We have over a 100$ in unauthorized charges from our bank account and we do not even have an xbox account. Bank is investigating want money refunded immediately we have bills to pay. Also contacted a lawyer if not resolved promptly as in within one week or less. There was a withdrawal of $106.74 on 6/23/2016 Debit purchase visa Microsoft * stobill.ms.net Wa. from my US Bank Debit Card ending in numbers 0144. The card has been closed .

Two charges to our Xbox account on for $174.07 and the other for $203.51 on 6/11/2016. One for a new Xbox, which we didn't need, or want, and the other was for some virtual gift cards, according to their support people. Capital One has credited my account back already, but Microsoft still has 45 days to try and rebill me if they deem them valid. The charges appeared as MICROSOFT *STOREBILL.MS.NETWA on my statement. Now I'm trying to get them to send me a shipping label to send the stupid console back.

There were two charges put on my Visa card on 06/06/2016 and 06/07/2016 that I did not make. The charges were in the amount of $114.99 and $414.53 respectively. Upon calling Microsoft, they could not give me any information as to what the charges were for. Whatever the charges were for, I did not authorize them. I have notified my credit company and the charges will be reversed and the credit card cancelled.
