christmas presents from different websites during Nov. and Dec. These thieves should be caught and locked up for doing this. I was fortunate that my account was credited for the amount they stole and I immediately called the telephone number on the back of my credit card and had my card cancelled.

I have 2 unauthorized charges from this "store" for $1135.13 EACH!! When I call the number listed on the transaction they tell me there is no record of those transactions. December 2. 2016

In 19 september we offer a game "Over Watch" for 12 years old which I bought in a shop.

The bank has been contacted immediatly when I received the details on the 18 of november. I will fill a complain form and cancel the credit card

How you can imagine a game can charge you successively 9 amount on the same date without any alert ?
With no information, with no autorisation code

A complaint will be depose in Switzerland and consumers association about this FRAUD

It gets more interesting.... I contact MICROSOFT on the chat line and mention the above url. The lady on the chat line wants to talk to me on the phone. I give her my phone number. She asks for my visa number !! I declined to give my visa number to some bonehead over the phone line. She wants to investigate if the url bill.ms.net is FROM Microsoft and if not may be it is fraudulent (the Microsoft personnel is not sure). she puts me on hold forever to find out about the charge and she says she was hoping to get my visa number. But she understand why I do not want to give her my visa number. My phone is still on hold.... I am interested in knowing her answer. Something is wrong here. If she is working for Microsoft, something seriously wrong here.
