Am getting messages and automatically deduction of 5 SAR or 7 SAR from my Mobily balance. Message reads as TXT BON1 30f2ab590fd1f 10715 145 420 03 13 from 656162. Every time I recharge my Mobily balance is deducted. Please resolve this issue or anyone give solution to this bull shit service

This service is damn poor. I dont know why the hell they deduct credit with no reason?. I load my sim with 10 riyal and without calling or texting I loose all the credit within 2 days. This service is deducting my credit maximum 1 riyal twice a day. Please look into this matter because everyone has this number so i even cant burn this sim for this shit.
